Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Avenida

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and spacious with some some surprise features like a washing machine and dishwasher. We were only here for one night but we loved the area and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We got slightly confused with the number of our apartment and didn’t realize there are two separate locations on the same street. People who arrived the same time as us were also confused by this so check the building number first.

Everything was good except for the elevator was not working Overall I highly recommend this place especially for people who are intending to cook at the property

Check in was once you arrive and buzz the door and complete a check in at the self service kiosk. Had to call to clarify this, as the booking confirmation said they wouod send a code before arriving at the property. Very clean and well maintained.

I stayed in studio which was small but functional. Kitchen has all you need. Apartment service was done daily and two wacher/dryer mashines in hallway are very handy. Will be nice if instructions for dryer were provided. We had very pleasant stay in this apartment!

There ts a complicated self in machine prividing long accseess codes .. why not to give plastic cards ... the codes are so long and comlpicated . Also the agents don respond quilcly and elvator were out of service ..

Stayed there with family (2 kids 2 adults). Check in was easy and location is just perfect from every angle. So many options early for food and groceries. Apartment was very nice and clean. Cleaners we came across were supper friendly. We managed to store our luggage after check-out for only 2 euros. Strongly recommended for family who like to stay close to all the attractions in a safe and sounds area

Overall this is a decent place but not a great one. The location is perfect and it served the basic purpose of an accommodation but I don’t think I will ever stay at a place with no front desk again. We never received the check-in instructions so I had to call them to follow up. We arrived around midnight and the check-in system wasn’t functioning. The person on the line asked us to wait 10-15 minutes, we ended up waiting on the stairs for 50 minutes in the cold. They finally gave us the codes but said we had to walk to the other building in the pouring rain! And we got a room on the third floor while the elevator wasn’t being repaired, which is fine but all of this had to be communicated beforehand. It was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience as they were very unprofessional in terms of problem-solving. The location of the place is wonderful, the room overall is clean on the surface but inside the closets were very dusty. We didn’t use the kitchen but the washing machine was great. During one of the nights of our stay, we also had a very noisy neighbor who had their music on blast until 6 am, made a lot of loud noises, kept dropping things on the floor, and didn’t let us get any sleep, and there was no one to call and complain to. Therefore, even though the overall experience was good but the lack of communication and access to assistance was what made it less enjoyable.

Long access codes hard to be memorize and wasting time to get it out of the phone ..elevator was out of service for days and the agents do not answering the phone all the tine .bad experince

Liked location, apartment with kitchenette & cleaning service. Did not like the Narrow hallway, elevator & steep slippery stairs were hard for elderly.

The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped if you want to make small meals. The water heater tank is small. If you are a party of more than 2 people, you can't have consecutive hot showers after the 2nd person because there will not be enough hot water. You will need to wait a good while for the water tank to heat up. There is a nice street view with two mini balconies. Check-in is done via a kiosk. Ensure you read the map next to the check-in kiosk carefully because your room can be in an entirely different building on the other side of the street up the hill.

El check-in se hace con una maquina, y es un poco complicado. El apartamento nada que ver con las fotos. Sucio y poco mantenimiento. Las camas muy incomodas. No volveria a ir.

Het was een fijn ruim 3 kamer appartement maar in verhouding kleine badkamer. Na het douche werd deel van de badkamervloer wat nat. Op zich heel schoon alleen bij aankomst was de prullenbak in de keuken niet leeg en was het bestek niet echt schoon. Werd wel snel na melding opgelost. Fijn verder iedere dag schoonmaak en zuivere handdoeken. Ligging is vrij centraal. Op loopafstand ook Aldi voor bijvoorbeeld je broodjes te halen

The appartment is well located. The only problem is the bed bugs. Got a total of 11 bites on my right arm. The rest of the family couldn't sleep. Too busy killing the bed bugs.

Everything was excellent, very central to all the tourist areas, very good cleaning service, close to well-known brand stores. I had a wonderful experience in Lisbon, Portugal.

Property was in a great location minus the garbage outside. Bathroom really small, great kitchen. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Cleaning service was just garbage and made bed. Floors where never washed, bathroom was never cleaned. We stayed there for one week.

About what was expected for a serviced apartment. Room was relatively clean, could use a new coat of paint. Bathroom was renovated and all utilities worked well including mini kitchenette with fridge, stove, toaster, and sink. Note, you are responsible to wash your own dishes. Safe worked well. Lots of closet space with hangers. Room was cleaned consistently and fresh towels were given daily, reflects well on the staff. Communication with the operators was terrible, no email with access code or registration number was provided, 24 hours beforehand as it was stated in the booking. Not reachable by live chat, etc. Had to sort out issue with Expedia who called them with our details and got the reg. number for us. Spent 2 hours sorting out the mess at the airport. Location was great. Free bottle of water is just tap water, so be sure to buy your own water at the store nearby. Try the foccazeria on the corner, it is delish.

Il bagno è da rimodernare, basta cambiare il silicone intorno alla doccia per non allagare il bagno. Le finestre sono poco insonorizzate se si ha la stanza sulla strada come noi. La posizione è buona rispetto al centro, ci si arriva a piedi in circa 15 minuti.

There was a Wifi interruption and it was hard to get in touch with the apartment staff to fix the problem (we had to use the phone at the main entrance). It took several hours to get the problem fixed (we had to use our cellular data in that evening). Also, while it is stated that payment will be at property, we got charged the full amount 4 days before arrival. Finally, there is a communication problem as the staff does not answer to emails and phone (we had to use their phone at the main entrance).

Un pochino piccola ma accogliente e con tutto quel che serve

This was a spacious two bedroom flat which was suitable for us, the kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and tidy. There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure. After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder. The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying. It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It’s basic and simple, but clean and convenient.

Bit dirty and not organized. Door was open before arrival. Rooms are bit empty. Bed hard and not enough sheets.

Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really.

Schöne Wohnung, stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr gut für Familien. Durch aktuelle Baustelle morgens früh laut, qber als Familie ist man ja sowieso früh wach. Checkin und -Out sehr easy

Unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to contact someone if you’re having issues at off peak hours. My unit lost electricity shortly after midnight, it wasn’t resolved until nearly 12 hours. I tried all the steps they provided to contact someone and nobody answered until 11am. Better communication would have helped

We didn’t get an access code or reservation number in advance. Telephoned the day before and was told to ring on arrival. No-one answering bell, no-one answering phones. Ended up on chat with hotels.com to resolve. Extremely frustrating. That said, the apartment itself was exactly as advertised. Clean, good size, and a great location.

Well-located Appartments, walking distance to the main attraction sites. There is also a near-by metro station and grocery stores. I did not receive the instructions for the self check-in but we got immediate assistance when using the phone at the entrance of the building.

Not able to access the appartement be cause not received the code !!

Check in was a little bit of a nightmare. We weren't sent any codes to access the property. Luckily a cleaner was passing by so she managed to call the property manager and we got checked in. Bathroom door was broken which we messaged about but got no response. We have been charged city tax incorrectly - we should have been ch

This is definitely the best place to stay at. We had everything we needed. The washer dryer combo was great. We moved it. I would stay there again. I honestly just want to say there communication is garbage. We didn't get the code to get into the building like they said we would and I ran into probly 5 more scenarios like that that people couldn't get into the building because they didn't get the code up front. After that check-in is really easy there is a box office basically that you put in your information and it gives you a code to your room that part was super easy. Reaching out to the owner of this is not possible I did it through Expedia itself didn't work. I tried via email It didn't work. I tried the number that they recommend you calling from Expedia and the property itself no answer from the number. So communication why is this place sucks. Staying in their place is great once you're in everything is amazing recommend the rooms.

Great property, is very accessible. Make sure to check your emails to get the access codes for your entrance into the facility. There is no front desk.

Location, location, location!!! The unit is located close to Baxia which offers so much to see and do. I would stay here again.

This property is right in the middle of downtown and perfect location to walk everywhere. The nearness to the metro was our most important request, and this property did not disappoint.
