Have to carry luggage on tricky stairs… room location unsafe for families. No water in the room Difficult to communicate as not one at reception spoke a word on English

No housekeeping from the start of our booking till the end. Wifi in the room was terrible Shower broken. Door in room but bed against could not use. Garden floor room apparently could not get out the door bed was across the door fully. 1st room paint/damp all over the wall. Moved rooms to other side was not much better but just put up with it. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. No soap, shampoo or hairdryer in the room Was dreadful WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
