コロナ前に滞在して、バスタブがあるのにお手頃価格で立地も良いので迷わず決めたのですが、色々変わっていましたドリンクサービスはコーヒーだけになり、大浴場があったはずが無くなり、ジムもあった気がするのですが案内されませんでした私の勘違いだったらすみません時代の流れに合わせた対応なのでしょうが、以前を知ってるため、少々残念でしたしかし、スタッフの方は皆さん親切で心地よく過ごせました

인사동 최애 숙소입니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 객실은 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 무엇보다 작지만 알차게 운영되는 사우나는 정말 최고!!! 목욕후 서비스되는 아이스크림이 쫀득하니 정말 맛있어요. 조식은 세미 일본식이어서 절임류와 낫또 오니기리 등이 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 인사동 쇼핑하기도 좋은 위치입니다. 강력 추천해요!!

リニューアル工事中で、館内のセメントのようなニオイが気になりました。地下の大浴場はありませんでした。 12階に宿泊しましたが、エレベーター2台が連動して動いているわけではなかったので、待ち時間が長かったです。地下鉄の駅から近く便利でしたが、労務社風の高齢男性が多く（そういうエリアだと知らず）、一人で歩くのは不安でした。

スタッフはもちろん、お風呂上がりの無料のヤクルトやアイス、1日2ドリンク飲めるなど嬉しいサービスが沢山ありました。お風呂は熱めの大浴場で、沢山歩く旅行客には一日の疲れを取れるお風呂があるのは最高です！スタッフの方もみなさん親切です！タオルもパジャマもついてるので良かったですありがとうございました

飯店澡堂非常棒！！品質很好！裝潢漂亮又乾淨，還是Dyson吹風機！女生澡堂每天更換密碼，還有女生專用的洗衣室！早餐很豐盛又精緻，非常值得留一天享用！二樓櫃檯旁還提供免費的welcome drink! 房間清潔確實也整潔，唯一小缺點是床翻身會有聲音，其他都非常棒！離捷運不遠，且樓下就有CU超市很便利

별점 1개 주기도 아까운 역대 최악의 호텔이었어요. 침대 시트에 머리카락과 각종 털들이 너무 지저분했어요. 룸을 1번 옮기고 추가로 룸을 1개 더 잡았지만 역시나 침대 시드 위에는 저저분한 털들이 있어서 너무 불결했습니다.

3泊で利用しました。チェックイン時のスタッフさんの説明が分かりやすく，安心して宿泊出来ました。ウェンカムドリンク，夜鳴きそば，大浴場があって有り難かったです。ただ１つ残念なことはベッドが軋むことです。ベッドに入ったときや寝返り打った時にキシキシとしてました。寝心地は良かったです。

デラックスツインに泊まりました。ベッドが広く（多分ダブルサイズ）ゆっくり眠れます。部屋も清潔でした。また、思っていたより広く感じました。セーフティボックスが部屋にないため少し不便でした。

Very close to public transport and within walking distance to tourist spots. However, as noted in previous reviews, reception desk on level 2 and no security needed to enter level one on street so anyone could access any floor. Staff were lovely and helpful throughout stay, English was very good. Safes available at reception but not in room, big enough for documents but not big enough for iPad with case on. Room was perfect size for one person, mattress took a bit of getting used to as very firm, however, aware this is normal for a lot of Asian countries. Would recommend this hotel to others

ツインで部屋も広めで清潔なホテルでした。シャワーのお湯も水圧もしっかり出ました。1日1杯無料コーヒーがもらえます。0時過ぎに着いてレストランが閉まってるのにフロントの男性がコーヒーを入れてくれました。日本語もとても上手で親切な方でした。ベッドのマットレスも適度な硬さで腰痛にもならず寝やすかったです。駅近ですし歩いて韓屋村や昌福宮にも行けて便利です。おかげで良い旅になりました。また利用しようと思います。お世話になりました！

説明にあるリムジンバスの降車場所は停車しないみたいでチケット売り場の方にお聞きし他の最寄りの降車場所で下車。初めてのエリアで下車してから、どっちに行けば良いか少し歩いて探しても分からずホテルへ電話したら対応して下さった方が「私に聞かれても説明出来ないから自分でアプリとか見て来て」と言われました。アプリが上手く繋がらず電話したのに。せめて最寄りの停車場から少なくとも、どちらの方面とか目標になる建物とか従業員なら簡単な説明が出来る様にしてほしかったです。とくに呉竹荘は初めてだと入口もわかりづらいです。降車場所から複雑ではなかったので(着いた時は迷いましたが)なんで簡単な説明もして頂けなかったのか。。それだけが、とても残念でした。他の方は親切でした。自分で説明出来ないなら、せめて他の従業員に変わるとかして欲しかったです。

トイレが詰まり放置したりお湯かけても改善せず汚物の水もついに溢れる...フロントにヘルプ電話すると10分程度で来てくれてラバーカップで処理完了。F「直りました終わりましたそれではー」私「え！？これで終わりですか？」F「他に何をしてほしいのですか？」私「下水で水浸しだけど拭いてかないの？怒」F「わかりましたタオル持ってきます」でタオル持参で２回目。乾いたタオルで拭いただけ。これでいいかって？→いいわけはない溢れる水量確認してタオル持ってくるつもりだったって？→信じられるわけがないまだ一泊あるし鼻歌歌って気を紛らわして拭いてるくらいだからお帰りいただいた。仕方なくタオルマット二重乗せでトイレ使用しました。なおトイレは下水好きの黒い小さな羽虫がいて10羽退治しました。

カバンを電車に置き忘れるというトラブルがあったのですが、受付の方に相談したところ、すぐに駅に連絡を取ってくださり、無事に解決できました。その他、こちらの要望にもすぐに対応してくださいました。場所も、マラソン大会参加という今回の旅行の目的に合っており、移動がスムーズにできました。

The hotel staff were superb and really helpful here with any request made. The rooms were clean and they were comfortable. They are remodeling so there’s a bit of construction happening so the outside area looks a bit messy. The hotel is a bit hard to find because the signs aren’t as visible. Overall, I enjoyed my week long stay and I would stay here again next time I visit Seoul.

ホテルはさすが日系のホテルだけあり、雰囲気もとても素晴らしかったです。今回は高齢の母親を連れての家族女子旅でしたが、地下にお風呂もあり良かったです！また、フロントの方が日本語が話せるため色々と聞くことができ、親切に対応してくださいました。とても満足しています。また宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

Fin indtjekningsservice - én mand talte godt engelsk. Vi fik værelserne 2 timer før. Senge og hovedpuder var ikke komfortable, Men hårde som sten. Fin morgenmad og fin service ved morgenmad. Ved udtjekning, kunne de ikke hjælpe med at bestille stor taxa med plads til bagagen. Og de kunne intet engelsk. En af os talte lidt koreansk, de kunne dog stadig ikke hjælpe. Nice hotel, located in popular Insadong shopping area. Rooms on the small side, but ok. Odd arrangement with front desk on second floor. Made us wonder about security. It seems anyone could enter the building on the first floor and access elevators to any floor. At night though, a room key is required to enter the hotel.

スタッフの方はみなさん親切で、日本語がお上手で安心して滞在できました。お掃除もきちんとしてくださったので、快適に過ごせました。仁寺洞はもちろん益善洞にも近く、安国の北村韓屋村にも歩いていけるので、満喫できます。鐘路２街から市内バスに乗れば、江南にも弘大にも明洞にも行けるので最高の立地です！ただ、地下鉄3号線と5号線は乗り換え遠いのでキャリーバックを持っている人はお気をつけください。空港リムジンも鐘路2街に発着するので便利です。鐘路2街からホテルまでは5分くらいです。みなさんが仰っているとおり入り口はわかりにくいです。オラカイ仁寺洞スイーツホテルの正面にあるので、オラカイスイートを目印にすると良いかもしれません。呉竹荘の看板は出ていますが、右奥の方に入り口があります。(立体駐車場の入り口の右奥です)

We used it each night after a long day of walking. The breakfast was high quality and we were able to fuel up each morning before starting each day. The food was excellent, but the only comment would be for a little more variety as the choices were a little stale by our fifth day there.

客室はとても綺麗でした。姿見がないのは残念でした。大浴場も清潔でとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクもあり、とっても良かったです。周りの街は古いのでちょっと臭いが気になりましたが、韓国を楽しめるところにあると思います。

客室、チェックイン等に全く不満ございません！すっごく快適でした！ただ、大浴場はすごく混雑するので時間に気をつけましょう！あと、朝食はかなり種類が少ないので、つけなくても良いと思います！周りに良い飲食店いっぱいあるので！

Had a wonderful stay here. Room was comfortable. Not huge but great if you plan to be out sightseeing most of the time. Daily breakfast is delicious, more Japanese than Korean. Nightly ramen served for guests was delicious comfort after exploring all day! My favorite part was the spa downstairs with hot/cold pools, sauna, and showers. There is a little lounge area to grab an ice cream or yogurt drink after you go to the spa. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

The basics were good. We got a single room with 3 beds. It was kind of small, but the AC and TV (including YouTube and Netflix) worked great and the room was clean. The spa was good too. Downstairs you can get free coffee and tea. The breakfast was fine, but I think the price was a little high for what you get.

The room is nice and clean. Air conditioning was adequate. We really appreciated the laundry facility with washer and dryer. Free coffee in the morning, but no cream/milk. Free drink machine in the afternoon, very nice to have cold drinks coming in from outside. The free ramen at 900pm was generous. The room is not well lighted. The light close to the door is on motion sensing, very annoying when you are trying to pack - it turns off constantly. No lighting close to the beds. There are no hanging hooks for towel in the washroom. Otherwise, we enjoyed our 5 night stay.

I absolutely love this hotel! Everything was so convenient. Easy to get to the train. The onset was amazing and love the free ice cream. The room was a decent size for a solo traveler and very clean. I will definitely recommend staying here and will be back.
