We loved Hotel Vendaval. The location was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable and we even had a great free welcome drink (Pisco Sour of course, pictured) on the terrace at the hotel. All said, I couldn't ask for more at the price.

The design of the hotel is really different from anywhere else we've stayed on our Patagonia trip. The rooms were small but very comfortable and the bathroom has windows into the bedroom (up high for privacy) that make it feel roomy. There are two buildings of rooms and the main entrance in front with a nice private courtyard between them with fire pits to hang out. The breakfast buffet was a fairly standard "Chile" style hotel breakfast and the breakfast area was very comfortable. But the best part of the stay was the staff. They were all very helpful, offered great recommendations for dinner, and arranged to hold our bags for 3 days while we visited the National Park, placing them into our room so they were already there when we checked back in. I absolutely would stay here again. Just one word of caution, there are many steps in the hotel and I did not notice an elevator- so if are unable to navigate steps, double check with the hotel on that point.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It did not feel outdated. The decoration with glass and wood gives a warm and modern feel, yet at the same time, being on a ship. Just a few tips. There is no elevator no refrigerator no means of making some tea or a coffee in the room. Our room was small. But had a beautiful view. Was very centrally located to go on tours or be picked up for tours. Less than 10 minutes from the Bus station. Getting an Uber was no trouble at all.

Amazing stay! The front desk staff were very helpful. I lost my jacket at a restaurant and they were able to retrieve it right away. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds quite comfortable. The bathroom is spacey and clean. Lovely breakfast in the morning! Would definitely recommend!!

The hotel was a very pleasant experience. Beginning with me arriving from the airport hours before check in, Leonardo was exceptional holding my bags for hours at the front desk to free me up. When I got back he had my bags in my room which was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, linens were excellent quality. I have a torn rotator cuff and the pillows were perfect to give me a great nights sleep!

Clean and modern with a large king sized bed. Well located downtown and friendly front desk staff. Only complaints would be that it takes a long time to get hot water in the shower, and the WiFi is only good during the day when most guests are out exploring the park (gets very bad from 5pm-10pm).

The place is very clean. The staff is very nice. Touristic places are within walking distance. The issue that I have with this place is that my room was on the third floor and the heater is centralized so that room felt a lot hotter than other rooms.

The hotel is great, but what was truly amazing was the help that Andres at the front desk gave me by making phone calls and trying to facilitate me getting my luggage which the airlines had misplaced. He also help me with WhatsApp for communicating with my family at home.

We made this our Homebase for four nights and had a great experience. The place is well kept and clean, and was quiet. Staff were great, the free continental breakfast was basic but hit the spot and the location was within a 10 min walk of restaurants, a grocery store and other essentials. The rooms are light on amenities but most folks don't seem to spending much time in there beyond sleeping and showering, so it works. The free drink on the rooftop was a nice surprise. Would recommend if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable spot.

Nachdem uns der erste Aufenthalt gut gefallen hatte, kehrten wir am Ende zurück. Leider konnte sich der positive Eindruck vom ersten Mal nicht komplett wiederholen. Nachdem man am Vorabend angibt wann man frühstücken möchte und die Frühstückszeit noch 1 Stunde lief, war das Buffet nahezu leer und wurde auch nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Wiederholt bekamen wir unseren Welcome-Drink nicht, weil die Bar geschlossen war. Da es sehr hellhörig ist, sollte man Ohrstöpsel dabei haben oder selber Frühaufsteher sein.
