This hotel was excellent as stated above. However the pool was not open due to repairs and that is one of the the reasons we booked it. However we were allowed to use The Hampton Hotel nearby but not the same. Overall excellent facility.

VERY disappointed we were not told the pool was out of order until we checked in. It should be mandatory to tell customers before the book a room. Unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and very nice, accommodating. Disappointed due to pool being close” indefinitely” and no mention on internet or on your site. That is why we stayed there. Counter bar did not restock any wine entire stay, but did have only beer, white claws. Breakfast was very good.

This was our 3rd time staying with Homewood suites and most certainly will not be our last. The staff, as always, were polite and accommodating upon arrival and checked in during our stay to ensure the room was to our liking (which it was) A bit disappointed to learn upon arrival that the pool was unavailable but what can you do? All and all, the rooms are exceptionally clean and the stay was pleasant.

Very nice and clean place. People are so nice. We spent 3 days there during Thanksgiving. It was rainy outside. Lucky that we booked this hotel which had kitchen inside the room. The room was so big and comfortable. And we spent time in the gym during those days. Food was good! Love this hotel! Great for family! My daughter said that we have to book this hotel when we are coming to North Bay

The kids were really excited to use the pool, however we booked through Expedia and there was no warning that the pool was closed (staff explained there was a notice on the website). They did, however, let us use the pool at their sister hotel (about a 7 minute drive away).

We were very disappointed with the fact that this property's pool is and apparently has been out of service for over a year. Many people would agree that a pool is a much expected amenity, when staying in a Homewood Suites. It is for my kids. I will not be staying here again.

The shower had mould in it- black mould. Not appealing. We didn’t use the shower. The service was excellent when we lost an Air Pod in the room. Staff found it and courier it to us.

The first room I was booked in had a leak in the ceiling, that was leaking into the light fixture above the entrance. It was never looked at. Upon insistance, they moved me into another room where the TV in the bedroom didn't work. There were water stains on the ceiling, a whole under the carpet that caused a tripping hazard, shabby, ripped carpet, and both rooms have silverfish.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a clean space and welcoming staff. A board was set up for guests to leave positive messages for the housekeeping team, which created a great vibe and spoke volumes about management’s appreciation for their employees. We also loved the uplifting messages on the mirrors by the elevators. Our room was spotless, and my daughter was thrilled with how her stuffed animals were arranged on the bed. The hotel was very accommodating with the use of their common spaces, and the lobby was a wonderful area to mingle with friends and families. Having traveled extensively, we can say this hotel exudes a positive energy that you don’t often find - 5 stars!

Nice clean atmosphere when u come in. Corners are cut though, dirt along trims, bathroom door repainted and paint on floor and hinges, looks rushed! Overall good stay… inside fridge corners were grimy but I’ve seen worse… hate pointing these out but sometimes good criticism is better then customers not wanting to come back… I’m pretty sure we’ll be back… breakfast is always excellent as well as staff! Koodos to you all!

The King size suite was very large, comfortable bed and well equipped. Nice view of the water. Also great to be minutes away from the beach, marina and walkway. Will definitely be staying here again next time we go to North Bay.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Huge room, but weirdly no door to the sink area of the bathroom, which was right next to the bed, meaning that you either had to wash your hands in darkness, or risk waking up the other person sleeping in the bed, if you had to go to the loo in the middle of the night. Minor detail though. The room was nice and comfortable, the hotel located right next to the beach, and had a huge parking lot, making it very convenient for car travel. The swimming pool was closed indefinitely, but guests could borrow the pool of a neighbouring hotel instead. Nice large selection for breakfast.

Location is great, easy to walk down main or to the waterfront. Lots of fast food places near by. Hotel and room were in good condition and very clean. Very new-ish hotel to north bay, free parking. Didn’t know there was a pool, but there is, so next time I stay I will try it out. Free breakfast had lots of variety, and was open until 10. We stayed in 509 and it was a large open concept room with a shower and kitchen, which would be very convenient for longer stays. Only suggestion to the hotel would be that the accessible room options I saw online had a lip on the shower at least 3” high, which makes them inaccessible to wheelchair users. They should have a roll in shower for those guests. If our bathroom had a larger door and a roll in shower it would be plenty large enough for a wheelchair. Great hotel, look forward to visiting again soon. Loved the Halloween decorations!

We have stayed here many times always love it. However this time when we arrived at 2:30 room wasn't quite ready which was fine check in was at 3:00. I asked if it will be ready at three since we were in town for a function and needed to get ready. She said she didnt know when it would be ready . All this doesnt sound too bad however the front desk clerk was so rude. I was very upset. I thank her she said nothing back . Just rude . I have worked in customer service for over 38 years and there was more than 10 different ways and things she could have said to us. The rest of the staff was great as always. However being treated like this will definitely way on my decision when choosing our stay in the future.

Everything was good other than my check out when I waited 20 minutes for a refund because the GM was busy on the phone! Couple minutes fine but not 20!!! All for a code on the debit machine! What happens when your staff at night needs to do a refund??? Once she popped her head out of her office with a very rude look on her face, no apology or acknowledgment from her at all!!!! I won’t be staying again!

The staff are wonderful, thank you Sherri for making check in seamless and your cheery demeanour makes it a wonderful stay. Beds are comfy and housekeeping is wonderful and the breakfast is very good as well I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

You have a nice beach and park on one side, and on the other you are walking distance from restaurants and shopping on main street. If you were there in the summer you would be able to walk to the pier to ride the Chief tour boat too!

This hotel is fantastic! It’s now my go-to hotel when I travel to North Bay. We always get the suite as it provides us with lots of space. It’s always cleaned well. The staff are excellent…they are friendly and help us with whatever we may need. Also, the breakfast is excellent and far better than other hotels!

Everything looked clean, just dusty night table. The cleanliness during breakfast was subpar. The counters where we had to collect our food were extremely dirty with spills of all sorts. I had no where clean to put down my tray. We went down around 8:30 am and there was no fruit, no cream for coffee and coffee was cold.

The staff were friendly and professional Loved the manager’s reception. The bad part was I was not able to get into my room when we checked in. The key card did not work. We had to go back twice to Laura finally getting the battery change. The breakfast was disappointing! The breakfast food was cold. The oatmeal was lumpy.
