Great location if you’re like me and want to stay off the strip. Just one small complaint—the elevator was really painfully slow. If you’re on the upper floors be prepared to wait.

It is unbearable and unacceptable that the elevators have not worked for 2 days, they just gave me a room on the top floor, it was horrible. They charged me twice for the same concept, but they refunded me the difference. Little clarity in indicating the breakfast period. This had never happened to me in Las Vegas. I hope they can repay me for all the bad times I suffered.

Great room to spread out and relax after the excitement of the strip. Great breakfast and offers a free shuttle to the strip and back.

Wish the Tesla drivers didnt park at the charger for no reason. Tesla drivers sitting without charging, the same 2 cars the whole time.

Clean and quiet area. The shuttle is a huge plus.

I loved the staff and location. 1 of the elevators were out service so it was difficult, especially during the breakfast or dinner hour to wait for the only working elevator. I had heard from one of the guests that it had been out for a few weeks so would recommend the mgmt take care of this because it was very difficult with the amount of guests on the weekend.

Really clean and well kept property. The breakfast was better than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve been to. Hot tub is nice. Pool also. Offers hourly shuttle to and from Aria which was super convenient. I really liked this property and would recommend if you’re ok staying just off the strip.

Very Pleasant stay. I booked with Expedia. It said "All charges included" .. Not. !!! $20 / day parking when you check out. That was disappointing..

Room card key machine was broken for the entire 3 day trip. Without the card key, we need a hotel employee to open our room door every time. One night at 11pm, the alarm was ringing for 10 minutes everywhere in the hotel and had to evacuate the room. The couch in the living room was so dirty and the sofa bed was terrible. The electricity charging machines were all out of order in the parking.

Arriving in the blast furnace heat meant having to get checked in as quickly as possible with our kids, & puppy. This was one of the few places in Vegas which was ‘affordable’ when it came to the pet fee surcharge. We have a tall vehicle with a Thule. The parking garage was limited to 7.5 ft of clearance so we had to park at a neighbouring hotel property a short drive away -a flaw. I asked more than once to explain where I was meant to park (for a fee) & was given horrible directions -I reminded the front desk person I was not a resident and did not know where he was telling me to drive to with hand gestures and street names I was unfamiliar with. I was smart enough to ask the name of the hotel I was supposed to park at…this was useful as the instructions given were not accurate and I was forced to drive over the interstate to the Strip only to return back due to construction. When I parked at the other hotel the driver said she saw me turning left and knew I had the wrong directions (she was following me from the hotel). What should have been a 99 second drive ended up being close to 10 minutes. This was exacerbated by the heat and having drive for more than 8 hours. The driver said they offered a free drop off service to the Aria so we could eat on the Strip. We were told we could get picked up by calling the hotel and the shuttle would pick us up -this seemed to be a nice feature. When we tried calling a couple hours later she was dispatched to the airport.

The bed platform was like a thin metal box that made soo much noise with ever motion on the mattress. Worst experience ever and I’ve stayed in lots of different hotels. Toilet had previous poop stains, hair on hanger, dirty towels. Just a terrible experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk ladies were very friendly.

I liked the quietness of this place and the convenience of the parking. BUT, it really needs an upgrade already. Carpet dirty and what I really, really dislike is the sheets smell. Not good.

I arrived early and confirmed that my room would be available at 2:30 p.m. When I returned to check in, it was already 3:30 p.m., and the room was still unready. I did get an upgrade to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. At first, everything was terrific. Once we lay down on our beds, the pillows and covers smelled horrible, like they had not been changed for a while, so did our blankets. I didn't complain to the front desk because I absolutely love their customer service. It was my second time staying here and my first experience was so much different than this one.

Exceptionally clean (my number one criteria). Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good, and saved us over eating it somewhere pricey. Only downside is distance from the strip - physically very close as the crow flies, but not really walkable. We found that out. Take an Uber or some other service though, and it is effortless. Location off the strip means total quiet in the hotel. Overall, I concur with all the great reviews this place got. Would strongly recommend, especially given some of the high prices at whatever Strip hotel.

Extremely clean

I was there earlier this week for a one night pit stop during a family road trip. The hotel was nice, quiet, and appeared clean. The room and separate bedroom was big and the layout was great for our family. The breakfast was really good. This would have been the perfect stop if it wasn’t for the fact that we found two cockroaches running around in the kitchen when we were packing up the next morning. I informed a maintenance man that knocked on our door shortly after asking if our AC was working (it was) and the front desk when we were checking out. They comped our $15 parking fee as compensation.

Air conditioning did not work. We called the front desk and a very nice lady came up and seemingly had knowledge of the issue. She got it workingat around 11pm, but unfortunately the fix was only temporary. The AC gave out again in the night and we spent an uncomfortably hot night in that room. If you plan to go to The Strip, there is no way way to walk there. On a map, it seems like there should be a good way but the sidewalk system in Las Vegas is ridiculous.

Great service and quick and nice rooms. The beds could were squeaky. Anytime us or our kids rolled over they were squeaky. A little road noise.

Everything was great. Only the hassle was the Television keeps on showing no internet signal. Every 15 or 20min interval pls fix so that it will not be so annoying when we we’re watching something & it the screen would always show low internet connection. Pls FIX the Television in Room 622 Homewood Suites.

Kevin was awesome at check in. Genuinely cared how everyone checking in was doing. The room was clean, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the other beds were stiff.

Good room with plenty of space

Place was overall clean. Rooms were pretty big love that they had everything from a fridge to a stove to a microwave. Was really pleased with how they greeted us would definitely go back.

Room is very spacious

The only thing we had an issue with was our first room’s AC did not work and had a couple of other minor maintenance issues. We phoned the desk and LaTanya immediately found us another room and asked maintenance to check it over first to ensure all was well. We had terrific stay and LaTanya is a rockstar!

We came from Farmington NM, the staff went above and beyond very friendly. Our stay was 3 days and it was wonderful Mya and Megan were extremely friendly. The lady don’t know her name that was in charge of the weekend breakfast did a wonderful job. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful

Friendly staff

Everything was great. The suite I purchased on Expedia wasn’t available on check in, but hotel staff made sure to accommodate my needs and get me into two rooms that would fit my party.

I wait a lot for checking and I have to pay for parking isn't included in the room

I checked in late due to heavy traffic from accidents and coming down from Orange County California. When logging into my Expedia account it clearly said that check in time was from 3:00pm-7:00am, so I didn’t even bother calling the hotel. I Checked in at 3:30am and was told I was a no show . Lady in front desk seemed annoyed , and did not give me clear instructions, not even where or how to get to my room. It would have been nice if she put a smile on her face, and greeted me like she greeted the drunken girls coming in after me. I paid for my room, so I believe I should have received the same amount of respect . Overall we loved the room, and breakfast staff were marvelous! The only downside was transportation services, the same front desk lady said that it was only for pilots not for general Public. Thank you staff , at the end of the day, me and my husband had a blast in Vegas. Thank you

Would have given a better rating but the front desk staff were so rude, uninterested in helping with basic questions. Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing, and housekeeping as well.

Not what I expect for a Homewood suites. First, when we arrived we had to be buzzed in and they were not quick to do this. When I approached the front desk there was no greeting just “credit card and ID”. Nice room. Reasonably clean, under the bed was dirty. Ok location, but difficult to walk to strip due to construction. Breakfast was terrible. First day, there was a mix up on stated times and most of the food was put away. We just ate an early lunch and based on the next days breakfast that was probably good. Second day the egg dish and sausage were bad. I’m not picky and have never had a truly bad breakfast at a hotel and have stayed at a few Homewood suites and like it just fine, but this was bad. They did comp parking because of the mix up the first day. Overall, wouldn’t stay there again. It was not terrible, but there are so many other choices, I would probably pick something closed to the strip or Fremont. We picked it because we were going to bring our dog, but we ended up not bringing her. I didn’t change the hotel, cause I generally like homewood suites anyway.

Great location. Easy in and out parking.

I've reserved 2 nights for July 4th but I stayed 1 night and checked out on next morning. The location was not good, it's very hard to find the hotel. The website mentioned that 15 mins walk to Bellagio Casino, but there's no way to cross a heavy traffic highway. The elevator was wet and dirty. You could not control the room A/C fan speed which was too strong and noisy. The breakfast choice was less, and the food was cold.

Great hotel new building great breakfast and close to many attractions in vegas

Clean and family friendly hotel!! Staff is friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was that it's not walking distance to the strip. They do offer a shuttle to the Aria hotel (that's on the strip), but next time I'll book with a hotel on the strip so that it's closer to everything. I had to Uber everywhere which got kind of expensive.

Right off the strip and was perfect for a family. We had a few day trips from Vegas planned and by staying off strip it was easy to get in and out and not have to deal with casinos. “If” your plan is for nightlife/casinos you should look elsewhere…it looks walkable to the strip, but it’s not that close.

Great one night stay close to airport.

It was a nice stay. The hotel was clean and fairly updated. The breakfast was great; however, there were long lines for toaster and waffle maker.

Hotel was clean, two problems the jacuzzi didn’t work properly and the breakfast was disgusting.

The place is good. Breakfast foods are not that good though, it is ok.

Everything was good, staff friendly, hotel was clean but the breakfast was downgraded compared with our last visits. Last times we been there we had more options for breakfast. Even for coffee was just cream, no oat milk , no milk etc.
