Had some hiccups last year and was promised if I come back this year they will look after me but that didn’t happen even though I mention it to the reception staff when I checked in.

Check-in was not very friendly. Room was booked for 3 adults - however room was not ready at arrival. Later the hotel placed a bed between the desk and sofa in the middle of the living room. Above this room had a bad smell - although we specifically asked for a non smoking room it might be that other guests were smoking in this room. Breakfast is very busy but plenty of offers.
