Property is excellent. Staff are fantastic. Food and drink prices were reasonable. They provide a free shuttle bus to certain areas to assist with transport. The hotel provide earplugs for the room and you will need them if you are beach front side and trying to sleep before midnight, there is the newly developed J1 beach which has amazing beach clubs and the hotel has great atmosphere too, so either embrace that or try the ear plugs :) Will definitely book again.

Modern, clean hotel with resort feel, with a great location (just prepare to spend some money on careems (taxi app), like you would anywhere in dubai). Not sure why it's only 3* since it has everything. I'd stay again - much better and more autentic location than the palm. The pool was very nicely warm and there was always a space on the sundecks, even during the new years.

Great hotel in a lovely safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Comfortable beach loungers and great service. Only downside was the very loud music coming from the hotel next door. Loud pumping music from morning. Spoilt the relaxation. Quite a few of the people staying at hotel were not happy. Beach did have some jelly fish so beware

Rob at front desk was excellent, having arrived on a super early flight with hotel fully booked still managed to get us into our room by 0730! Hotel has everything you need, rooms are clean and modern, pool and beach area are excellent and gym/shop/cafe etc all of a good standard.

Melhor hotel, em todos os sentidos. Localização, estrutura de praia, piscina. Ele é compacto e funciona. Tudo é perto. Tem um mercadinho ótimo 24 horas e uma excelente lavanderia. A comida é muito boa. Academia satisfatória para um hotel. Tem atividades, música ao vivo todos os dias e aulas de yoga em alguns dias da semana. A festa de Ano Novo foi ótima, excelente custo beneficio. Uma vibe super alto astral. O único porém é o quarto pequeno para uma família de 3 pessoas, mas nada que tirasse o brilho da hospedagem. Recomendo e voltarei.

This Hotel is a hidden gem, it so clean, I mean spotless and attention to detail is outstanding. We booked this as a cheap (not too far from the Airport but on the beach) stop over as part of a Middle East far east tour and wow what a find. It’s in a new developing area with new huge villa going up around it and right on a beautiful beach. The staff here are amongst the best I have experienced in my 50 years of travelling. Has an in house shop, good 24hr gym and great facilities such as laundry room / ironing room, check out showers / good luggage storage system (secure/easy access). Breakfast was also excellent… all. This for £135 a night

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick und immer picobello sauber. Jeden Tag gab's eine neue 1 m Flasche Wasser, konnte man aber auch jederzeit wieder Auffüllen. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit . Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Besonders praktisch war der kostenlose Shuttle-Service zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Museum of the Future oder der Dubai Mall. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend – die Zimmer wurden sehr gründlich gereinigt und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und waren begeistert: große Auswahl, leckere Alternativen und ein wirklich hervorragender Cappuccino. Auch der Strand hat uns sehr gefallen – sauber, angenehm und in der Saison nicht überfüllt, sodass man richtig entspannen konnte. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns jederzeit willkommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🌟

We checked in at 4:30 am. We had 2 rooms. Linens were stained and bed was full of short hair, bathrooms were extremely dirty and the toilet was dirty. It was the same thing in both rooms except one had an overwhelming smell of paint. So they moved us to the 5th and 6th floors where the hallways smelled like mold and sewage the new rooms were better but it was so disgusting that we left in the morning. If you want to sleep in unknown stains and what looks like pubic hair on your bed go there.

All aspects of this Hotel (The entire layout, interior, location and team is perfect). Upon arrival we were welcomed and checked in efficiently. We requested a room On the highest floor (level 7) and received 2 entry cards for it. The room was cleaned and presentable to a high standard. And included fresh bedding, towels, fridge, balcony (sea view), the Smart TV can be paired with your phone for streaming apps (YouTube) the shower is a lovely size and everything about our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Everyday housekeeping would set our bed, empty bins and refills bottle water and replace disposable cups for tea. This was our 2nd time my Mum and I stayed here and we will certainly be back!

Die Blitzlichter aus dem Rauchmelder im Zimmer sind unerträglich. Schlafmaske zwingend erforderlich, macht das Schlafen aber für mich leider sehr unkomfortabel. Leider der Hauptgrund um hier nicht mehr abzusteigen. Benachbarter Beachclub liefert sich ein Musikduell mit der Musik aus dem Rove. Was sehr schade ist, weil die Musik im Rove recht chillig ist, der Beachclub nebenan aber zeitweise eine Rave Party veranstaltet. Sehr schade, da die Liegen am Strand sehr bequem sind und zum entspannen einladen. Room Service & Personal generell sehr nett und serviceorientiert. Security nicht sehr freundlich. Untersagt das Fotografieren des leeren Strandes auf dem Gelände mit der Kamera. Handyfotos wären aber erlaubt. Diesen Widerspruch konnte man nicht erklären, verwies nur auf die "Policy", die wir nirgends lesen konnten (weder auf Homepage, noch im Hotel) Leider ist das Frühstück bzw. die bestellbaren Gerichte verglichen mit dem Rove Marina schlechter. Kalte Pancakes und nicht frisch. Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Praktischer Busshuttle. Ansonsten ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle oder auch zur nächsten kleinere Mall.

Really nice welcome from the front desk who kindly let me check in early after a long flight. NIce modern style and great breakfast buffet. I had a problem with the aircon which wasn't resolved and there is building work on both sides of the hotel.

Stayed for 6 nights, the Hotel itself is very clean and new. The rooms are ok, a bit on the small side and lacking any storage space but very clean. The hotel pool is also small in comparison to the number of rooms/guests. Lovely beach and friendly staff.

Honestly for the price compared to the other hotels in the area it’s worth it. The rooms are on small. But everything is accessible. The best is they have a washer and dryer in the facilities. So u don’t have to over pack. A 24 hour store in the building you can get drinks to gifts to even sandwiches. The prices were very reasonable. They have a breakfast buffet. It was decent but they need more variety. We were there 2 weeks so we got sick of the food. Overall a nice family friendly place

This was one of my best hotel experience ever when it comes to service. I've been to 62 countries and stayed at lots and lots of 5 and 4 star hotels, and this service experience was really a top class experience! Staff was vert attentive and helpful. You could see that everyone walked the extra mile in order to keep all the guests happy. I recommend this stay also because of the great location!

Un service de navette impeccable avec un chauffeur très agréable également La Manager CHRISTINE très agréable également Cet hôtel est parfait Seul bémol un Beach boy à la plage un peu voyous sur les bords qui n'hésite pas a déplacer vos affaires sur les transats pour y installer des personnes étrangères à l'hôtel sur cette belle plage privée et très bien aménagée. Ce fameux Beach boy MASSON (orthographe peut sure) est de plus arrogant, mais c'est une exception et grâce à l'intervention d'un autre Beach boy originaire du CAMEROUN très correct témoin de la scène ce dernier a été été en défaut , merci à ce Beach boy originaire du CAMEROUN . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Großes Hotel am Strand mit internationalem Flair. Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer bieten alles, was der Gast wünscht. This is our favorite hotel in Dubai. It’s an affordable beach resort. It has everything you want for a lovely vacation. The hotel is about 5 years old, very clean and very well maintained in all respects. All the staff are so friendly and service minded. The breakfast was very good and you could sit out on the terrace. Sun-beds next to the water and a beach bar. Also family friendly. In the evening it was nice to sit in the terrace having a drink and listening to live music. We stayed here last year and we hope to come back next year

The room was very small, the air conditioning not functioning well. Service at dinner was too slow and the surrounding property was all construction. The breakfast buffet was very good and the wait staff were very friendly. I would not stay there again.
