My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

I had booked this hotel based purely on the water slides and the pool. Unfortunately the slides were not working as they are expanding which is great but i had no idea when i made the reservation. I was looking forward to the slides and that was a huge disappointment. Also, where is the kids park with the balls and slides? That was another disappointment.

I cant find a bad word to say about this hotel.its excellent location near to the airport offered easy access to all of dubai, with taxis available to and from the hotel day and night.the hotel itself, with its stunning interior, offered an excellent range of restaurant's which easily met our half board needs with flexible meal times.A lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and very safe for our 10 year old son, i also have to give a big shout out to every member of staff who were so friendly and professional with some taking time to stop for a casual social conversation taking a genuine interest in the welfare of their guests.would recommended this hotel 100% and hope to stay again soon

The hotel was grand, lovely, and very clean. The rooms were a good size and spotless. We had a rollaway bed for our 10-year-old, which was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, with plenty to choose from. We would definitely recommend the Rolly Polly Kids Club — our boys really enjoyed it! The only downside was the pool area, which felt quite packed. The sunbeds were too close together, and there wasn’t a clear path to reach the pool. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Building work is ongoing in the property which could be heard at times & which reduced the availability of better appointed rooms. The tennis courts were also unavailable due to building work. We had one night of disturbed sleep due to the nightclub, which we were previously unaware existed, but the hotel kindly moved us to a room where we would not be disturbed. Our last night was also disturbed due to children running up & down the corridor until 3AM.

I had a really nice and spacious room and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very approachable and helpful each time I approached them. The restaurant staff did everything they could to ensure all guests had a good experience at every meal. They went over and beyond, asking each time they came to my table if everything was ok and if they could get me anything. The amenities available were good. The property is lovely, nice and clean. It was quite some distance from the main areas in Dubai though, however taxis were available at your request which made it easier to get around. I had a really good time.

The facility is beautiful! Unfortunately though it was very noisy in the room above me both nights I stayed. I was unable to sleep well because of the noise. I was also disappointed that my room was not serviced during the day while I was out. They came by at 8:40pm to clean my room but that didn’t suit me as I was already back in my room at that time. Overall I was disappointed by my stay there. It’s a beautiful place but I would not return.

The hotel is large but has nice small touches like face cloths at pool and glasses cleaning. The room is large and bathroom well appointed. There are a few irritations though with large comes a crowded pool area, ubers that arrive at the wrong part of the hotel, too few towels in bathroom and a very busy reception area. Breakfast is also busy and slow - all feels non relaxing. hyatt regency nearby fairs better on many of these aspects for a business traveller.

The staff in general is too slow to respond to anything .. you call and ask for anything they come in 20 mins that too after repeated phone calls. Also the housekeeping staff even if u r asleep keeps ringing the bell and there is no do not disturb card in the room

Super family hotel and much better value than other Dubai 5 star hotels as long as you don’t need a beach. Restaurants were all great although the Tiger Jax bowling and sports place was ridiculously expensive so watch out taking kids Staff were superb throughout and made our stay so much better. Can’t recommend enough 👍

For new years, they charged us 400 us dollara per person because they do a party there for all guest. Party was really good, but I wasn't agreed with it, cause I was planning in going to the califa to see the fireworks from there, other than that, hotel was super, i do recommend, but if u spending new yrs there, just be prepared to pay for the party!

Good: staff - Arun, Ajas, Sainol, Kajol, Lanie were brilliant at breakfast! Buffet breakfast for an Aussie is expensive but worth it! Bad: construction going on and fridge in room not cold, you couldn’t leave dairy in it in our opinion.
