Es un hotel muy lindo, la atención es muy buena. Extremadamente limpio y cuidado. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. La alberca es muy agradable y el restaurante tiene buena oferta. Sin embargo para mi gusto es demasiado pequeño, todas las zonas son contiguas y falta privacidad. No hay spa (si pides un masaje es en tu cuarto), no hay gimnasio y sobretodo no hay jardin. Extrañé tener un espacio mas privado y mas amplio.

Casa Chicipicas is a cute, well-appointed boutique hotel on the hill overlooking the pueblo of Valle de Bravo. The pool and hot tub are heated (very much appreciated in January), the staff is incredibly helpful, the amenities are very lovely, and the restaurant has a very good breakfast and many standout dishes. When you enter the property, you feel like you are escaping into a private jungle oasis. We will return!

Muy buen lugar para el fin de semana y pasar todo el tiempo en el hotel, la atención de todo el staff excelente, la comida muy rica, el servicio de masaje 7 de 10 ya que es en la habitación con espacio reducido, el mayor tema lo tuvimos con el calor ya que la habitacion no cuenta con A/C y en la noche nos instalaron un ventilator que ayudo pero si hace falta en estas epocas.

El hotel es súper bonito, las habitaciones tienen vistas a los árboles y las plantas, el personal muy amable y servicial, la comida en el restaurante es excelente. Las instalaciones son magníficas, tienen diferentes espacios que resultan muy útiles como la sala y el salón con tv y juegos; me encantaron las chimeneas (una de leña y otra de gas) que hacen que tus cenas sean perfectas. Regresaré.

A boutique hotel (10 rooms) with a great design, modern, functional, curated, quiet (up the hill from downtown - a good healthy walk). We slept like babies, ate well at the restaurant, and relaxed in the common area. A bit pricey, overall a very good experience.

Lugar increíble, nos encantó!!! Todo 10 de 10. Únicas cosas malas: no hay aire acondicionado, tampoco tiene mosquiteros y las toallas que nos pusieron tenían hoyos. Las cambiaron inmediatamente pero igual, no debería suceder. La comida buenísima, el hotel de verdad es divino. Volveremos.

Todo excelente salvo la conexión a internet, que es bastante deficiente tanto en las habitaciones (a pesar de que cada habitación tiene su propio ruteador) como en las áreas comunes. Ello descarta a Casa Chichipicas como ubicación para trabajo remoto.

Es un hotel pequeño de pocas habitaciones. En la habitación, nos moríamos de calor, aunque había ventilador, el ambiente era muy caliente y solo circulaba el calor. El centro de Valle está cerca, sin embargo no es accesible ir caminando porque hay una subida muy prolongada. Además no se siente una zona segura.

Es un hotel pequeño de pocas habitaciones. En la habitación, nos moríamos de calor, aunque había ventilador, el ambiente era muy caliente y solo circulaba el calor. El centro de Valle está cerca, sin embargo no es accesible ir caminando porque hay una subida muy prolongada. Además no se siente una zona segura.

L'hôtel était très agréable et très bon, la réceptionniste et le réceptionniste étaient super sympas et ont résolu tout problème rapidement, la propreté était excellente. Voilà le problème. Les serveurs étaient abusifs, pas du tout amicaux, agréables ou empathiques, ils ont facturé 15% de frais de service forcé, nous avons apporté notre champagne et payé le droit de bouchon, et il était gelé quand ils l'avons ouvert il a explosé. Personne n'a pris la responsabilité ou signalé le problème jusqu'à ce que nous contactions la réceptionniste, qui a rapidement résolu le problème et nous a proposé un remplacement gratuit. Heureusement, ils avaient la même marque de champagne. ... ce qui a ruiné toute l'expérience puisque, comme c'est un très petit hôtel, nous avons dû nous adresser à eux (les serveurs) pour presque tout, nourriture, boissons, serviettes, etc Et avec ces visages et ces attitudes, ils ne donnaient aucun désir à personne, je n'en ai jamais vu un seul sourire.

Todo estuvo muy bien, desde el check in, la habitación y el servicio del personal. La comida del restaurante es muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Algo que me gusta mucho es que te puedes comunicar en todo momento con el personal a través de WhatsApp.

Fue excelente quedarnos en Casa Chichipicas. Hermosio lugar y habitaciones. El servicio amable y eficiente. Felicito al Staff El único inconveniente es el acceso al Hotel. Casa Chicipicas is a cute, well-appointed boutique hotel on the hill overlooking the pueblo of Valle de Bravo. The pool and hot tub are heated (very much appreciated in January), the staff is incredibly helpful, the amenities are very lovely, and the restaurant has a very good breakfast and many standout dishes. When you enter the property, you feel like you are escaping into a private jungle oasis. We will return!

A boutique hotel (10 rooms) with a great design, modern, functional, curated, quiet (up the hill from downtown - a good healthy walk). We slept like babies, ate well at the restaurant, and relaxed in the common area. A bit pricey, overall a very good experience.

Es un hotel pequeño de pocas habitaciones. En la habitación, nos moríamos de calor, aunque había ventilador, el ambiente era muy caliente y solo circulaba el calor. El centro de Valle está cerca, sin embargo no es accesible ir caminando porque hay una subida muy prolongada. Además no se siente una zona segura.

La llegada es un poco complicada por las calles empedradas y angostas, pero vale la pena! Está a 10min caminando del centro. El hotel es muy bonito, la ambientación y espacios son muy acogedores. La habitación tenía vista al jardín de atrás, súper privada. Maravillosa atención de todo el personal, comida deliciosa. Para nosotros fue un fin de semana de sueño y el hotel fue el lugar perfecto para esto. Vamos a regresar y lo recomiendo totalmente!

L'hôtel était très agréable et très bon, la réceptionniste et le réceptionniste étaient super sympas et ont résolu tout problème rapidement, la propreté était excellente. Voilà le problème. Les serveurs étaient abusifs, pas du tout amicaux, agréables ou empathiques, ils ont facturé 15% de frais de service forcé, nous avons apporté notre champagne et payé le droit de bouchon, et il était gelé quand ils l'avons ouvert il a explosé. Personne n'a pris la responsabilité ou signalé le problème jusqu'à ce que nous contactions la réceptionniste, qui a rapidement résolu le problème et nous a proposé un remplacement gratuit. Heureusement, ils avaient la même marque de champagne. ... ce qui a ruiné toute l'expérience puisque, comme c'est un très petit hôtel, nous avons dû nous adresser à eux (les serveurs) pour presque tout, nourriture, boissons, serviettes, etc Et avec ces visages et ces attitudes, ils ne donnaient aucun désir à personne, je n'en ai jamais vu un seul sourire.

Had an amazing stay at Chichipicas. The entire hotel felt like a being at a spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, food was great and the pool is a dream. The rooms are clean and comfortable and every detail was thought of. I hope to be back in the future!

The property I gorgeous and small, so very few guests. It's ideal if you just want to stay in the property and relax. The staff was next level, the restaurant was very good and all the areas are very clean and beautiful. If you do want to walk around the town it's not a long walk but, like most of Valle, it's a lot of steep streets so Taxi's are more viable. Will definitely go back!
