I stayed 6 nights. Everything was great. Excellent staff services. Hotel had lots of amenities. Loved that the gym was accessible 24 hours. One criticism is that gym was too hot. I tried lowering temperature on wall control but it didn’t seem to work.

Spacious and clean room. Design is warm and homely. Only issue we had was the connecting room door where you can hear noises from the other room. Imagine screaming kids and toilet doors slamming at 1am in the middle of the night. It could disrupt your night rest.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hilton Da Nang. The stay was good overall, the staff was generally great but they did attempt to double charge us for our 2 children. We had prepaid this on expedia. We eventually got it resolved but we shouldn't have to argue with the staff about this.

I am a hilton honours member and stay around the world in many Hilton hotels. It is just that I booked my stays on expedia that includes all my Hilton stays. Hence, it seems as though I am not a Hilton honours member (higher grade). I have never had a bad experience in Hilton but this time, clothing went missing from my room! I had just worn it the day before!! When I brought this theft up to the hotel manager, other than apologies, nothing else was done. I cannot imagine if my laptop or money was stolen from my room!!! I wonder if I should count myself lucky that it was only clothing that went missing. Very disappointed with Hilton over this. Had never happened before in any Hilton I had stayed at.

この度のヒルトンは家族4人でクラブフロアーを2部屋取りました。 1部屋は２泊、1部屋は夜遅く出発だったので、シャワーを浴びたかったので、宿泊はしなかったですが、３泊とりました。クラブフロアーは、3日目の昼からは.2人しか使えないのは、承知していましたので、子供を迎えにだけ、クラブフロアーに(お食事はいただかない)行ったのに、注意のされ方が、叱られているようで、気分が悪かったです。その上、帰りにタクシーを待っていると、部屋のガウンがないと、スタッフが駆け寄り、いわれました。？？？、まるで、盗んでいなか？と言われたような気分になったので、スーツケースをチェックしてくださいと申しましたら、そういうつもりではないとの事でしたが、では、どういうつもりだったのでしょうか？気分が悪かったです。そして、フロントでスパを予約してもらい、グラブタクシーも予約してもらい、スパに行ったところ、予約されていないとの事。？？？タクシーもむだになり、時間もむだになり、ヒルトンでの思い出は最悪でした。

ホテルの場所が良く、景色も良いです。ドラゴンブリッジの火を吹く方は川の反対側なので約30分弱歩きました。夜の散歩にちょうど良いか少し遠いくらいです。行きは街中を買い物しながらぶらぶらと出かけました。朝食は種類も豊富ですが、ベトナム料理がメインで、日本食などはありません。朝食はサラダやパンで軽く済ませる方だったら問題ないと思います。スタッフさんも日本語は通じませんが、親切でした。

I only stayed there on the first day of this trip. - Conveniently located near the airport - Although it was in a busy area, it was relatively quiet - There was no problem with shopping or eating - The breakfast buffet was delicious - They said they would prepare a celebration cake, but they didn't actually prepare one - Everyone at the start was very kind

Absolutely amazing stay here. We had 17 of us. The staffs were friendly and professional. One of our member forgotten to close room safe. Housekeeping came, saw and had the office team came to monitor the room cleaning. There were two staff on site. They left a note and ensured the content were untouched. Good selection for breakfast. A few fresh juices available at all times. A few live cooking station. Location is excellent. Facing the Han River. Nice view of the bridge too. Nice way of going to bed and waking up to such view. Highly recommended.

朝食はブッフェ形式で、メニューもベトナム（フォー）、韓国、中華、西洋と豊富。南国なのにフルーツが毎日スイカ、メロン，ドラゴンフルーツ、龍眼位しか無かったのが残念。パンは種類も多く美味しかった。2食付きプランにしたが、朝食の他，11〜21時に利用可能で、毎日夕食に利用したが、夕食メニューが土日用と平日様しかなく、７泊して4日間は同じメニューだった。ただ、サラダ3種、スープ2種、メイン3種、デザート3種の中からどれか2つ選択する形式のため、日々選択を変えてオーダーした。味はどれも美味しかった。メインはイカ墨パスタ、サーモングリル、チキン串焼きの3種だった。（メニューは日本語もあった）ホテルスタッフは、皆んな明るく親切だった。プールは15m位？と小さいが、ジムはそこそこ充実。ダナン最大のスーパーウィンマートまで徒歩約15分，ハン市場まで徒歩約10分、コンビニとスタバは隣と場所は便利。

The staff was very kind and helpful the room was amazing. The windows being river front could of used a cleaning and the restaurant chief at the Sky bar destroyed my meal. I sent it back three times. You would think a burger and fries plain wouldn’t be that big a stretch in a 5 star hotel. With the exception of the horrible dining experience that not only could they not fulfill they still charged me for the meal? Definitely a 1st experience.
