Beautiful hotel centralized in Lisbon and many attractions were walkable. The check in process allowed the hotel to share some of their knowledge about Lisbon to help their guests. The onsite restaurant was very good as was the wine. The room was clean. We had a large number of rooms booked between various family members and enjoyed a nice courtyard the hotel had on the second level with a bar, a few tables with seats, a swing, etc.

Our first stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel. Very quiet considering the construction just down the street. Keep in mind that the road in front of the hotel is closed to vehicles from 11am to midnight and public parking is about 2 blocks away. Despite this, we would stay again and highly recommend. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely as were the rooms, the garden and wine. Many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.

Had a really nice stay at the Lisbon Wine Hotel, which is right in the center of the old town - so everywhere is easily walkable. The room was beautiful and the bedding so soft that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. We got a welcome drink in the bar when we arrived and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The only disappointment was the food in the restaurant as we decided to eat here one night. I had the sea bass with some cheesy cauliflower, which was really bland and my friend had the rice and prawns which was over fishy - so not a great success. We just hoped that the usual chef was on leave - so this was just an unlucky experience because otherwise we really liked the place.

Beautiful property right in the heart of the city of Lisbon. The staff were really friendly, efficient and helpful. They were always attentive, I've travelled extensively and the staff at the Lisbon Wine Hotel have been the nicest and the most accommodating that I have seen. The room was beautiful, clean and furnished well. The bed was really comfortable and bedding quite luxurious. Definitely felt a little spoiled, only regret is that we didn't spend much time in the room or at the hotel because there was so much to see and do in Lisbon. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again.

We stayed here for two nights in early November. The pricepoint of this hotel is comparative with similar ones in Lisbon. In all the room was of a nice size and had a lot of modern features. The translucent divider between the bathroom and bedroom is a feature that looks nice at first but rather impractical if you need to use the bathroom at night and do not wish to awaken your partner. Breakfast was nice but quality of pastries was very average and Nespresso coffee was served. I did not enjoy the smell of glade plugins in the breakfast area - did seem rather intrusive. They could have at least timed this so it wasn't pumping out perfume during peak breakfast period. Our room had a walk-in shower and there was a level of mould build up on the tiles and the water glasses in the fridge had a tideline on them

This is a lovely little boutique hotel. It's conveniently located within an easy walk to the metro, bus, and Trams. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are several authentic restaurants around. Also very close to Hard Rock Cafe and McDonalds if that's your preference. The staff here is top-notch. Before my arrival, they were very helpful in arranging for transportation and answering my questions. My room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. When I go back to Portugal, I will stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this very centrally located hotel. The lobby is unimposing but don’t let that fool you. The rooms are really well appointed and very generous in size. The beds are outstanding with lovely linens and a terrific shower. Everything feels brand new and well cared for. It’s spotless, The hotel also serves a pretty nice breakfast. Heads up, it is in a pedestrian zone so my cab had to drop me off about half a block away. You can walk to almost everything from this hotel.

Wonderful stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel for our first visit to Lisbon. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore all the main sights across the city. Easy reach to the buses and trains too. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed. Room was a good size, clean and cool. Bathroom does have a glass door which may not be comfortable for everyone! Area around the hotel was fairly quiet at night; a few bits of building work going on currently but nothing too noisy! The streets around the hotel are fine during the day but it is quite near an area in a square that you want to be careful around at night. As other reviews have said, you cannot drive right to the front of the hotel as it is a pedastrianised street. Local taxis tend to park up at the end of the street but if you get a Bolt/Uber they may not know where best to park. Would recommend getting dropped on Praça dos Restaudores (no.58) and walk down the side street by Fabrica cafe and Bonjardim restaurant for easiest drop offs/pick ups. Would definitely recommend staying here for your first visit to Lisbon!

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, great air conditioning & close to many popular tourist sights. We ate several meals at their restaurant which had both indoor and outdoor seating. The wait staff was very warm yet professional. We requested an additional night and they were most accommodating. The front desk staff greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and made arrangements for our very early flight transportation. Definitely will stay there again.

We loved it! Beautiful, spacious room with balcony and truly sound proof doors towards street. Since street is pedestrian only (mostly), it nice. Super comfy bed. Lovely dining room area. Highly recommend!

Great central location, friendly staff, boutique hotel. The shower fixtures were wonky and took a bit of time to figure out. This is a pedestrian zone where no cars are allowed in and cabs do not know how to enter even if the pedestrian zone is not active, so you will need to walk with luggage to and fro from the taxi rank. Had a nice corner unit, spacious room with dual balcony and it was front facing but quiet. The AC is not key card operated unlike the lights so it stays on even if the key is not in the slot. Would’ve been nice if they kept the AC on before your arrival so you’re not coming home to a stifling hot room after summer travel. Overall great stay and would stay again

We loved our stay at LWH. The staff were all welcoming and only too happy to help with anything. The location was great. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping, metro etc. it is small but has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a little small and a door on the shower would have been preferred. Would definitely stay at LWH again if visiting Lisbon.

Our stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel was amazing. From the start of our check in process with Nicole who was super helpful and friendly to our check out day, I was really impressed with the service I received. Nicole provided tons of recommendations for our stay and the hotel also allowed us to stow our bags while we explored the city on our check out day. The room was larger than I expected based on reviews and the view from our room was spectacular. The hotel is located very central and we were able to walk to many locations in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel and it's location! The staff was amazing and very helpful and when we had a concern about our room without hesitation they moved us! The individual who checked us in was outstanding. He provided an upgraded room, and marked up a map for key sites and best way to get there. As well, we were offered 10% discount on meals in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Finally a complimentary bottle of wine was left in the room

The power went out in our room two nights in a row for a bit of time. When we checked in the elevator was down and we had to carry our bags 5 flights of steps. When we checked out they charged us for meals that we didn't have , and did not offer apologies for the issues we experienced. The hotel was very nice, great location. The staff could use customer service training.

Note- at peak hours, you will not be dropped off at the main hotel doors, you will have to walk with your luggage for about a block. Hotel was nice. Small. Good location. Food was good. Service not the greatest- staff were kind however somewhat rigid around hotel guest requests. One staff in particular seemed disinterested in providing support at all- my friend had sprained her ankle and we asked about where to pick up a taxi- she told us “oh, the taxis are just over there (flipping her hand towards the door), it’s just a minute away, you will find them”. She couldn’t even be bothered to confirm if we turned left or right when we exited the building. The lease she could have done was acknowledge my friend’s situation and conveyed her comments in an empathic manner.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a glass of wine – such a warm and fitting welcome for a wine lover like me! The wine theme throughout the hotel is incredible and beautifully done. Sofia was equally amazing – when I needed my dress ironed and there wasn’t an iron available, she personally took it, steamed it, and returned it looking impeccable. We had a lovely room on the fifth floor with all the amenities one could ask for. The breakfast was the best we experienced out of the 11 hotels we visited in our 3 week trip, with eggs cooked to order. The most outstanding feature, however, was the staff. They were just as sweet as they could be. They booked tours for us both days, and the tours were fantastic. They were attentive to our welfare in every way. We cannot say enough about the Lisbon Wine Hotel.

Wonderful stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel for our first visit to Lisbon. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore all the main sights across the city. Easy reach to the buses and trains too. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed. Room was a good size, clean and cool. Bathroom does have a glass door which may not be comfortable for everyone! Area around the hotel was fairly quiet at night; a few bits of building work going on currently but nothing too noisy! The streets around the hotel are fine during the day but it is quite near an area in a square that you want to be careful around at night. As other reviews have said, you cannot drive right to the front of the hotel as it is a pedastrianised street. Local taxis tend to park up at the end of the street but if you get a Bolt/Uber they may not know where best to park. Would recommend getting dropped on Praça dos Restaudores (no.58) and walk down the side street by Fabrica cafe and Bonjardim restaurant for easiest drop offs/pick ups. Would definitely recommend staying here for your first visit to Lisbon!

Our first stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel. Very quiet considering the construction just down the street. Keep in mind that the road in front of the hotel is closed to vehicles from 11am to midnight and public parking is about 2 blocks away. Despite this, we would stay again and highly recommend. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely as were the rooms, the garden and wine. Many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel in Baixa. Praça da Figueira, Praça dos Restauradores und Rossio sind gleich um die Ecke. Und auch die Praça do Comércio ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Restaurnt ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr sauber und angemessen groß. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist eines der besten, die ich in ähnlichen Hotels hatte. In Lissabon eine absolute Empfehlung.

This is our 2nd year returning to the Lisbon Wine Hotel and it was better than ever. Welcome wine upon arrival, beautiful well appointed room with large bathroom/shower and great morning breakfast. It's located in the center of Lisbon and most everything is walkable. We will come back again. Highly recommend!

Had a really nice stay at the Lisbon Wine Hotel, which is right in the center of the old town - so everywhere is easily walkable. The room was beautiful and the bedding so soft that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. We got a welcome drink in the bar when we arrived and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The only disappointment was the food in the restaurant as we decided to eat here one night. I had the sea bass with some cheesy cauliflower, which was really bland and my friend had the rice and prawns which was over fishy - so not a great success. We just hoped that the usual chef was on leave - so this was just an unlucky experience because otherwise we really liked the place.

First of all the hotel is lovely. They offered us a welcome breakfast as we arrived around 10:30 am jet lagged. The for available for breakfast was me tool with many options, including omelets if you wanted. The second day we were there rained with heavy downpours. Our shoes and clothing were soaking wet and they offered to dry them for us.

Wanted to celebrate my second anniversary with my partner and this hotel made the occasion truly special. It is a smaller hotel so it gives more personable experience.
