All of the staff were very helpful and attentive. We received great recommendations for local very high quality restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff were superb, Really. Quality of hotel was very good, with one exception - room carpets need to be cleaned, or better yet - changed. Rooftop pool is tiny but quaint.

AQ Suites is a privately owned property and the owners touch is very present. The service was impeccable and the overall experience is A . Breakfast included is delicious and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable for families. My only recommendation would be a minor improvement of the gym with some free weights, but it’s a recommendation not a complain.

It was well located in the Recoleta neigbourhood withing walking distance of the city centre and convenient access to bus and subway. There are lots of options for food and drink in the neighbourhood and shopping along the main roads like Sante Fe. The staff was friendly and their breakfast service is top class with great fresh fruits, pastries, etc. The pool is small but great after a day of sightseeing. It could do with some shade for the summer days but that is minor. The gym is small but adequate. All in all we enjoyed staying at AQ and would do it again if we ever return.

Beautiful property and the rooms are quite large with balcony. It was a wonderful place to stay. It included buffet breakfast and I was able to book a massage. Didn't take advantage of the rooftop pool but will definitely check it out next time.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und hoher Qualität sowohl was den Check-in, das Zimmer wie auch den Bar- bzw. Frühstücksbereich angeht. Pool auf dem Dach ist klein mit wenig Liege-/Sitzmöglichkeiten, aber toller Aussicht. Gym war absolut funktional.

Ample room, great matress, pillows a big to thick. Loved that it had its independent AC so I slept at my prefered temperature. Lovely breakfast with variety of local pastries plus traditinal scrambled eggs.etc. Great location to walk the city. Terrible gym, dirty and with no real working equipment/ weights.

Very cute property, wish I took advantage of the roof top pool. The hotel staff was great, extremely helpful in setting up taxis, helping with directions, places to eat and drink. The bar had one of the best old fashions, I have had - the bartender put a great spin on it 10/10

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in on our month long South America trip! Noel at the front desk gave us restaurant recommendations and all were outstanding. The restaurant in the hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. The breakfast was amazing! So many good choices. The hotel is only 7 years old and the restaurant has been open 9 months. There is an atrium you can sit in and have drinks. Sergio, the bar tender was fun and makes wonderful, unique drinks. See pictures below. The room was very spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. The pool was small, but relaxing. The water is warm! Everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

There were issues with check-in, elevators weren’t working (but fixed promptly), there were no towels or pillow cases in our room and our mini-fridge leaked all over the room, but I couldn’t clean it up because I had no towels.

Die Zimmer sind sehr Ringhörig und dunkel. In den ersten 3-4 Stockwerken sieht man nur an die Hotelmauer. Der Bodenteppich ist fleckig. Dachpool ist Ok aber nur 4 Klappstühle und keine Tücher oder Getränke. Lage des Hotels ist Super, alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Leider kann ich aber die Top Bewertung nach unserem Aufenthalt nicht bestätigen. Auch haben wir das Personal mehrfach angesprochen auf due Themen und wurden ignoriert.

O hotel e muito agradável, camas confortáveis e bom espaço de quarto. Os atendentes foram sempre solícitos e simpáticos. Única coisa que deveria ser feita e uma higienização do carpet do quarto. Voltarei a me hospedar, gostei muito do hotel.

We stayed here for 1 week as we explored Buenos Aires. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and changed daily. The restaurant on site is also good for lunch or dinner. The location is close to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, parks. The front staff and all the employees are professional and courteous and gave us a lot of information to help navigate the city. We would stay here again.

No quarto, havia diversas amenidades gratuitas, como roupão, chinelo, agua, coca cola, doce, chá, café e muitos itens para higiene, inclusive gilete e escovas de dente. O pessoal do hotel foi muito simpático e prestativo o tempo todo. A localização também é ótima. O hotel tem aparência nova, o quarto é enorme e estava sempre limpo. Com certeza ficaria novamente.

first, when we arrive at the hotel, our friends arrived to their room,and was not clean , beds not make, dishes on the counter, their excuse was they fire the maid few hours ago. us we arrived to our suite and was the room we have reserved, they offer with full charge a another room and move the next day to our executive suite reservation. Sebastian the manager, is really doesn't care about us. he said at the check out he had contact hotels.com to issue me a discount for the firs night. i never received a communucation from hotels.com.

We had a great stay. The staff were amazing- nothing was too much trouble. The suite was perfect - very comfortable. Set in a very convenient location - near good restaurants too. The hotel restaurant was in fact superb. My only complaint was that the WiFi signal in our suite was too weak to be able to use quite often. We did mention it to reception but it didn’t get better. All in all , I would be happy to recommend it.

We had the most amazing trip to Buenos Aires and our 9-night stay at AQ Tailored Suites was perfect! Everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The Jr. Suite offered more space than your average hotel room and was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring many areas throughout the city. We had a lovely selection each morning for breakfast and enjoyed two wonderful dinners at Craig, the hotel restaurant. Thank you AQ Tailored Suites for everything!

The rooms are big and the location is excellent. However our AC was broken in our room so it was very hot. The restaurant closed an hour earlier than they listed so we arrived at 9pm and had to go find a place to get food. The gym and outdoor area was very basic.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The restaurant had amazing food and service. The breakfast spread had a lot of great variety. The nicest touch was that one night we decided to travel instead of leaving for a day trip in the morning. When the hotel noted we did not sleep in our room, they contacted us to check on us. Very attentive and appreciated.

first, when we arrive at the hotel, our friends arrived to their room,and was not clean , beds not make, dishes on the counter, their excuse was they fire the maid few hours ago. us we arrived to our suite and was the room we have reserved, they offer with full charge a another room and move the next day to our executive suite reservation. Sebastian the manager, is really doesn't care about us. he said at the check out he had contact hotels.com to issue me a discount for the firs night. i never received a communucation from hotels.com.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, informative, responsive and friendly. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The location is excellent, easy walk or Uber to most of the must see sights. lots of good restaurants, bookstores, and shopping. My wife and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really loved the excellent breakfast each morning, happy hour and rooftop pool (which is a modest size) made the stay perfect. Many thanks

Staying at this hotel was an absolutely positive experience, and I can only agree with all the glowing reviews. The location is fantastic – everything is within easy walking distance. The design is truly wonderful, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect, from the carefully chosen amenities to the excellent breakfast (which even included champagne!). It already feels like my new home whenever I’m in Buenos Aires. Next time, I’ll definitely make sure to enjoy the wellness area as well!

Excelente quarto. Apenas muito feia a vista dos fundos. Café da manhã maravilhoso e completo. Localização ruim para embarque e desembarque de veículos, especialmente malas grandes. Muito difícil, pois há uma ciclovia exatamente em frente à portaria do hotel. Não fica na Recoleta exatamente. É fácil o deslocamento até a via principal. Ar condicionado do quarto não funciona corretamente. Recepção muito irregular. Pouco comprometimento com o hospede. Displicente às vezes.No mais, há mais elogios do que críticas. The property is in a very good location, very walkable and close to everything. The hote is extra clean and the room was perfect. People are very nice and very helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. We got breakfast included with our room (very good by the way, everything fresh and tasty and well made), and we ate at it also, and the food is incredible. This is a place that we will stay again when we’re back in BA. Highly recommended.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in on our month long South America trip! Noel at the front desk gave us restaurant recommendations and all were outstanding. The restaurant in the hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. The breakfast was amazing! So many good choices. The hotel is only 7 years old and the restaurant has been open 9 months. There is an atrium you can sit in and have drinks. Sergio, the bar tender was fun and makes wonderful, unique drinks. See pictures below. The room was very spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. The pool was small, but relaxing. The water is warm! Everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very nice and clean rooms, staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was excellent: we had dinner two nights during our stay and the food and wine offered were first rate. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, all good. I would definitely stay again at the AQ Tailored Suites.
