Belle piscine, rafraîchissante. Grande chambre de 2 grands lits avec belle vue sur la piscine, la lagune et le port. Parking facile soit à l’hôtel ou juste à côté. The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The roof top deck was such a great space to have a drink on and to look at the views of the river. The pool with swings and a bar was a great place to hang out in to cool down on a hot day.

El hotel tiene una linda alberca al lado del estero, su servicio a la alberca fue muy bueno, guacamole delicioso. Sin embargo, el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado, se encharcaba el agua. La habitación para 3 es amoli pero sólo había una cama king y un sofá cama cuabso bien podrian reemplazar él sofá por otra cama. En general da la impresion de estar un poco abandonado.

Staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean. I really want to leave a good review as they are trying so hard, but there are shortcomings that could easily be addressed. The rooms are pretty basic and a couple of glasses, a hairdryer, extra towels etc would make a huge difference. Restaurant staff need proper training - they try very hard but seem unsure as to what they should be doing. They didn’t offer us the correct breakfast menu or explain options. There wasn’t much choice on the menu but food was ok.

This hotel has potential but missed the Mark in so many ways. Unorganized staff, that you couldn't recognize as staff, no uniforms no name tags, less than hospitable service. Attention was needed during all 4 nights of our stay to cleaning common areas and the pool. The room was clean and beds comfortable. There was a family of raccoons living in the walls of the hotel which we saw come and go from the holes in our patio roof which made it smell and was very noisy at night. The town itself is fabulous, and this hotel has potential if they would make some improvements.

The room suite was good, clean and with a nice view. The wi-fi was excellent. But on the negative side the breakfast service was really poor, mediocre. It took us 45 minutes after the order to get our eggs. No choice in drinks. Poor choice in bearkfast stuff.

Honestamente el trato que nos dieron fue bueno, lamentablemente para nosotros el día en que llegamos iniciaba la feria de la ciudad y nuestra habitación estaba justo donde se escucha TODOOOOO! A las 11 de la noche tuvimos que pedir que nos cambien de habitación porque nos dijeron que esa fiesta duraba de 10pm a 8am del otro día!!! Y en efecto!! Fue una noche con juegos pirotécnicos TODA LA NOCHE Y MADRUGADA! La verdad mi esposo y yo fuimos a relajarnos y lo último que encontramos fue eso… al menos, no por la noche y por tanto no pudimos descansar. Por otra parte, consideramos que deberían avisar a los clientes que reservan para estas fechas ya que como nos comentan, esto es algo que dura 3/4 días, y para aquellos que reserven en esas fechas, si buscan relajación, es lo último que encontrarán.

El Hotel, bien, aunque descuidado. Los trabajadores súper amables, pero faltaban cosas en el desayuno. No habia cafe, los chilaquiles y las tortillas se acabaron a las 10,siendo que el desayuno era hasta las 11.Prometían huevos al gusto pero solo había revueltos, nos prometieron una sopa de pescado en la noche, que nunca se dio en la mañana. En la cena, las copas de vino calientes, el helado que prometido con la tarta inexistentes (según fallo la máquina. Como digo, los meseros lo intentaban, pero la gestión de inventario de la comida muy mal.
