Check in was smooth hotel is in middle of nowhere so a taxi or car is mandatory Hotel is very good value for money Bathroom is good and clean Beds are comfortable Parking may get full but has outside parking Only thing a bit lousy was the front staff calling at 11 am asking when checking out No reason to call as customer may have been in deep Sleep The girl at the reception at checkout who called could perhaps bear in mind for future Not to call customers asking when they will checkout until the time to checkout is reached Otherwise staff are very friendly

Hotel costruito nel 2019, quindi praticamente nuovo, localizzato un po' fuori dalle zone turistiche, ma se si ha l'auto a disposizione è in una buona posizione per raggiungere Expo in circa 15 minuti, Dubai Marina in 20 e Burj Khalifa in 25. Le camere sono mediamente spaziose, dotate di armadi ampi, letti molto confortevoli e le cassette di sicurezza sono talmente ampie da contenere un notebook. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di cibi salati e dolci (arabi, indiani e continentali), insalata e verdure fresche. Parcheggio in garage sotterraneo incluso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Très bel hôtel malgré les commentaires ! Nous avions un soucis de frigo qui ne se refroidissait pas, après une demande, nous avons reçu un nouveau frigo 10 minutes après ! Très facile d’accès si vous avez une voiture, parking grand Hôtel très propre, personnel très gentil. Quartier très calme et très très propre ! Il y a un carrefour et quelques petits restaurants à même pas 5 minutes à pied, et 2 supermarchés en face de l’hôtel Il y a une taxe à payer sur place (j’ai payé 30€ pour 3 personnes pour 9 nuits) Si je dois trouver un inconvénient, c’est qu’il n’y a pas accès de transat à la piscine

Great property overall for a good price. The window didn't open so we couldn't change the air in the room resulting in a musty smell. Also there was the smell of smoke in the room coming from somewhere and we couldn't get it out. Bathroom in our room needed to be fixed up a bit too.

Das Badezimmer war der Horror. Der Wasserhahn war zu weit nicht direkt über das Waschbecken positioniert sodass jedesmal wenn ich das den Wasserhahn benutzte was Wasser am Waschbecken entlang lief und der gesamte Boden nass war. Auch nach einer Beschwerde hat sich nichts getan. Teppichboden verranzt. Und ein festsitzender penetrante Geruch war im Raum. Im Großen und Ganzen empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Auch die Umgebung ist abgelegen. Man muss stehts Fahrten mit Taxi auf sich nehmen.

Upon check in the lady was rude but I didn't make that my initial decision about this hotel. For starters it is a beautiful hotel and QUIET which is what I was looking for. The room was very comfortable and I felt absolutely SAFE. The convenience of the shuttle was awesome so I had access to the beach,mall, and a few other places free of charge. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. The breakfast was good it had a lot of variety. I did go to the night buffet and it was good. Room swevixw is 24 hours and reasonably priced as well THE S BURGER is a must try. I have found my place that when I come back to Dubai it was nice and so comfortable. It's family friendly as well.

A very good hotel located in a central area of Dubai makes getting to the main tourist attractions very easy. I would highly recommend it as the staff were very friendly too and rooms were clean, quiet and spacious.

Breakfast buffet was very reasonable and well stocked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They help me secure a PCR test to return to the US. They called taxi service when one was needed. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff. This is my first trip to Dubai. There are many things to do in Dubai. There are many things to do around the hotel and sites to see including miracle gardens and the butterfly park. Most other things are within an easy taxi ride. The room was comfortable.

Rien à dire sur les chambres, elles sont assez propres à l’arrivé et il y a tous ce qu’il faut. Cependant, nous sommes très déçus du personnel qui n’a pas été serviable (la plupart). Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes et un bébé mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avions qu’un lit 2 places, il voulaient seulement nous rajouter un lit pour une personne dans une chambre pour 2 personnes. Nous avons donc dû payer 400€ en plus pour avoir une chambre plus grande pour 3 adultes et un bébé. Le ménage est fait vraiment rapidement, lorsque nous demandions des serviettes en plus (car nous étions 4 dans la chambre) ils nous en ramenaient 1 ou 2. Très dure d’avoir un taxi lorsque l’on en demandait un à la réception alors nous nous débrouillions seuls. Nous avons demandés à nous imprimer des documents (test pcr) et nous ont fait payé l’impression (ce qui nous a fortement étonné). L’hôtel est assez bien situé (20min de tout).

Although o had the reservation information, they would not accept me as the guest without original ID from the person who made the reservation. Eventually it was sorted out and I got an early check in. So kudos for that part.

They called taxi service when one was needed. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff. This is my first trip to Dubai. There are many things to do in Dubai. When I arrived the front desck manager informed me that there is no suite available as my reservation. He give give me two choices either I cancel the resevation with a full refund or i the hotel will provide a free buffet dinner. Whwn i saw the dinner how bad it was, i just settled with a normal room without any perks from the hote.
