Great hotel and location. Pros: Great location. Gorgeous, large rooms. Hotel staff were wonderful and super helpful. Pool was great. Food was good. Cons: I love a firm mattress but this was next level rock solid. Booked a driver with hotel for 10pm journey to train station 45 mins away. Should have guessed it wasn’t ideal when he was throwing rubbish out the window outside the hotel. Amazed we made it at all with the driver speeding the entire way and unable to stay within the lines, even with oncoming traffic/ overtaking on blind corners and on phone multiple times. Horrific. If I wasn’t traveling solo with 2 young kids late at night, I would have gotten out and ordered a taxi.

Exceptional: All staff extremely courteous and helpful, felt really welcome. Booklet on all local attractions very nice touch. Room spacious, clean and quaint. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs.
