This hotel gets a 10 out of 10. You don’t even need to leave the hotel. They literally have everything you need from 7 restaurants to late night entertainment. They even have a roof top lounge, as well as helped me plan my tours. This is the spot for sure. 10 out of 10 again. Super super friendly staff.

All was okay with us, except parking was a bit of challenge, vehicles are parked at main door of the hotel, blocking other vehicles from dropping guests to the main entrance door of the hotel, if this could be fixed a great place to stay while in Dubai

We loved the dining facilities which meant that after a long day out we could return to our room to shower and change before going to one of 11 restaurants on site. We will stay at this hotel again but on a higher floor, we were on floor 4 where traffic noise was an issue.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Lage in Deira ist gut. Man in zu Fuß am Gold Souk und kann auch auf die andere Seite vom Creek fahren. Das Zimmer hat Teppichboden und ist sehr hellhörig. Die WC Spülung ist sehr laut. Da wacht man leider auf wenn der Nachbar auf die Toilette geht. Sonst ein tolles Hotel. Super Frühstück und die Empfangshalle und Frühstücksraum modern und schick. Es ist in Deira schwierig ein modernes Hotel mit Blick auf den Creek zu bekommen. Die Angestellten sind auch sehr nett. Wir hatten die Lounge gebucht. Es gibt ab 13:30 Uhr Kaffee und Kaltgetränke, Scones, Kekse, Kuchen und 2 verschiedene Sorten von Canapees. Ab 17:30 Uhr gibt es alkoholische Getränke und Chips und 2 verschiedene kleine warme Essen. Z. B. Hähnchenspieße oder Frikadellen und Gemüsestickt. Die Lounge ist in der 10 Etage mit tollem Blick.

This is my preferred hotel in Deira, as it is close to everywhere that I need to get to. It is a short walk from Union Metro station, which also makes it a short hop from DXB. Leisure facilities are great and the pool is large. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas around.

Everything regarding the hotel is great except for the parking. They don’t give self parking and only have valet parking. It’s gets lined up of cars sometimes all the way to road because there is not much room for drop off or waiting for valet

…. and still be near Downtown. Good and comfortable place, typical Radisson Style with a Metro Station in the back, direct at the Creek and in Deira, the heart of Dubai with its typical „real“ heartbeat away from artificial Downtown. Good Service, excellent breakfast, karaoke bar and outstanding gym.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour au Radisson blu deïra creek, personnel gentil répondant aux besoins, un bon spa, piscine extérieure avec maître nageur pour les gestes qui ne savent pas nager….. petit déjeuner copieux et riche embarras du choix…. J’y retournerai.

The stay was ok. We werent at the hotel much so didnt matter. We separately booked a massage at their spa to bridge the gap between early arrival and check in time which they gave us a room sooner that the 3pm time. The room.. there were stains on the sofa pillows and carpets, the bath tub had rusty bits and worn areas. There were tubs of nuts assumed complimentary however had the seals broken so werent fresh and new. That was very off putting. However the area of stay was funtional for us for our firat few days in dubai. We then moved on to near marina. The sheraton close by is at a simialr price point to radisson and muxh nicee quality wise.

Radisson Dubai was good. I barely stayed in with so much things to do. The stay was very well located only a 15-20 minute metro ride into New Dubai. The view from my balcony was amazing seeing New Dubai from my room. Old Dubai is amazing and I would definitely be back

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice size, clean and in good order. The hotel was close to the creek and an easy walk to the Metro. The drawbacks are that it is located on a pretty major road and even on the 8th floor you could hear the traffic and when you were at the pool is a constant backdrop.

The location is on a main road and the windows are not soundproof as it supposed to be, there is construction downstairs and they work all night. You hear the truck reversing. I complain in the first night about the noise and they move us to higher floor, but still if you are sensitive for sounds don't choose this hotel.

Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic! My room was just fantastic! The two males that service/clean the rooms were so kind and attentive. They asked about my stay and my day. I was just so happy to be able to speak with them on a few occasions. It was a great stay. Check-in was incredibly smooth and quick. After a 16 hr flight, I was delighted. I showed up very early, and clearly a wait would have been expected. Thank you for a great stay. ——Happy

They managed to call me once a day when I had a ‘do not disturb’ sign hanging from the door and they were aware of it because they acknowledged it when I told them over the phone!! A total joke. 1st call because they wanted to charge me for breakfast when I had warned them it was not included. They let me walk in anyway and later they call me saying they are sending someone to my room to take payment - I explained in 3 occasions they had interrupted my sleep and I was not opening the door for their mistake for not doing it earlier when I was honest and would go down to pay later. 2nd call to ‘double check’ I did not want room service (!). I said again I had the “do not disturb’ and he answered “yes, that’s why we wanted to check” (hello? Can you provide training to your staff, please?) It was a short work trip and they managed to ruin the little sleep I could get. Also the most ridiculous tiny glasses for water/juice for breakfast. I could not say any dairy alternative milks. They don’t inform everyone there is a la carte menu as well.

Close to the metro, clean and has a balcony overlooking the creek. The lady at reception was so kind to ccheck me in early as I arrived a bit early. Cleaning staff too were helpful and kind, esp. Minhazi and his colleague who cleaned the room quite well. Thank you all.

Second time I stayed at this property. It’s convenient for public transport, taxis are stand by from the hotel, Deira shopping area is within walking distance, breakfast or dinning option at the hotel. Majority of the rooms face the creek and beautiful view. Muhammad at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and courteous.

I didn't stay. I arrived late which I was assured was okay. They said that they tried to charge my card earlier in the day and it was denied so they sold my room to someone else. They had no more rooms and I had to go to a different hotel. They did not try to charge my card. I know this be cause I did not get any notices of suspicious behavior which I would have gotten.

Overall, it’s fine if you treat it like a budget hotel, but they market themselves as 5-star and it definitely isn’t. I wouldn’t stay here again. The lobby felt dim and depressing as soon as I walked in, and nobody offered help with luggage, not that I needed it, but some guests would. At check-in, I was asked if I wanted to pay a deposit or go pay-as-you-go for the minibar. I chose pay-as-you-go, but a couple of minutes after I got to my room, someone knocked on the door saying I’d requested the minibar to be removed (I hadn’t). He just emptied it into a bag and left. Then at checkout, they asked me if I’d used anything from the minibar! quite laughable. The fridge didn’t even work, and while the room itself was okay, it was pretty dated. Breakfast was a mess. Nowhere to sit at first, then when I finally found a table, there were no glasses for juice so I had to wait. While I was still eating, staff started clearing my plates. I left briefly to get some honey for the tea I’d just been served, came back and my tea was gone, they apologised, got me another one, and then moved me to a smaller table. The most frustrating part though was the staff at the door, constantly pushing and bargaining for you to use their taxis every time you try to leave. The only real positive was the Iranian restaurant, good food and great staff. The worst Radisson that I have ever stayed in, I have stayed in many!

Very pleasant staff - helpful at check in and checkout. Room was a little small but adequate. Over the bath shower. Good tv selection. Nice breakfast. Good location to walk along Dubai Creek and a 15 mins walk to catch a taxi boat to the other side. 15 mins taxi to airport (no traffic) and a metro station 10 mins walk away.

Gut gelegen um die Stadt mit der Ubahn zu erkunden. Wenige Minuten zum Flughafen. Das Hotel ist am sich sehr gut. Das Team am Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allein das Team beim Frühstück war weniger aufmerksam als ich es aus anderen Hotels gewohnt bin.

The hotel is very clean and nice and the housekeeping staff super friendly and nice, but I definitely do not recommend the breakfast over there. The staff definitely need Training.
