We had an amazing stay here, the view is obviously the best thing this hotel has to offer, having breakfast with pyramid view is incredible, service is really good as well as overall quality. I would just recommend improving WiFi signal

Great location. In front of the Sphinx with Pyramids behind. Restaurant on roof( food is good) superb spot for viewing light show. Staff did everything to ensure our visit was enjoyed. Will organise tour guides and driver, who were great, for visits to the sights. I sent them an email which was answered in quick time with all tour information. All set up prior to our arrival. We had a balcony room with view 24/7. No fuss and made the experience most enjoyable.

One of the noises places I have ever stayed. They play load club music at the restaurant on the top floor. Noise pollution is beyond crazy. Had to sleep with noise canceling headphone. Room was clean for Giza. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Real shame about the restaurant music. Not sure why they do that.

Dirty and smelly environment. Room was not cleaned upon arrival... had apparently been used by a staff member on the same day .. bathroom dirty and property of the staff member still there when we arrived. Beautiful view from the terrace. We knew what to expect and in comparison with other hotels nearby the Pyramids Valley is excellent.

stayed at the Pyramids Valley Hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and very clean, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job every day. I also appreciated the warm welcome from the reception staff and the friendly team at the rooftop restaurant—they were always ready to help and chat. The food was delicious and of high quality. The hotel is conveniently close to the Giza entrance, which made exploring the area very easy. One of my favorite parts was the view from the rooftop restaurant, where I could see the pyramids during breakfast and dinner every night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our room was very compact. No window, felt very stuffy. The shower was not working, dirty towel and bedsheets, i had to ask them to clean everything. The AC remote was not working. The only reason to stay at this property is its locatipn and decent breakfast and breakfast view.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The views from our balcony were absolutely incredible – overlooking the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, it felt like something out of a dream. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – a must in Cairo’s heat. Breakfast each morning was generous and satisfying, with plenty of options. The rooftop restaurant was another highlight – delicious food paired with even more breathtaking views of the pyramids. The only thing about this property was you could see the pyramids from it. The hotel is dirty The towels i think were supposed to be white. The toilet was literally in the shower. The breakfast had flies all over it. The property said they would send a driver to pick us up but the driver was very late. Dont stay here !

The hot water in the room was not working , I touched a metal tube coming out from the heater and going into the wall to check the temperature and got and electric shock. I went to the reception and I got a room change but still that was dangerous and very unpleasant. Having electric wires going to the power outlet inside the shower is against any safety regulations. The rest was OK

I arived late at night.i was supposed to be in the boutique part of the hotel, but was put in the other part. Room was dated brown furniture. Looked out of my window brick wall. The shower had a boiler in it not very safe. Shower head had to be on an angle. The only goid points are its close to the pyramids, its right next to the pay enterance. Not much in foood places. Its ok for a few nights. Hotel staff were friendly and had lots for breakfast.

the desk staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, the waitstaff, were also friendly, but unfotunately completely untrained in customer service. I certainly cannot blame them. The location of the hotel, in a hidden alley of the main road was the absolutely closest one could be to the Giza Pyramid complex and we were just a few hundred meters away from the Sphinx!! INCREDIBLE!! we saw the Sound and light show from the rooftop terrace!!! BUT, the wi-fi sucked. neither my phone or laptop could connect, not in the room, not the restaurant, nowhere. If you need a net connection, forget it. the "Superior room" is ok, not more

The rooms looks old can be improved with renovations. Sheets and towels looks old. Water leaks thru the shower door which leads flooding the bathroom after shower. Staff was friendly reported my lost and found item but couldn't provide the above and beyond service in posting the item.

Excellement situe avec une vue incroyable sur les pyramides depuis le rooftop . La cuisine est tout a fait au niveau pour les plats locaux. Par contre les chambres c est une autre histoire. Nous avons change au bout de 2 nuits pour une chambre avec vue sur les pyramides car les autres n ont en fait pas de fenetre. Sur cette partie, pour comparer , il faut enlever 2 etoiles/ aux standards europeens. Je n ose imaginer un 3 etoiles egyptien...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However paid extra for a superior room and a balcony. But shower cubicle had bit of mould, door did not close properly, water outside. Broken toilet roll holder. The room was above the restaurant so tables and chair dragging was very noisy esp at the end and start of the shifts (apart for one night when I mention the issue at the reception). Noisy neighbourhood due near Pyramids and stray dogs.

The views were great. The restaurant staff were excellent. The front desk staff are rude they harrass you to book overpriced tours through them. The room wasn't very clean. Towels falling apart and stained bed sheets. Seems no one at the front desk were on the same page as I got called to my room 15 times a day. Great view but i wouldn't recommend this hotel

Property is clean and nice, super close to the pyramids, but the best thing is their service. Zayan it’s the best, he was attentive all our trip long, he made accommodations to pick us up from the airport and he facilitated our excursions with guides on our language. I would recommend to trust them because there is a lot of offerings and people trying to sell you things outside the hotel and on the surroundings. Trust them and you will enjoy your trip very much, plus they are not expensive, very fair prices.
Property is clean and nice, super close to the pyramids, but the best thing is their service. Wir wurden vergessen, vom Flughafen abgeholt zu werden, obwohl ich dreimal geschrieben habe. Dafür haben wir ein Zimmer mit Pyramidenblick bekommen, was in Ordnung war. Nach dem Duschen war immer so viel Wasser in der Kabine, dass man ohne Schlappen nicht auf die Toilette gehen konnte. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering. Draußen warteten ständig Bettler, Kinder und andere Gestalten. Nachts kann eine Frau meiner Meinung nach nicht hinausgehen, es ist zu gefährlich.

The location was great and the front desk and tour guide provided by the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, some of our clothes were stolen from our room and no one was found accountable after an investigation? This incident obviously changed our view on this hotel.

Great location of the hotel. Right next to the sphinx and next to the pyrmids ticket office. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Restaurant at the hotel is good. Breakfast is included and one way to airport or back was free.

Magnificent view of timeless grandeur! All staff were most helpful in accommodating my every need!! I give a strong encouragement for staying at the Pyramids Valley. Specially, I had several complications with my far-flung adventure, trying to organize it from the other side of the word and not knowing Egyptian. Staff handled everything from airport and train transfers, meals, accessibility issues, and tours. For me, this was a trip of a lifetime. There were many problems that could have wrecked it, and Pyramids Valley foresaw these complications and had solved them before I ever knew they existed! I had a wonderful time! I could have sat on my balcony, admiring the view and drinking tea for the rest of my life!

Only thing that didn’t go to plan was the pick up at the airport. We flew into the new Sphinx International. No one fetched us after lots of backwards forwards etc discovered they where at Cairo International so had to arrange own way to hotel at 10pm at night.

We had an excellent time at Pyramids Valley boutique hotel! My husband and I stayed for three nights and would recommend it to anyone. We felt the area was safe and the service was fantastic. They helped us to book tour each day and provided transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

I booked a Super Deluxe Room with a King bed and a bathtub but they gave me the room with 3 beds no bathtub and the patio doors is broken and could not close so I asked them to change the room. They gave me the same room next to this room and I could not believe in my eyes when I was taking the shower, the drain is not working so basically the water is everywhere in the bathroom. Their rooftop is OK but could not see the whole Pyramids as they claimed. Basically, I do not recommend anyone to this very dirty, noisy and unfriendly staff. Bring your money somewhere else.

Great location. It is located just beside the entrance of Giza Pyramid. Clean rooms, from my room balcony can view the pyramids, have roof top restaurant, walk-able to convenience store and fast food restaurant, the staffs was helpful, and value for money.

Hvis du vil bo på et hotel, hvor Giza-pyramiderne og Sfinxen ligger lige ved siden af, så er det et godt sted. Personalet var super søde og rigtig gode at kommunikere med 10/10. Selve sengene var ikke super behagelige, der var tydeligt en fordybning midt i sengen. Derudover kan man høre alle gadehundene stå nede ved Sfinxen og gø hele natten, så tag et par noise-cancelling høretelefoner med, ellers får du ikke noget søvn. Vær opmærksom på, at der også er morgenbøn ude i højtalerne kl. 4 om natten. Vi bookede 2 oplevelser med hotellet. Guidet tur rundt om pyramiderne (også dem i Djoser) - sig nej tak til papyrus-museet. Det er en turistfælde, hvor du skal betale mindst 50 euro for en rulle. Vi bookede også dinner cruise på Nilen, men hold jer fra det. Det var buffet og forfærdelig underholdning. Vær opmærksom på, at hvis du skal have lift til lufthavnen, så koster det 25 dollars, hvis du booker gennem hotellet. Uber kan ikke rigtig komme ud til lufthavnen, medmindre du lige har 15 dollars kontant. Overall synes jeg egentlig, hotellet var rigtig fint. Couldn't get closer to the pyramids unless you slept in one of them... 3 elevated terraces overlook the Giza plateau and the entrance gate.. early entry recommended to miss the crowds... Check the queues in whilst having breakfast.. Staff pleasant and helpful.. although didn't pick me up from airport as arranged.. Rooms good I guess with local standards.. no issues with cleanliness etc.. aircon/ heating worked.. shower good. Take USD as this seems to be preferred currency..

Great position and views of the Pyramids - hard to beat from a position perspective. The food was quite good and cost-effective. The rooms were tired, not that clean, and, at times, noisy. It definitely was not well sound insulated, and I had construction near my room until 8 pm. It was all about the position and views. The area around the hotel was disappointingly dirty, like many places in Egypt.

I had a really great time there. Both within my room and the rooftop restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Like most hotels, they can organise tours and taxis for you if required. The local area is very shabby, but this hotel is a bit of an oasis in the area. The rooftop restaurant and bar is excellent with views of the Sphinx and Pyramids. The food quality is really good. The breakfast was also good, but the restaurant is better. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, you can go to the restaurant. My only negatives was water pressure. It seemed to be shutoff at times or barely running. Maybe they were doing maintenance? I personally recommend.

The property is right next door to the pyramids so you can see the pyramids from the rooftop dining area. However the property is older and my sheets had a hole in it. There was also only 1 outlet in the room I was given. Also the window does not bring in any light as my room faced another building. The staff was nice and breakfast was included but their were several cats that kept trying to jump on the table to eat the food. Please be aware that everyone is expecting a tip from you at every moment for any kind of assistance. I requested a double room and they did not give it to me. So I had to pay to upgrade to a double room when that was what I had already requested when booking the room. There was also very limited internet connection and Whatsapp does not work there. Overall it's okay but I would not stay more than 1 night.

Nice hotel overlooking the pyramids and the Sphinx. Room was big and looked out onto the pyramids. Staff extremely helpful. Food was adequate and cheap. Breakfast was below average but you have to manage expectations. Would recommend a stay here over any big corporate hotel. Atmosphere and hussle and bustle is unique!

The only thing about this property was you could see the pyramids from it. The hotel is dirty The towels i think were supposed to be white. The toilet was literally in the shower. The breakfast had flies all over it. The property said they would send a driver to pick us up but the driver was very late. Dont stay here !
