It is very convenient for us as parents of young kids to have a night out but still be close from home (18 min) in case of emergency. It is very quiet & beautiful. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are very great too. Only thing is our smelled like someone smoked in there. Loved that it had spa & restaurant & cafe & bar & pool. Couldn’t ask for more. A great place to be where everything is inside

A truly world-class hotel. The staff are extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the horse racing theme is elegant and interesting. A wonderful restaurant and bar. I travel worldwide and this is one of my favorite hotels. The view over the stables is beautiful. Waking up to a view watching horses train on the track at sunrise is beautiful.

I stay here every few weeks for work and it’s gets better each time. The staff, especially Deepak at the front desk, are incredible. The hotel is spotless and the facilities and dining options are always fabulous. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness of our suite left a lot to be desired. Dirty inside window, sticky bedroom bench top, disposed razor cap & Bobby pin behind bathroom door, TV & phone in bedroom not working. If you are paying $480 for a room to expect it be be bloody clean!

Every morning around 10 o’clock, it’s really annoyed when housekeeping wakes us up asking for cleaning room. One day We left our room at 11am but they didn’t clean the room. Also at the point of check in and check out , no one there helps us to bring our luggages up and down to the room. Almost every night, we have to call front desk asking for bottles of water, tea and coffee, as the housekeeping didn’t refill it.

It was a really nice stay at William Inglis. Everything was clean and we loved all the small final touches in the room. The restaurant down stairs was quite good as well! A very relaxing few nights spent after our wedding. Absolutely no complaints!! Thank you!

The hotel is very good, breakfast was buffet and really good. The service at reception was exceptional (Liam) . We had a deluxe room it was big and the bed was comfy. The bathroom though omg, had no door- that’s right no door. It had Smokey glass doors on the shower and toilet cubicle . The toilet cubicle was very small and claustrophobic. For such a young hotel I was very surprised by this last of foresight . If you were travelling with a friend you would surely want a door on the bathroom.

Great view of the racecourse. Location was easy to get to and the food was great. The only thing I didn't like is the open plan ensuite which provides no privacy even though the glass is frosted on the shower and toilet cubicles.

Second time staying here and would never return. Staff are inept and rude. I was charged for an upgrade but didnt get one. They didnt even know what room I was in. When I asked for a refund, the staff told me they didn't know how to do that. Days later and still nothing. Guests partying until 3.30am and hotel staff did nothing, felt sorry for the guests who had to confront the patron's and ask them to quieten down. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else in Liverpool or Parramatta.

I like the hotel and the staff were friendly enough. What I didn't like was the booking was done throgh expedia but the hotel claimed to have no record of the included breakfast and to compound the issue I had to go through the whole issue the 2nd morning for breakfast.

My experience staying at the William Inglis was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and I felt like they were always a step ahead of me, they always greeted me when I walked in,they were friendly and all round amazing. We also had dinner and the food was lovely. And the cafe was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope to return someday soon.

This place is lovely. The location is more industrial, but that didn’t bother us. We enjoyed watching track work from our room. Access to the main freeway wasn’t great, but the hotel and facilities certainly made this place a great choice for us.

Nice hotel close to Warwick Farm Race Course and the Inglis Stables. Room was well appointed and in good condition. Resturant dining was expensive for what was available for both Dinner & Breakfast. Room was excessively hot and the Air Conditioning did not appear to be affective at all
