Cancellation prior to 1 day before arrival will result in a full refund. Cancellation made less than 1 day prior to arrival will be charged the 15% deposit. No-shows will be charged the 15% deposit. 7) All cancellation and amendment requests must be made by the guest through their Hostelworld account. 8) Breakfast is not included in the room rate. 9) No smoking in rooms nor dorms nor interior building areas, however we have open air smoking areas. 10) We only accept guests the age of 18 years old or more. 11) Pets are not allowed
