Centara Mirage was a great choice for our family. We have a larger family and opted for a suite. It was definitely worth it & the lounge access was great. The location let us easily make day trips to all the sites without spending the whole day in the car. The hotel itself was very clean and staff was very friendly. Outside water play areas and pool weren’t huge but they were good. Only thing I’d say is that there was less for our 13 year old to do. But in general, don’t think you could do better for a family with kids ~10 and below. Definitely recommend.

We had a great family holiday here. Perfect for young families. Few issues for us, Hotel has lots of shade for most of The day, good or bad? Bad in winter imo. Lots of the fun stuff is in the shade, and especially the baby pool. Very little provisions for when it’s windy. And it does get windy on this island with little protection. No bars in hotel to Sit and drink at, only in the restaurants with the exception of the outside beach bar. I find this strange especially with the amount of western tourists. But lots of good points too… Staff are amazing (95% of them) Pool areas fun, when in the sun 😂 Lots of loungers between pool and beach although pool ones gone very early as is standard everywhere. Food is exceptional, in every restaurant and no restaurant ever felt overly busy. Still the odd burley Russian or German lady sticking elbows out at the buffets, but that’s to be expected lol I would recommend this place to young families if can find a good enough deal 👌

We travelled with 2 kids (2&6yo) and this hotel was perfect. We rated at the 2 BR suite.It had 6 pools, and 3 indoor playgrounds. We went in July and it was hot so we used the pool in the am 9-11:30 had lunch, napped and used their indoor playground when the heat is unbearable (12-3pm)(love the afternoon tea at mirage family Lounge-an upgrade). Me and my son would live here 😊

I was not too happy with this stay. My 14 month old baby was playing by the pool, there was a shard of glass on the floor, I immediately removed him from the area as I did not feel it was safe enough for him. The kids club was the reason I booked the holiday, the staff were friendly in the kids club- however there was not much to do there. Both my children would not have been able to spend more than 30 minutes there as the limited activities would not keep them entertained. The lifts in the hotel were very fast to close and would notify if they were open with a sound or sometimes the light would not work, so we would have to wait quite some time. In the restaurant, the service was poor, whenever we ordered a kids meal, the adult meals would come first and the kids meal halfway through, which wasn’t great for 2 hungry children. It ruined meal times for us. On the 2nd night the room smelt like sewage, we could not understand why, we called concierge who arranged a technician to come and sort it out, this ruined our stay as the room smelt very bad. We could not open the balcony door to air the room out as it was not safe to do so with the kids. We were not offered a different room. The high chairs were dirty each time we ate for a meal, I wiped them down before putting my 14 month old in. I didn’t mind, but it would have been easier if they were clean. Whenever we asked for drinks with our meals as we were half board, the drinks would come at the end of our meal. Not happy.

Wonderful resort for adults and children, would certainly return. Tons to do, amazing food, great staff (super friendly and available). Room cleanliness was poor although the rest of the property (including outdoor pool area and restaurants) is extremely taken care of and clean. Although property is quite new the rooms are already warned out (specifically the bathroom) due to lack of accurate and deep cleaning.

The property was a new property, but done to a low standard. The room had a funny damp smell to it and I could see some mould coming in the corners. The shower bath tub every time you stepped in it it felt like it was going to break.

Shampoo, soap and lotion was locked down and it made it difficult to use. We were 3 in the room but they mostly only put 1 wash cloth. Room wasnt cleaned properly. Dusty. Noise from the next door construction occured during the night and was noise.

We stayed here for 9 nights. Really family friendly hotel, private beach was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for our little boy who has allergies. The hotel is very clean and there is so much to do with kids here. More choice of food would make it even better!

Modern and Clean, But Noisy & Isolated The hotel is modern & clean, with well-maintained pool areas & good food options. However, several factors made the stay less relaxing. The tiled floors mean you can hear every footstep and movement from the rooms above. Room doors aren’t soft-closing, so there’s a constant noise of doors slamming shut. The hotel is situated on a developing island with very few nearby amenities, so you’re largely confined to the resort unless you travel out. It's also directly under a flight path, with planes flying overhead literally every couple of minutes. Hotel caters heavily to families, so expect large numbers of children throughout the resort. If you're looking for a peaceful experience, this will not be the right fit. Staff are friendly.

Mooi hotel met heerlijke ruime en nette kamers. Supervriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Veel en goede voorzieningen. Minpuntje is de geluidsoverlast van het restaurant op de 8e etage. Rude eployee at check in. Insisted that I must have a voucher, which you do not have these days, and that we only had one room booked although we had booked and paid for two rooms. Family with children, got rooms 64 rooms apart from each other, makes the stay a bit more complicated… Breakfast was good, but lunch buffet a real disappointment.

Cool place with great amenities. Busy and long wait times for check-in but staff is kind and helpful. Elevator wait times are kinda crazy. We could hear the ppl in the room above us and yes we could also hear the planes but none of that was a bother. We would visit Centara again.

Initial Impression: The resort made a good first impression — the front desk staff were very helpful and kind, which we appreciated. The Resort: The property itself is nice and well-maintained. However, there are several strict policies in place. One in particular we didn’t enjoy was the enforced line-up each morning to get a sun lounger, which felt overly rigid and inconvenient. Transportation: The resort’s driving service left much to be desired. At times, it was outright unhelpful, which made getting around more frustrating than it needed to be. Location: Be aware that this resort is quite far from major attractions. Most activities and places of interest require transportation, which adds extra planning and cost to your stay. Excursions: we attempted to book through resort recommended agents, however, we felt they were not overly eager to help and had many delays, therefore, we schedule excursions independently. We spent an additional week in Dubai which was incredible service and hospitality were great. We would recommend considering other accommodations when planning your trip to Dubai.

Everything was great for the most part but, the valet team often took very, very long to get our car, which was both annoying and disappointing. On one occasion it took over 30 minutes and they weren’t even busy. They lost the valet card I gave them, they then proceeded to ask me to go and look for my car in 40 DEGREES HEAT - I refused. I also saw people who arrived after us, receive their cars first. Made us think there may be a racial element to how some of the valet people behave and treat guests. Their valet service is very, very poor. So, don’t bother to use. We relied on our hire car to go to various places while staying at the resort but, we enjoyed the resort because there was so much for our 3 year old to do and also keep his parents and grandmother My family and I stayed at the Repart in Dubai from Sunday 4th June until Sunday 11 June. We stayed in rooms 158 and 162. Quite a unique requirement was met in Dubai. We didn’t get to do everything at the resort (so much to do) so, we would happily make a return trip.

Booked for February half term with 2 kids age 6 and was super impressed. All of the staff from check in, to waiters, to lifeguards were incredible. They were all absolutely lovely and made such a fuss of my children. This seemed to be all staff as opposed to just 1 or 2 it was lovely! The food was amazing. Thai buffet reference - lush! Lebanese buffet on floor 8 nice. Sands we loved for breakfast and lunch to enjoy al fresco and we tried Uno once also which was good. Branded Chang beer was also great. Everything was super clean, and house keeping also brilliant. My only critque was that the lifts can take a little longer some times but it wasnt an issue.

This property is beautiful and very clean however its far from everything. Theres this resort and Riu the only two in the area. There's nothing walking distance to do. If you don't have a car your stuck paying for taxis to go everywhere. Staff of the hotel are amazing, but other guest can be rude and unfriendly, considering it is a family friendly resort.

Second stay in the hotel. Over the year it has improved a lot. Very clean, staff are very kind- big shoutout to lifeguard Kamal who is a gem. The downside is the lack of public transport however the hotel is very flexible arranging transport and they also have a very cheap bus service to areas like the Mall or the outlet. Food is very high quality. The pools are awesome! The water temperature was just right ( it was rather cold in our latest stay) - this resulted the kids didn’t even want to leave the water despite being in it whole day. There are tons of beach activities. We did Jetski- what was also an awesome experience. The hotel is close to the airport but the planes didn’t bother us. I highly recommend this hotel to families. Won’t disappoint.

Kids enjoyed overall, food was decent. Not sure why full board didnt include water - it felt ridiculous. Service was extremely slow at the restaurants. Room was on the 7th floor and it was so noisy both nights at 4am i had to complain the second night. Apart from that it was very noisy usually because of the restaurant or some work happening on the 8th floor. Kids waterpark was weird. My younger daughter met the height requirement but i couldnt even collect her under the slide, the lifeguard wouldnt allow it. So my younger didnt go because of this issue and my older was bored by herself. Also not really a waterpark, just three slides.

Really nice property and clean and staff lovley but all inclusive is not what you expect you can only have food at the restaurant so no take away or in the lobby that all extra and the same with a drink you can only get this from the beach bar so no we’re near a pool and in the evening only if you sat down to dinner and nothing in the room

A kid friendly hotel except for the fact that the main pool is closed to children until 11:00 - even though there were only 3 adults, and none were swimming. This is a stupid policy, especially as they have the option for a swimming lane. Also, the Middle Eastern restaurant was very poor, with cheap meat and chicken.

You pay "fullboard" price and they charge you for glass of water with your meal. After paying £750 gbp for 2 nights as fullboard guest, i didnt expect to pay for everytime me or my kids needed water in 45* degree of Dubai heat. Meals daily same meals, restricted to choice in menu and quantity even as fullboard customer. Food pretty average, breakfast again average, lack of choices in food and beverages even as all inclusive. Water rides again limited for what you expect at £400 night, staff lovely but keep reminding you of charges for drinks, doesnt make you feel comfortable. Overall not happy for what we paid and what we received
