Alojamiento en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio y cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, cama y sabanas de calidad. Buenas vistas y el personal nos atendió de forma excelente en español, estuvimos muy cómodos. El alojamiento es muy recomendable. El tema de los parking estuvo muy complicado a las 16:00no había ninguno disponible, tuvimos que buscar uno en el centro que tampoco fue fácil, a la vuelta en la tarde noche ya pudimos coger parking sin complicaciones.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and equipped with everything and more. The location is perfect to walk to all the main sightseeing spots in Porto Historic Center. Staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us hit the main spots in Porto. The only thing is be prepared to struggle to find free parking on the street or to pay 30 euros per day for a parking spot at the hotel garage.

Great apartment, clean and fairly close to riverfront and other sights. Big parking garage at the top of the street called Silo Auto. Take a ticket and go in and right after you park exchange ticket in the office on the ground floor for 48 or 72 hours pre paid ticket. You will get 50 percent off regular price.

This is cute bare bones apt. It does have equipped kitchen w soap and mini fridge but no paper towels. Main area and bedroom were clean. Staff on site from 8am to 23hish, which covers most check in hours. They have another hotel building just steps away in case you have any other needs at other hours. The room was spacious, spotless and newly furnished. Kitchen was essentially fully equipped. No washer/dryer in the unit but that depends on your needs. Twins beds were comfortable. Bedding for the sofa bed was clean and comfortable as well. Housekeeping every 2 days is included. The shower gel dispenser was empty when we checked in but the front desk staff tried their best to fix right away

Victor at the front desk is helpful and friendly. The room is super clean, well equipped, and with fresh and cool air. The only weird thing is the sink in the bathroom. It’s tiny, and I don’t see how anyone can wash his face there.

I think we were given the worst apartment, very small and with a view to the first floor roof. The expendable sofa was very small for our teenager kids, and was placed right by the door with no room around it. We saw two other apartments on the same floor, much bigger and with enough space around the additional beds - I guess we were not lucky that way. Otherwise, the location was great, right by the entry in the old city, we were able to walk the while way to the Douro river and back and seeing everything we wanted to see. Very safe neighborhood, a lot of dining options if you wouldn’t have dinner in the old city. Paid parking on the street or in a parking garage close by. If you come across this property book the Spot Hotel, not the apartments, otherwise you might get a room like ours. It is well equipped with everything one needs to make breakfast as well, that is the apartment advantage. Maybe it’s good for families with very young kids.

Upon checking in, some places like to tell you all about the place and the city, and others just like to get you checked in quickly so that you can begin enjoying your room. I prefer the second, quicker approach. The receptionist meant well, but by giving a lengthy description of the city to each person she checked in, she caused the check-in line to move slowly. Once we were checked in though, I loved everything about the place. Very comfortable! Also a good location.

The unit was spacious, bright, clean and functional. We stayed for 9 nights visiting the entire north of Portugal from this base, and it was a great choice. Once you get used to the 3 min walk to the parking garage, everything else is extremely convenient. All of historic Porto, including Gaia, is within a 30 min walk from the apartment. Restaurants nearby are plentiful and so are grocery shops. The staff was friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful and warm welcome and greeting by Leonor. Her English is excellent and made us feel very welcome. Later in the evening, there are a few - possibly homeless people around the street. They do not seem bad though and mind their own business. The Mercator do Balhão is just down the road. Amazing experience and great restaurants on then top level. The lower level has souvenirs and fresh seafood and wine-tasting stations.

Disappointed with the property overall how they treated the situation. When we landed in Lisbon and due to the heavy rain, the train stopped servicing and we could not buy our ticket to Porto. After letting property management know, they refused to refund our stay. I get it if it's under normal circumstances the refund window was the pass but we were in a special situation that caused us not able to reach there. We had the train ticket office issue a letter for us and informed us all the hotel should know of this situation. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. We ended up losing the entire booking fee. A better way would have been a partial refund at the minimum. This a place I would not recommend to my friends which is unfortunate and would highly recommend anyone stay here to be certain of your dates.

All the staff were helpful & cheerful. Good location to the food hall/market,high street shops. Plenty of bars & restaurants.Happy Hour was appreciated at the bar over the road.Restaurant next door served good cheap food & always had a queue outside . Recommend for 2/3 night stay.
