Overall a really nice stay. The hotel has a perfect location right next to Alexanderplatz railway station, so it is very easy to arrive there for example from the airport with a direct train. The hotel itself is quite modern and in a nice and clean shape. The size of our room was a bit small, but apart from that there was nothing to complain. The rooftop bar on the 18th floor is quite crowded but if you manage to get there it provides really nice view over the city. The breakfast is a bit pricey (approx 17€ per person) but has a large variety - kindly notice though that they are not offering any warm food but are mostly focusing on bakery products. The reception personnel was really friendly and had a great sense of humour - This was a big plus. Overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying in this hotel again while we are in Berlin next time.

Nice hotel that couldn't be more centrally placed if your plan is to check out all the Berlin sights. Room nice with everything needed although definitely not the biggest room I've seen. One downside is the lack of parking - you have to park at a nearby mall and although that is doable it's not ideal.

We liked Motel One as always. Only downside was that this particular Motel One has no parking lot or what so ever. So you need to search for a place where you can park your car. Besides that everything was great.

This property was in the perfect location. Close to everything shopping, restaurants, attractions, public transportation etc. Very clean and the staff were super friendly. This hotel has a breakfast restaurant only however there are lots of places nearby to eat. There is also no on-site parking available, there is a parking garage about 300feet away that costs $20 euros/day.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price. Better to eat out. Perfect location to transport both around the city and to the airport. The rooms varied in size, but were clean and modern. Bin an einem Samstag früher angekommen, als erwartet, durfte aber schon um 12 Uhr einchecken, also drei Stunden früher als gedacht. Exzellenter Service durch Gulia am Empfang, man fühlte sich herzlich empfangen. Ich hab während des Aufenthalts mal ein Bügeleisen gebraucht, das konnte man sich direkt und kostenlos am Empfang ausleihen. Ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht und bin am Montag dann um 9:55 in die Lounge. Die macht erst um 10:00 Uhr auf, bis dahin gibt es noch das Buffet. Ich habe also gefragt, ob ich kurz warten und dann einen Kaffee in der Lounge trinken kann. Stattdessen durfte ich mir einen gratis Kaffee vom Buffet holen. Das unerwartete Geschenk hat mich echt am meisten gefreut. Das Zimmer war kettentypisch in Ordnung und größtenteils sauber. Oben am Kopfbrett des Betts war viel Staub. Ansonsten alles gut und insgesamt klar zu empfehlen.

Reinigungskraft platzte am Morgen gegen 10 Uhr einfach ins Zimmer!! Absolut unverantwortlich und Eingriff in die Privatsphäre. Die Gegend des Hotels ist wie von einer anderen Welt. Dreckig laut überall Obdachlose und Drogen Abhängige.

Overall pretty decent but here was one issue that was really annoying. For some reason the water temperature in the shower fluctuates by *a lot*. I set the shower to a comfortable temperature and then without touching anything it would quickly switch between too cold and too hot. I would really like to see this addressed because not being able to comfortably shower negates one of the main purposes of a hotel.

This is a very standard and basic 3 star. There were no: coffee machine, telephone, closet (only hooks), face clothes, pen/paper in the room. The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. It was however clean and the staff were friendly. I would not stay there again but that is a personal choice. I was very disappointed especially as I paid over €225 for the first night!!!!!

We chose it for its location. The public spaces are beautiful and practical. Our room was compact but well designed and very comfortable (excellent bed/bedding, excellent AC, sound proof windows…). Staff were also very friendly.

The property was great but unfortunately they treat to Expedia guests terrible. I was checking in with a friend that made the reservation directly from the hotel and they gave him a bottle of water but refused to give me as well with the claim that they do noit give anything to Expedia guests. The same thing happaned when we have asked for late check out. He got it but they refused to give me as well and said that next time I should make the reservation through the hotel and not through expedia.

Sentralt og fint hotell med nærhet til restauranter/barer, shopping og kollektivtrafikk. Frokosten var litt enkel og personalet var trege med å rydde unna på bordene. Et godt alternativ er å spise frokost på en av de mange restaurantene som tilbyr det i nærheten. Dessverre var innsjekkingen håpløs ineffektiv, vi måtte stå over en halvtime i kø.

Very well located hotel for exploring Alexanderplatz area. 2-3min walk to the train station and U-Bahn for the rest of Berlin. Hotel is exactly what is needed for a great city break. Modern, fresh and clean room. Our room was compact but has everything you need for a night or two, although I’m sure there’s lager rooms should you need. Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, plus other staff were kind and stores our bags for a couple of hours after checkout before our flight. Would recommend!

Convenient location to see main sights on foot or by public transport. Hotel was clean, bright and functional. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety although the coffee was from machines and a little weak. Decaf was available but only as instant. Staff were friendly but checkin took a long time even when already done online. Seemed to be some issues with system used. There always seemed to be long lineups at checkin. Nevertheless, I would stay again.

Das Hotel ist super für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin geeignet. Gute ÖPNV, einige Restaurants und fußläufig zu einigen touristischen Zielen. Leider tummeln sich auf dem Alexanderplatz abends ziemlich viele angetrunkene, pöbelnde Typen herum. Das Polizeiaufgebot ist zwar groß, aber ich finde es trotzdem unangenehm. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich ein anderes Stadtviertel wählen.

The rooms are SMALL!!!!! Large suitcase cannot pass by the foot of the bed, side tables are just big enough for my glasses & cell phone. No place for 2 suitcases, not even floor space, so we had to use the little table in the corner of the room. Great place if you only need to sleep, but not comfortable to just hang out in your room. Staff was friendly, lobby, breakfast room & lounge are all beautiful spaces. Breakfast is very nice, with a wide range of foods for anyone's taste, including GF bread & alternative milk products for coffee. Easy spot for taxis to come & go.

Virkelig lækkert hotel. Dejlig personale som er imødekommende og flinke. Flot design på hotellet, og alt virkede gennemført. Morgenmaden var dog ikke det mest spændende, men der var mad så man kunne være klar til dagen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Besonders hat mir das vegane Angebot beim Frühstück gefallen, das im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels deutlich größer ausfällt.
