Hotel Plaza Express, Torreon Centro

The guy at check-in was awesome. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn’t working in one room and the TV wasn’t working in another room and there was bugs in each of the room as well as a broken sink. When we did finally get into a room it had a broken door handle and we could barely get out of the room. On top of that, the AC machine in the hallway was super loud and kept us up at night. Also, there was some sort of siren or alarm that went off for an hour from midnight to 1am that kept up as was the windows were paper thin you can hear everything on the street like honking and people yelling so we did not get much sleep. Also, there was no washcloths or a bath towel in the bathroom and the water overflowed from the shower and pooled up by the toilet. And every time we used the sink, the water overflowed on your feet. There was no hot water in the shower even if you let it run for 10 minutes. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

No hay nadie que vigile la estancia o salas entre cuarto y hubo gente platicando y riendo hasta pasadas de la 1:00 am de la mañana , la ventana dentro del baño le faltaba una ventada corrediza , olor a humedad

No ofrecieron el servicio de desayuno y se solicitó factura la cual aun no la envían
