The customer service was good, however a lot of items in the hotel rooms are either broken or not working well. The first room my wife and I got smelled quite bad and made me wonder when was the last time the carpet was even cleaned. The iron and ironing board were a mess and ruined my wife’s shirt, the fridge wasn’t working where we needed to keep our daughter’s milk cold. We ended up changing our room which was a bit better, but overall there was just too much negligence.

I loved my stay here. Price was reasonable. Rooms were clean. It has a great cafe in the lobby. Central location.

I had the worst room at first it was smelling bad, the receptionist checked that i booked on expedia so she chose for me the worst one i guess and i dono why noting that on expedia it is saying vip access, 3 days later they changed the room after asking the manager. He was cooperative and professional. Overall good price for the quality
