One major plus point which the hotel didn't actively advertise is the back door that walks right into Tanukikoji street! Level 2 facilities include onsen, washing machine and dryer, and a leisure hall with free ice-cream. Totally impressed with the hotel.

口コミが良く、価格もリーズナブルだったため宿泊しました。周りには飲食店が多数、狸小路側にも入り口があり、札幌駅から傘無しでも来ることができます。混んでいましたが館内は静かでゆっくりできました。大浴場は大きくはありませんが入ることができる時間が長く、気持ち良かったです。が、館内、特に廊下が寒すぎます。急に涼しくなったせいもあるとは思いますが、エネルギー節約の面からも、もう少し温度管理したほうがいいと思います。また部屋は多少のゆとりがありいいのですが、デスクがないのはビジネス客には向きません。コインランドリーの台数も増やした方がいいと思います。ほぼ常時空きがない状態でした。とはいえ、要望にも快く対応してくれましたし、朝食時間以外はレストランを開放しているのも、コーヒーを飲みながら仕事をするのに使え、大変助かりました。仕事以外で札幌に来る際には、またお世話になりたいと思えるホテルでした。

チェックイン時にレストランでウェルカムドリンクが頂ける。高齢者に休んでもらっているその間にチェックイン手続き出来たのが良かった。大浴場の脱衣所が狭く、混雑状況がわかるQRコードがあったので、チェックしてから行くのが良いかも知れません。

札幌を拠点に旅行するなら便利すすきの駅から交差点渡って狸小路内なので雨天でもベビーカー押しながら移動も楽ちんホテルの朝食は自分で海鮮丼も作れちゃうしスープカレーもザンギもあるので、観光地で高い食事をしなくてもホテルで済ませられるラウンジは落ち着いた囲炉裏を囲んで思い思いにフリーのドリンクを飲みながら過ごせて居心地良いのでオススメお部屋はコンパクトですが清潔大浴場も深夜まで入れて露天風呂もあるしゆっくりできました全体的にかなり満足度高いホテルです

18時に到着し、ホテルの駐車場が空いてなく、提携駐車場が遠かった。朝ごはんが、イクラやカニ、マグロ、イカ、サーモン、スープカレー、ラーメン等種類が豊富でおいしかった。ラウンジではソフドリやアイスが無料で、温泉も良かった。

일단 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 상점가에서 곧바로 들어올 수 있는 입구가 있어요. 거기다 한국인 스태프가 계셔서 커뮤니케이션도 문제 없고 방도 청결합니다. 단점이라면 방음이 조금 아쉽고, 여탕 관리가 잘 안되는 것 같아요. 오후 5-6시쯤에 여탕에 갔더니 탕도 지저분하고 바닥도 청소가 안되어있었습니다.

일단 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 상점가에서 곧바로 들어올 수 있는 입구가 있어요. 거기다 한국인 스태프가 계셔서 커뮤니케이션도 문제 없고 방도 청결합니다. 단점이라면 방음이 조금 아쉽고, 여탕 관리가 잘 안되는 것 같아요. 오후 5-6시쯤에 여탕에 갔더니 탕도 지저분하고 바닥도 청소가 안되어있었습니다.

トータル的に良かったですが、掃除が残念でした。窓際に長い髪の毛があり気持ち悪かったです。窓から外が見えないのも残念です。スタッフの接客は皆さん良かったです。

5인가족이라 숙소잡기가 제일 어려웠는데 커넥팅룸이 있어서 카락사호텔삿포로 너무 훌륭한 선택이였습니다 직원들 모두 친절했고 편의시설 너무 좋았습니다 다만 천정형히터의 필터에 먼지가 많이 끼여있었습니다

이 호텔의 최대 강점은 위치인것같아요. 정말 어디든 다 가깝고 상점이랑 연결되어있는게 최고입니다. 다만 창문이 안열려서 환기가 안되고 호텔이 정말 너무 습해서 하루 자고 나면 신발이 다 젖어있을정도였어요, 이유가 뭘까요,,? 창문을 좀 열리게 해주시면 좋을것같아요..ㅠ

We were fortunate to have a parking space. Parked at an expensive parking lot the first night because of construction and miscommunication with staff. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Small window could not be opened and was frosted so could not see outside at all. Made use of the lounge and it was nice to have complimentary beverages. Close to susukino and tanukikoji.

위치와 조식은 훌륭해요. 단, 방이 커넥팅룸의 옆방인지 소음이 너무 잘 들리네요. 창문도 조그맣고 열리지 않는 불투명 창이라서 좀 답답했어요. 조식 공간이 협소하지만 가짓수도 많고 먹을게 많네요. 카이센동도 해 먹을 수 있고, 비프카레도 있고 조식은 훌륭합니다. 대욕장이라 할 정도는 아닌 규모이지만 목욕탕도 있습니다.

Lobby staff was super helpful and spoke many languages. Assisted us with shipping luggage and gave us an additional box. The room was clean and spacious but bland (like white walls and nothing else kinda unnerving) and I wish I had more than one pillow.

Staff English was not good and confused with how many people we had to check in. We clearly told them we only have 5 people but they insisted that we should have 6 which is very miserable. Other than that, everything was fine.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A few of the staff understood and spoke in English, which was very helpful for our group that didn't know too much Japanese. Rooms were partially cleaned daily with full cleaning at least once during our stay, which was nice to see as most U.S. hotels no longer offer daily cleaning. Hotel was right next to shopping and dining options, less than a few minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay at Karaksa hotel again next time we visit Sapporo.

조식이 생각보다 훌륭했습니다.가족과의 여행에 커넥팅룸은 최고였어요~작은욕장이었지만 이용하기엔 충분했고 하루의 피로를 풀기엔 적정한 공간이였습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 휴식을 취하기엔 좋았고 일본어가 서툰 저희에게 한국어를 하는 직원이 있는것또한 편안한 여행에 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 호텔이 스스키노 중심부에 있어 편리했습니디.

Location is absolutely amazing, being right next to Tankukoji Sjopping Street and Susukino Station. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant was also surprisingly good with its seafood donburi. Totally recommended.

大通駅から地下街、狸小路商店街のアーケードをへそのまま日に当たることもなく雨に打たれることもなくホテルへアクセスでき、大変利便性が高い。朝食も満足度高い。客層は7月末の夏休み中だったが、中国や韓国の方が7割、3割が日本人といった感じ。ホテルは清潔感もあり、ラウンジでプチ縁日体験もでき、大浴場？中浴場？もあり、また札幌を訪れた時は利用したいと思えるホテルだった。

酒店位置方面是100分方便！基本上就在狸小路商店街。距離地鐵站也很近。和機場巴士站也是步行一分鐘就到了！酒店房間潔淨，也有大浴場。在大浴場的那層有個精緻的lounge，有免費飲品及雪條提供。早餐就在洒店的海鮮丼店，所以當然有豐富的自助海鮮丼啦！我住了兩晚，海鮮的種類兩日都有不同。雖然不是頂級美味，但以酒店的早餐來說已經非常不錯。

Really nice location in Susukino: close to a lot of shopping, good restaurants and entertainment. All staff were excellent. Really enjoyed our time at Karaksa hotel.

We were fortunate to have a parking space. Parked at an expensive parking lot the first night because of construction and miscommunication with staff. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Small window could not be opened and was frosted so could not see outside at all. Made use of the lounge and it was nice to have complimentary beverages. Close to susukino and tanukikoji.

I only stayed here as I began a tour here the next day. I am really glad that we did. It is quite a little treasure. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant for dinner was a great find with new and interesting food. The Japanese house white wine was very pleasing. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Shopping gallery goes for streets behind the hotel and down into Pole shopping. Oh and great value BTW!

Rooms are super clean, you don’t need to bring any toiletries, they have everything you need. Very respectful and courteous staffs all around. From parking attendants to restaurant servers. The breakfast was good, but you kind of got tired of eating almost the same things if you stay more than 2 days.

조식이 생각보다 훌륭했습니다.가족과의 여행에 커넥팅룸은 최고였어요~작은욕장이었지만 이용하기엔 충분했고 하루의 피로를 풀기엔 적정한 공간이였습니다. 직원들의 서비스는 휴식을 취하기엔 좋았고 일본어가 서툰 저희에게 한국어를 하는 직원이 있는것또한 편안한 여행에 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 호텔이 스스키노 중심부에 있어 편리했습니디.

家族3人で宿泊、1人はエキストラベッドでしたが、寝心地は快適でした。大浴場も清潔でした。夜中2時まで開いているので、すすきので遊んできても入れました。朝食ブッフェスタイルで、北海道の食材をたくさん使ったメニューが多く、充実していました。新鮮なイクラをはじめ海鮮もたくさんあるので、ミニ海鮮丼を自作して楽しめました。立地も地下鉄すすきの駅近くで申し分なく非常に便利です。札幌を訪れた時はまた宿泊したいと思います。一つ残念だったのは、大浴場脱衣所のマットが結構濡れていたので、夜はもう少し交換回数を増やしてもらえるとありがたいです。スタッフさんの対応は笑顔があり、朝も夜もとても好感がもてました。

Fantastic location with a direct exit into Tanunikoji Street. Right opposite Ichiran Ramen, Megadonki a block away, Susukino 10 mins walk. Took a family connecting room which was good size for the 4 of us. One of the best breafast with the endless sashimi, ikura, tempura, sushi and more.

Great location- easy to find and access the shopping arcade with lots of dining and shopping options. The station is closeby and the staff is friendly and helpful. Love the option of the hot bath. The hotel offers free drinks and ice cream on the second floor.
