This is a great place to stay in front of the beach. Great service, friendly staff and good amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. Their airport transportation is exceptional. The skypel is excellent for working or lunch. The gym is perfect with actual weights.

Everything is great except the drainage in our room is overflowing and discharging a foul odour. I should have reported it but we’ve only stayed for 2 nights and i don't want to transfer room since we’re already settled. Other than that service and place is good.

Hotel is old, doors not sealed properly so cockroaches come in. 4/5 nights I found one in my room. Pool is overly busy and hard to get a spot. Same with the beach. Service from staff could be greatly improved to be more friendly. Food was okay, made me sick on 1 night though. The grand view room has a terrific view but otherwise pretty mediocre experience.

Difficult check in, they gave us a family room instead of the king bed which we booked then told us that they reserved the right to put us in any room. After arguing and telling us the hotel could do whatever they wanted she then looked at the computer for 30 seconds and found the room we booked was actually available. Huge muck around and fuss for no reason. Some of the bathrooms were pretty awful here dirty and leaking plumbing. Cockroaches in room. Buffet was good though and it’s a good location right on the beach

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The bathtub had a noticeable poop stain that was never properly cleaned, and the shower was clogged, causing flooding every time we used it. The maintenance and cleanliness were unacceptable. Would not recommend.

The air conditioner in the room was leaking There was slight mould in the bathroom And the workers would fill up their trollers outside my room every morning and made a lot of noise The music at the sky deck was on repeat every day Needs to be changed Apart from that Hotel is in the best location And the staff and service was amazing

4 star as expected. Some areas are a bit run down, such as bathroom wooden door is chipping . Some mold on bathroom fixtures and floors . Have to wear rubber slippers to take a shower . Food quality and selections are great.. Customer service is excellent …

We really liked the hotel and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only thing that annoys me is our bathroom sink is blocked every single day. We paid a lot of money for 5 nights in a beach view room for our holiday and I have to ring reception every single day to unblock the sink and the shower room. Hope the management can look into this to avoid complains for the other guests.

Room size is good. Has a great view The breakfast spread is large. Even the buffet dinner has a large spread. The only gripe I have is that they don't change the menu in the five nights we were there. Only a small minute. Incremental change in cuisine so not tempting . Would suggest they have some theme in the buffet which can make it tempting to eat there each day. Good entertainment each day. Pool is excellent Will recommend

The highlight of this hotel gotta be the sea front rooms (which is where I stayed). Amazing view right in front of the beach and you even have a super spacious balcony which comes with sun beds. The hotel room is amazing, extremely spacious, bright, modern, super comfortable bed, bathroom super nice, cleanliness on point, huge smart tv and loads of extra things like an actual Nespresso coffee machine. Really loved it! Bear in mind this hotel is located between station 2 and 3 so it’s quite a noisy area - good if you want to be close to the restaurants, bars, market, etc, as it’s right outside. Also the beach is great and comfortable sun beds but again it’s within the more crowded area so a lot of people around. The rooftop pool and also the bottom pools are all good too. The breakfast is good with a lot of variety but I can’t believe they didn’t have yogurt at all. Also if you want a natural juice you have to pay extra (300 pesos). Service is good, however the reception is a big mess. It’s a big hotel so reception is constantly full and loads of waiting time (not enough staff to accommodate so many people so be prepared to wait to check in/out)

Our room and view off the ocean were magnificent! The beach was great. House keeping wasn’t great. We asked for extra coffee and did not receive any. Two mornings we did not receive any coffee at all. Overall the staff was good… Special shout out to Oscar at the pool and Cheron at breakfast.

My stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was far from the luxury and relaxation I expected. Check-in was chaotic, with a 35-minute wait to reach the front desk and another 40 minutes before my room was ready—no apologies, just indifference. The live music from the restaurant blasted from 7 PM to 11 PM every night, making it impossible to relax. My room, right above the venue, shook with bass, and the walls were paper-thin. Earplugs did nothing. The pool area was always fully occupied, with chairs “reserved” from early morning despite their supposed policy against it. Not once during my stay did I find an available lounger. Dining was equally disappointing—slow service, loud music, and mediocre food. Even after the music stopped, noise from guests and hallway chatter continued late into the night, leaving me exhausted each morning. Check-out was just as disorganized, with another 20-minute wait and zero acknowledgment of the issues I faced. If you value peace, relaxation, and good service, Henann Palm Beach Resort isn’t the place. Boracay has better options.

Overall, great hotel! Great staff, clean, convenient location, loved the breakfast. Couple issues: 1. The unpaved road to the property needs to be addressed. Walking to and from the main road from the property when the road is wet, is miserable. Get ready to walk through puddles. 2. Noise issue with the neighbor singing karaoke in the middle of the night for all 4-nights of our stay. We stayed in room 510. Understandably out of hotels’ control.

Conveniently located in Station 2 and nearby D-Mall and all the food options. Hotel had two pools and reserved beach front access. Breakfast buffet was good with wide selection of local and western food choices. The room seemed a bit worn though. Grout was dirty or damaged and there were not enough bath mats/floor mats considering. Considering it has pools and nearby beach, it would be good if there were more mats in the hotel for guests to clean their feet/shoes of water and sand.

Amazing place to stay! Top notch. The ONLY issue is the alley into the hotel drop off is trash. Everything and i mean everything else was a great experience. The alley to the hotel from the main road though, is at best a goat path with pot holes and standing water when it rains and doesnt smell very good. A high end hotel like Hennan Palm should probably fix this.

Fantastic option in Boracay. Great location right by the beach in station 2. Felt welcome right from the start. Room was fantastic with a nice comfy bed and all the amenities you'd expect from a good resort hotel. Excellent pools, plenty of services, great breakfast and a nice pool bar. Friendly staff and a short walk to many of the best restaurants. Would stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed it here and would absolutely stay again. The hotel missed out on 5 stars due to the buffet breakfast being pretty average. 1 thing I found frustrating was their ‘all you can eat & drink’ evening buffet offer. Food was pretty good, however there is a 1 drink per person at a time rule; I have no issue with this, apart from the size of the glass - I was getting my beer in glasses smaller than half a pint (I’d guess 200ml?). I got fed up running to the bar and back. No drink option for my wife as she doesn’t drink wine or beer (no spirits allowed), but as we were dining together we had to pay for the drinks option for her as well. The advert for the unlimited beer shows a pint-sized glass… The not-so-generous glass size wouldn’t stop me staying here, but I would not be paying for the bottomless beer again. All staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome.

Great location and one of the nicest hotels in Boracay along white beach. We had a sea view room on level 5 with amazing views. The room was cleaned thoroughly every morning. All the rooms are the same layout it is just the view that is different. It’s unfortunate the shutters don’t fully open to make the most of the view. The bathrooms are very dark with limited lighting. The breakfast buffet was the biggest disappointment. The food was all cold. Eggs are precooked and sit under a heating lamp that doesn’t keeping cold. Although there were different food types to choose from, it was all cold. The staff were very friendly and did what they could to help. The beach loungers get taken straight away, so you need to get up at 6am to put your stuff on them. Getting to the hotel from the airport is another adventure all on its own. If I went back I would probably stay there again as it’s the nicest along the strip.
