Seemed to be a lack of Staff, Check-in seemed under pressure with a lot of complaints. The breakfast was terrible with on person trying to check people in while doing other jobs and one person cooking eggs and long queues. No scrabbled egg available as I assume this is the same person that cooking fry egg, and omelettes etc.

Staff was so unfriendly and rude. Mary the manager had no customer skills at all. She was extremely rude towards me and others. The check-in process took us 2 hours and after check-in no one showed us our room as this is not a normal hotel. It took us 30 mins to find our room on the boat. The QE2 was nice but the overall staff experience including Mary was very bad

Room was fine ... not sure it was the QE2 or Hotels.com fault but had to pay more for the room I booked and paid for ... nevertheless it was a good experience and would recommend a stay ... a little tired but ... the shipnis almost 60 years ild!!!

The carpets were filthy and the sink waste didn’t work. It was a good size and comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful
