I had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. The location could not have been better, with shops, cafés and restaurants right outside and the streets buzzing from morning until late. It made exploring the city easy and I loved being able to pop back for a quick rest or to drop off shopping bags full of pastel de nata before heading out again. The bed was perfectly firm and so comfortable. The shower worked a treat and the coffee maker was a nice bonus, though I would recommend bringing your favourite espresso pods to start the day right. Check-in was a breeze with active reception, which meant I could arrive on my own schedule. The apartment is roomy enough for a family of 2 and even has a lift, a lifesaver when carrying luggage. A brilliant base to enjoy Lisbon in all its noisy, colourful glory.

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything. The room was spacious, clean with lots of light. One thing I appreciated after being in other hotels in Portugal was the elevator. The other two places we stayed in did not have elevators and it was a challenge to go up and down 4 flight of stairs. The other thing to note is that most hotels don't offer conditioner. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice, convenient place to stay, in the heart of the city. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators worked fine (not always the case!). Bed was comfortable, shower fine, nice to have the kitchenette and Nespresso machine. Nice to have a couple of chairs to sit in, in addition to a table and chairs for eating.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, cuidan hasta el más pequeño detalle. Camas muy cómodas. Ubicación perfecta para visitar Lisboa en pleno centro. Disponen de acuerdo con el parking de la plaza Figueira para dejar el coche a 35€/dia. El personal de recepción encantador, nos ayudaron con todo.

The property 8s great and the staff s are super friendly. Only thing is there parking is not available by the hotel. You have park you're car at the public parking and walk over 10 to 12 blocks. I definitely suggest taking an uber to the hotel

Clean flat in the best location. We were during hot summer days. Has good AC and elevator / lift. Hotel staff is wonderful and bathrooms were big and upgraded. Five star place .

We could not have been happier with this property. Highlights: Joseph, at the front desk. He was so friendly, kind, helpful. He made great recommendations and even got us in at a popular restaurant without a reservation. He seemed to honestly care if we were having a good time and felt taken care of. Location is PERFECT. The apartment was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. We had the one bedroom with pullout sofa. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable (even the pull out sofa!), the bathroom/shower were great. The kitchen is great -- with coffee (Keurig) that worked great and tasted better. There is an elevator (key!). Outside the front door is everything you need. Food, shopping, and very close to all you want to see. Note: the property is within a "walking district" only -- so you have to pick up your Uber a block or so away at the square. Taxis and Ubers can't make it to your front door -- not a big deal! Staying here absolutely made our trip. While it was a little more expensive, it was worth every penny. You won't be disappointed!

From the second we booked we were thoroughly impressed with Villa Baixa. They went out of their way to help us get situated and assisted with helping us find parking. The apartment was super clean, bright and comfortable + in a great location within walking distance to so many sites, shops and restaurants. But the staff were the true gem. They were so nice and very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough! Would definitely book here again next time in Lisbon.

The bedroom area is not separated from the living area. The hot water was not sufficient for 3 people to shower-cooled down midway thru second shower. A lot of street noise from cable car & partiers in the street.

Front desk help was subpar at best. Comfy bed and clean and loved the windows in the front room.

This house has a really fantastic view. The location is also great. The inside of the house has been completely remodeled, so it is very clean and well-maintained. There was absolutely no lack of space for a family of four to stay, and we had a comfortable stay. I was able to communicate quickly with the host, and I trusted the attitude of quickly responding and solving problems when they arose. This is a place I want to stay again!!

Apartment was clean and comfortable, extremely central , close to shops and restaurants and the commercial square and chiado shopping, some noise from near by building work and trams through night however if you lock the shutters it helps. Air con is quiet an efficient. Friendly staff, handy tips on where to eat and owner was accommodating with local info. I am fussy with pillows and found them to be too hard however I usually take my own as I am so particular! We found 3 adults in the superior apartment to be too cramped - pay for deluxe if you can - views are amazing and it appears much more spacious.

The property was clean and centrally located. We arrived just as the blackout began. Luckily our driver, Paolo was there to pick us up. When we arrived, the elevators were not working because of the blackout. That did not matter because their team, including Ameen & Katia. They helped to take our luggage upstairs. Three flights!! The front desk team including Bruna and Andrea were super accommodating and even booked our private tours. We were a party of three and it was quite comfortable. Would def recommend this hotel.

Our wonderful time began with Duarte meeting us at the corner to greet us. Our apartment was glorious. Four balconies, spacious and clean. So clean. The location was perfect. Surrounded by everything. Duarte and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we loved Lisboa as much as they do. From the best food recommendations, shopping and tours, they knew it all. We were especially encouraged by a man at the front desk who offered us his personal transportation pass to use. Who does that?! The staff at Villa Baixa that’s who. Enjoy your time here. We definitely did ❤️

Sadly , what started out as a great experience ended poorly . Upon check in, we were advised that the water and tea was complimentary. As such, we drank the water . We were going to throw the empty glass water bottle (think souvenir )away when our daughter suggested we take it . Since the water was complimentary , we said ok. They didn’t say “the water is complimentary but we reuse the water bottle “. Well we couldn’t be more shocked when we got off our flight now as we arrived home today and they messaged telling us they sell the water bottles for 25 euros . This information was not conveyed at check in. I cannot with clear conscience recommend a hotel where there is dishonesty and lack of disclosure .

A Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Baixa. It was a perfect location to explore the local historic sites and there is so many great restaurants in the surrounding streets. It is very easy to access the metro from the apartments. The staff were very friendly and were always around if we needed anything.
