Imagine Lighthouse

The floor in the room was really dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. Dust and someone’s hair were everywhere :(

Clean and sufficiently stocked kitchen for the little use we needed. Liked being on 61st floor - facing east, the sunrise was spectacular. Beds comfortable, towels soft.

Check in was simple & staff was very courteous. Room was clean. 50th floor views are great. Only negative is no onsite parking

The room was spotless and the staff were amazing, they helped wherever we needed it.

Unfortunately, we only stayed at Imagine Lighthouse for one night. When we entered our apartment the carpets were stained, the doors were marked and the room was nothing like the pictures. We went back to reception and explained that we were dissatisfied. We then were shown another apartment, though this was small and dark. We were given a third option on a higher floor. The room was still run down, though by this stage we just wanted to rest. We agreed to stay one night and the reception explained that we needed to inform Expedia to get a refund. That night as I was drying my hair the hairdryer fuse blew in my hands! We also experienced the noise of the building structure screeching in the wind. I heard other customers complain about the room feeling like it was rocking also. Not a great experience and will not recommend this hotel to others.
