This stay was exactly what we needed. After spending 2 1/2 weeks in busier parts of Portugal and Morocco we found this to be a quiet haven. The only negative was we thought we were getting a kitchen in our room VIII. It ended up being a “shared” one in the main area. That would be great but the kitchen was only a coffee station with a shared fridge and microwave. Not my version of a kitchen. Other that that we loved it there!

Everything was designed for comfort, nice ambience, and great view from the room. Big plus was a mini kitchen in the common area with a fridge, utencils, dishes, coffee, microwave. Safe and convenient location. We loved the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The suite was spacious and the bathroom was amazing… shower and wonderful free standing tub. The hotel was very quiet and clean. For a small fee, we were able to park our car in a parking garage. The host provided excellent dinner and brunch recommendations.

Good location for our 2 night stay in Lisbon. Room was large with small shared outdoor patio. King size bed was comfortable, though it would have been nice to have a chair to put clothes on. A/C worked well. Small common kitchen area near the front desk where you could make tea or coffee-would have been nice if milk was provided but we bought some at a near by mini market. Front desk was only staffed at certain hours but staff were friendly and helpful when present.

Amazing hotel!! Excellent location!! The room was beautiful!! Even better than on the pictures!! Inès at the desk was so friendly and helpful. She suggested restaurants and places to go for drinks. There is like a common space with a fridge and coffee and tea and stuff. Perfect, perfect, perfect!! We only stayed one night because it was at the end of our trip on our way back to Canada but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend that hotel without hesitation.

The staff here is very professional and helpful. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The issue is that our air conditioner did not work, and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat. (we stayed at the end of May -high 75 degrees F) We reported it in the morning, but they could not get it fixed. They offered to move us to another property, but we were checking out very early the next morning to catch our flight home. We decided it wasn't worth it to pack everything to move to another building. We made do with the ceiling fan. Had I know the air conditioner was not going to work, I would have not booked at this property. Note: They couldn't move us to another room in that building because other rooms in that hall also had an air conditioner that did not work. If having air conditioning in our room is a must, take that into consideration.

Wow. This place blew me away. Fantastic stay. Everything was great. The staff and the coffee/water bar were much appreciated after long travel days. The hotel is located just a tad bit off of the busy Lisbon district but walking distance to get to anywhere. Super thick walls and a dark room created the perfect restful environment to sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely room, beautifully decorated and a great size. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was charming, very comfortable and pristine. Quality toiletries and linens. The only downside was we chose this accommodation as the listing said there were laundry facilities and a dryer. This wasn't true - there was a laundromat nearby, but plenty of places have a laundromat nearby. No appliances to wash or dry clothes in our accommodation, which was an inconvenience. We booked the Superior Apartment - it was HUGE, beautiful, cozy, modern, spotless clean with wonderful views. We loved the location, residential but with so many eating options around and the real portugese night life. Check-in process was perfectly smooth. Great communication prior as well. Highly recommend!

Great location directly across from parliament building. Quiet area overall. Walkable to Chaido and many other areas. Staff was excellent. Only downside which worried me was couch was completely covered with stains which made me question cleanliness of fabric and potentially bed. Bed seemed fine but we avoided the couch area. Port wine and pastries for welcome were great!

The location of this place is amazing! It’s right across the street from the parliament building and surrounded by groceries stores, restaurants, and cute shops. My only complaint is that the room smelled a bit moldy, maybe it’s because we got a room on the ground level. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

Great communication at check in, clean and pretty room. The only negative, and for me it was a big issue, was the noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything around me, including conversations. Was disturbed at night by people coming in late, and early in the morning as well. Bring your earplugs! Other than that, great place.

Everything is quite good with this hotel. We stayed on the ground floor, the only small issue is that louder noises from the hallway/front office is can be heard inside the room, and vice versa. Other than that, we are quite happy with the hotel!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect! The location was great - view of the Parliament Building from our windows, quiet, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was huge and comfortable and had a nice kitchen! We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and housekeeping was quick and very efficient. Air conditioning was noisy but kept the room cool. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for local dining and excursion options. The hotel was very close to local transportation though dining, shopping, and grocery stores were within shopping distance. The hotel itself was quiet but is located on a busy street so it is possible to hear sirens and loud groups outside. The beds were very uncomfortable but the rest of the overall cleanliness of the property would have me stay here again.

Our stay in the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four adults. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The location can’t be beat - local coffee shops and restaurants are a short walk away in any direction. The staff was kind and helpful - even before our arrival they answered all my questions and continued to check in each day to make sure we had all we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Close to bus line with metro connections. Inez and Anna were very welcoming and helpful in providing recommendations on where to eat and how to navigate Lisbon. The room we stayed in had a charming patio area that would have been lovely to use but we had rainy weather and we did not use it. I would highly recommend this property. Patricia and Ines , hotel managers, could not have been more helpful, attentive , friendly and sincere. I’m not sure I have ever had a more pleasant hotel experience with the staff

The Property, itself was excellent; however, Maria, was new to the job and had not been trained to supply Metro information or other travel information about the important sites of the city and how to get to see them. EVA was a terrific concierge; but we did not have her until the last 2 days. Prior to our arrival, we had dealt with Patricia; however, she was no longer an employee when we arrived. I think there is constant turnover of employees.

Amazing hotel!! Excellent location!! The room was beautiful!! Even better than on the pictures!! Inès at the desk was so friendly and helpful. She suggested restaurants and places to go for drinks. There is like a common space with a fridge and coffee and tea and stuff. Perfect, perfect, perfect!! We only stayed one night because it was at the end of our trip on our way back to Canada but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend that hotel without hesitation.

The Sao Bento 1 is an impeccably well maintained and clean apartment. It’s located close to a number of quaint restaurants and is in easy walking distance from the waterfront.

We absolutely love this charming hotel. I stayed 3 nights in the apartment and after visiting Porto stayed another night in the room. Both are just as lovely. We were greeted by two young ladies that welcomed us on our second check in they were so very welcoming and even suggested where to go and do. The decor is rustic and tastefully done. Room is very spacious with all the details from warm towels to the pastries and coffee! Ps the quaint Italian restaurant next door is a gem we ate there twice!

Great location, right across from the Parliament. Many grocery stores and dining options nearby. Quiet at night and busy with regular traffic during the day. The apartment is roomy and ideal for a couple looking to stay in and cook or use as a comfortable base to explore. Many modern touches throughout the space with plenty of charm and character. The place was not even noticeable from the outside ( I thought maybe I was in the wrong place when the Lyft dropped me off), but the room (and bathroom) was just gorgeous - more like a cozy well-appointed guest house. And there was a local pastry and glass of port to greet me in the room to greet me on check-in. There's not really much of lobby - just a small front desk. The young woman who manned it, however, was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat, and to go hear fado. Very unfortunately, they had a power outage at the hotel while I was there, though, which wasn't great.

Everything was designed for comfort, nice ambience, and great view from the room. Big plus was a mini kitchen in the common area with a fridge, utencils, dishes, coffee, microwave. Safe and convenient location. We loved the stay.

LOVED this hotel. Great location in the city. The room was lovely and clean. And my son said the sofa bed was comfy. Eva was absolutely wonderful for our entire stay. Communication was fabulous with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great place for breakfast right around the corner. We didn't want to leave. We will stay here every time we are in Lisbon.

We loved every second there. The flat was clean and had everything we could wish for! The room was ready even earlier so we had an easy check in around 12pm! The area is also very nice. Nice Breakfast spots, good coffee, wine bars, restaurants and cute shops. Good public transport options but also walkable. A grocery shop down the street.

Good location for our 2 night stay in Lisbon. Room was large with small shared outdoor patio. King size bed was comfortable, though it would have been nice to have a chair to put clothes on. A/C worked well. Small common kitchen area near the front desk where you could make tea or coffee-would have been nice if milk was provided but we bought some at a near by mini market. Front desk was only staffed at certain hours but staff were friendly and helpful when present.

Wow. This place blew me away. Fantastic stay. Everything was great. The staff and the coffee/water bar were much appreciated after long travel days. The hotel is located just a tad bit off of the busy Lisbon district but walking distance to get to anywhere. Super thick walls and a dark room created the perfect restful environment to sleep. Would definitely recommend!
