We travelled with kids and Station 2 is a busy area and lots of loud music at night, this resort has a live band playing til 10pm but isn’t as obnoxious as other resorts nearby. The rooms are really nice and clean. The pool water is kind of chilly. There’s a lot of walkable restaurants and the resort allow access to the beach, I would stay here again!

Collen front desk, Renalen OJT, Micheal lifeguard, Joy housekeeping, Brian bartender, Jed OJT, and so many more staff that made our stay memorable!! We will be back again!! This hotel is world class. The staff work very hard to keep everything nice. The breakfast is wonderful. It had a wide variety of items, something for everyone. The room was very clean. This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Boracay. I really enjoyed the vibe—it's relaxing, and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, and I appreciated the housekeeping staff who provided fresh fruits and snacks daily. It was such a pleasure to spend 5 days at Mandarin Bay in Boracay. Everything new, pure clean, great food and the most friendly staff I have ever seen. If I would have to point something special about Mandarin Bay, that would be the service. Everyone is so detail oriented, helpful, nice and polite. We really felt special there. Totally recommended.

Stayed for 4 nights, and the service and amenities were amazing. The whole staff were pleasant and very welcoming. We absolutely have nothing negative to comment about. Booking shows breakfast included- it is NOT. Its $20/person. They will not accommodate this even though confirmation says otherwise. Check-in staff was extremely rude & belittling when we tried to provide our proof of breakfast included. The woman checking us in looked at the other front desk agent & told her to have the family checking in next to us explain to us breakfast is nit included because its not what they show. Seriously? We speak both English & Tagalog, we understand but its not what we reserved. Why would they involve other guests in our dispute?
