Dette passer ikke til et 5 stjerners hotell. Frokosten var elendig med kun svart kaffi som stod på en kokeplate. Ikke smør, ikke tomater og veldig lite grønnsaker. Dårlig organisering av bordene ute, som ble tatt av andre mens man forsyner seg med mat. Bassengområdet på taket var flott, men det ble ødelagt av at de spilte altfor høy musikk. De ansatte var veldig vennlige, men de manglet opplæring.

Nice and clean hotel with good pools, services and a solid breakfast. Unfortunately, the sky pool which could be a perfect spot for private sunbathing and relaxing, plays relentless dance music from 10am all day. Even after asking them, the staff could not change it which was disappointing. Fortunately, they have a great position on the beach with loungers.

A very good hotel in the middle of White Beach. Close to all shopping, activities, nightlife the lot. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dining had a great variety options. Difficult to complain about Henann Crystal Sands Resort. Great staff, great location, clean hotel, clean rooms. The hotel is right on the beach, a 10 minute walk across the street will put you on the other side of the island where you can kite board, wing board, scuba dive, ect. Additionally the hotel is next to the B-mart which is a huge collection of restaurants and stores, once again right on the beach. The pool is great, the gym is small but adequate, the hotel restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner or to just have a drink while watching the surf. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I love this resort. The infinity pool is amazing and the quality of the breakfast buffet was so good. The staff service quality is excellent. I would come back. BUT one night we found a cockroach in our bedroom. We reported it to the reception and they apologies and gave free chocolate and a totebag. Just be cautious to not accidentally take a cockroach back to your home

We stayed at this hotel after being spoiled by the Coast Hotel on Boracay, so our expectations were high. For a five-star property, we were surprised by some aspects. Our room was very small, and while it was cleaned daily, the rest of the property – particularly the stairs and pool area – often felt unclean. The hotel seems more focused on accommodating large crowds rather than maintaining top-tier quality, with the pool not always clean and even black hairs found in some areas. The staff, however, was consistently friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight – the kiwi pancakes and ube pancakes were fantastic! The room was poorly maintained — both rooms we stayed in had floors covered in dust the moment we walked in. Cleanliness was clearly neglected. The staff’s attitude was also disappointing; friendliness seemed selective, and we never once felt genuinely welcomed. It was hard to ignore the bias between us — a Filipino and Sri Lankan couple — compared to how other foreign guests were treated. The bathroom drainage was substandard for a so-called high-star resort. When we requested a room change due to ongoing construction noise, the front desk staff, Sandra, was unhelpful and insisted we pay extra. She even refused to let us speak to a manager until we demanded it, and only then did she suddenly “find” a solution — conveniently on our last night. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and the management’s lack of professionalism was unacceptable.

Das Hotel war nicht sehr bemerkenswert. Für ein vier Stern Hotel eher schlecht. Badezimmer sind alt und sollten erneuert werden. Restaurant ist für die Anzahl an Hotelgäste zu klein. Deshalb auch sehr laut. Polster für die Liegen sind schmutzig. Essen ist durchschnittlich. Der Besitzer sollte mehr in die Qualität investieren anstatt mit Masse Geld verdienen. Ein zweites Mal würden wir nicht mehr in Henann buchen.

Picked this hotel for a 2 night stay in Boracay. The hotel grounds are nice and pools are nice but overall needs some upgrades. The rooms are outaded and shower grout was so dirty. There's also no water bottles in the rooms and they leave you an empty pitcher that you can fill out at a water dispenser, never seen that before. The hairdryer in the room is very old and you have to ask for an iron as each room does not include one. The area outside the hotel is dirty and there are vendors constantly harassing you to sell tours and trinkets. The whole strip in Boracay to be honest needs serious revamping. Such a shame to see so much trash everywhere. The food at the buffet is very ordinary and they have signs that say they will charge you if you leave leftovers which is very weird. The positive things are that the staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly, the beach is stunning and the grounds were kept very clean. One other negative comment is they charge half rate for late check-out when every decent hotel would do it complimentary. They also cut wifi access even though we were staying at the hotel until 5pm for pickup to airport. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but potential to improve a lot of things.

Avoid this resort at all costs. The rooms are run-down and poorly maintained, and the way guests are treated is simply unacceptable. The staff are rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like a nuisance rather than paying customers. We accidentally broke a plate and were immediately charged 200 PHP, with no understanding or courtesy whatsoever. The only reason this place gets even one star is the airport pickup. Despite the unfriendly attitude when we arrived, the transport itself worked fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and friendly when you meet them – unfortunately, they are the exception. The neighboring hotel is under construction, so there is constant noise around the pool area. There are also only about 15–20 sun loungers on the beach for a resort of this size, which is far from adequate. There are far nicer hotels along the beach. I cannot speak for their service, but it is hard to imagine it being worse than what we experienced here.

Great property in the heart of Boracay station 2. Lots of great restaurants and live music. Hotel was clean but there was a lot of construction noise next door. The floors in the room are tile/stone - so the only downside is that everytime the room above or below you moves a chair you can hear the noise. Other than that it was good

Nice view of the pool. However, the room I booked says ‘sea view’ but it only has a partial view of the sea. There is an ongoing construction right beside the hotel as well so a bit noisy during the day. Still a great experience though. Hotel staff are friendly (except the ones at the roof bar who looked tired at 12 noon).

everything is great except our room’s AC was leaking water. They fix it but it was everyday, soaking the bed sheets. On our last night, the ceiling directly above our toilet bowl suddenly had gushing water coming out of it as well. They handle it every time and the staff were nice but it was a little bit inconvenient. I wish we were offered a different room from the first night.

Employees were respectful to guest except for the front desk clerks. They were trying to add more charges to my sisters 3 rooms. Kept insisting there were 3 people in each of the rooms when there were only 2 people in each rooms. We provided everyone’s passports to them. They matched all the passports per rooms which shows only 2 people per rooms but they kept wanting to charge us additional persons on each room. It was ridiculous. It was insulting.

I stayed at Henann Crystal Resort Boracay and was locked out of my room for two days due to a dead battery in the door lock. Both times, I had just returned from the beach, soaking wet, and found myself unable to enter my room. I had to walk all the way to the lobby in that state to report the issue. Then I had to wait outside my room again until staff came. Even after the door was finally opened, I couldn’t shower or relax because they continued working on the lock inside. It was just a long, uncomfortable cycle of waiting, with no chance to rest. No apologies. No proper resolution. Just an offer to move rooms at 10:30 PM before my early morning checkout — completely unreasonable. After my trip, I contacted the hotel. Their response was not only defensive, but also blamed me, saying I “refused” assistance — which is absolutely false. They denied the severity of the issue, avoided responsibility, and treated me as if I was the problem. They even pointed out that “other guests were satisfied,” as if that erased my experience. That attitude was both insulting and unprofessional. This was not a minor issue. It completely ruined my stay. I’ll never return, and I strongly encourage others to reconsider booking this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location if you enjoy being part of the hustle and bustle. Immediately outside is the sandy strip of restaurants, shops and the beach. Staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the rooftop bar which looks out onto the water. Would stay here again.

I will start by saying that the welcome was a little tough with us being told as we came in so early that out would be a priority and they would get us the first room ready after cleaning. Well the did not happen and we spent 5.5 hours waiting for it including the 1.5 hours waiting for UV inspection weird!... That being said the rest of the staff / hotel/ back of the house were amazing . Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Their rooftop pool and the staff up there were awesome and their drinks amazing . Breakfast was good even though we went five days no yogurt and no gronola. Need that every morning...Needed a little more variety for the non local clientele would be nice.Otherwise again staff amazing and they all did their best. I recommend booking island hopping from hotel it was worth it. Again definitely would come back

Right in front of the beach; walking distance to the “DMall”, restaurants and Starbucks. Recommend this resort. Also - make sure you contact the resort for transportation from Airport to Port and then to hotel. The hotel has it one transportation and it is not expensive. If you go with another company then you might wait in line. The resort takes you directly from airport then to port then on a boat then to the other side and then on a van to resort. Will come back again and stay at this resort.

I like the hotel most coz it’s just in front of the beach. Room is good, quiet, bed is comfy and clean. Well, it’s Boracay so it’s already expected that everywhere you go in that area is crowded even though it’s low season.

Typical beach resort. Looks better in photos. If a room says it good for 3 persons only 2 are allowed per hotel policy and the third is an extra 1900 a night. The seafood dinner buffet was limited and the food was mid. The drinks are watered down and the white wine tastes like rubbing alcohol. Otherwise, convenient location and friendly staff.

Generally, our stay at this property was ok. Yes, as often touted, the infinity pool was amazing. The property itself still looked relatively new and well-maintained. The biggest letdown for us was the breakfast buffet. It's just not up to par with those at this same price point. The dining area was relatively small (although there was the usual line at the entrance and we had to wait a few minutes, their table turnover was pretty quick), the food selection was not as varied as one would expect (and pretty much the same every day, at least during our stay), and the taste/flavor of most dishes was just plain and average. Nothing stood out (well, maybe their ube pandesal, but that's about it). There were two minor incidents that we experienced during our stay. First was when housekeeping staff rang the doorbell while we were sleeping (siesta) despite having the "Do Not Disturb" door light indicator turned on. The second was when we requested for a room cleaning. Housekeeping staff over the phone confirmed they'll send someone right away. We were gone for half a day, came back to our room, and it was not cleaned. These were not big issues for us, but thought maybe these need to be pointed out, particularly to the housekeeping department. There's always room for improvement. One last thing, the front desk person who assisted us during check out needs to pay attention to oral hygiene. It's a must for front desk staff.

A very good hotel in the middle of White Beach. Close to all shopping, activities, nightlife the lot. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dining had a great variety options. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the seafood buffet for dinner. The rooftop pool and bar was a great spot to watch the sunset. I can highly recommend

The guy on say omelet station in the morning is miserable. He shouldn't be there. When you’re in the hotel field, it should be mandatory to speak English and understand it. The rest of the staff in the lobby were amazing
