Værelset er altid super fint og hyggeligt, rigtig god mad i restauranten, både morgen og aften - samt super sødt personale. Der er gang i baren om aften, hvilket ikke er for alle, men for mig er det super fedt med liv.

Excellent location near a metro station and walking distance to the main Copenhagen Central metro station. Excellent morning breakfast bar including lactose-free and gluten free options. Nice clean gym, friendly staff and beautiful interior design/decor, just like the photos. I would stay here again for a future visit!

A really modern hotel with great facilities overall. Check in was easy and staff are very pleasant. Hotel is in a good location for getting to the nearest metro or to walk into the centre. Breakfast was good and well managed as they ask you to make a booking each day for the following day. Gym is decent and open 24 hours. Table tennis and games area is handy for the kids too. Only negative is the bar- would be good to see some drinks offers / happy hours as otherwise drinks are very expensive. Overall- we had a fab experience and would visit again.

Slightly overpriced considering the surrounding area, but not too bad considering CPH prices. Very nice breakfast, with multiple options (shout-out to David who always made sure everything was fine with a smile on his face). Despite asking guests to book a time slot for breakfast the day before, there's no one checking, so it can get quite busy around 9am. Luggage room is actually a locker area with limited space and which you must pay for. There was no locker available for us, so good luck if you need to leave your bags after checkout.

We had a great stay! The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Because this is an eco hotel you're unable to control the temperature of the room, also, the shower water was barely warm at it's highest temperature setting. The bathroom floor also looked like it was in need of a good cleaning. If you can overlook these things at least the bed was comfortable!

Der Check-in verlief problemlos und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber. Im Bett wurden lange Haare gefunden und das auch im Badezimmer. Leider war die Dusche total verkalkt, sodass man kein Wasserdru k hatte. Zudem war die Dusche an manchen Stellen stark von Schimmel befallen. Das war sehr ärgerlich und dürfte bei dem Preis nicht sein. Das Frühstück hingegen war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen.

Fint hotel med fin beliggenhed. Morgenmaden er god. Desværre blev værelset ved vores bestilte rengøring under opholdet ikke ordentligt rengjort, vi fik ikke nye håndklæder, kopperne blev ikke erstattet/rengjort og der lå flere lag støv alle steder i værelset - ingen støvsugning eller aftørring af støv generelt og under sengene er formentligt ikke blevet støvsuget i årevis. Det er mangelfuld rengøring - særligt når man proaktivt bedes om bestille rengøring under ens ophold og det så gennemføres så utilstrækkeligt med så mange mangler, hvorfor så tilbyde det? Vi er i tvivl, om vi skal komme igen, da man nemt kan blive støvallergiker under opholdet.

Godt og centralt hotel som vi ofte benytter når vi er i København. Supergod morgenmad, god bar, godt wifi, god service. Ingen coffee maker på værelset, men dog et lille (tomt) køleskab. Som noget nyt skal man bestille rengøring af værelset dagen før, det er lige smart nok. Vi bestilte rengøring, men mødte op til et urørt værelse, med våde håndklæder, fyldte affaldsspande og fyldt toiletspand. Vi satte affaldet ud på gangen i poser, da det stor og lugtede. Her stod affaldet i et lille døgn og var stadig ikke fjernet da vi rejste. Jeg nævnte problemet ved check-ud, men det gjorde desværre ikke det store indtryk på de gode mennesker i receptionen.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to many bars and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk into the city. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. Staff were friendly in both reception and the bar/restaurant. Unfortunately the sound proofing wasn’t great as you can hear other guests constantly opening and closing their loud doors through the night when trying to sleep, which isn’t good if you’re an insomniac. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in where there is no bar fridge which is bizarre. There was no bath mat which was strange. The pillows are small so I’m glad I brought my own. The value for money therefore isn’t great.

We had booked a standard double room but on arrival the wonderful receptionist offered us an upgrade for a very reasonable rate. She also gave us some great recommendations for where to go in Copenhagen and circled some areas of interest on a map. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities you could need such as ironing board, fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. We were also given the choice of how often we wanted our room cleaned to help make our stay more eco-friendly and avoid unnecessary cleaning. The decor in the bar was very stylish and it was a great place to sit and chat. It was popular with the locals as well as hotel guests. The hotel is in a great location. The area is quieter than some other parts of the city but still has plenty to see and do. It’s easy to get to other parts of the city as the train station and metro are close by. I would definitely stay here again.

After flying into Copenhagen, we arrived late at the hotel around 11pm and discovered the hotel had cancelled our reservation. We reserved a family room using Expedia with all of us in one room. Unfortunately, the hotel’s reservation system showed our room was cancelled but on Expedia we still had the room reservation. It took a while before we were finally checked in but the hotel room only had separate rooms and no longer had the family rooms available. Throughout our stay, our rooms keys stopped working at times and we had to visit the front desk several times to clarify our situation. During check out, we were charged additional fee for “NO SHOW”? Apparently, the hotel assumed my reservation was a no show and they even determined we stayed in a room that was not even registered. This is definitely a debacle to the start of our journey here in Copenhagen.

The lobby has a great vibe and the bar was fun! The breakfast spread is impressive also. The very best though, was the staff. I stepped off a curb wrong and broke my ankle while touring the city. I returned to the hotel by cab and the staff were very caring. They provided a wheelchair, crutches and filled ice bags several times for me. They helped us navigate the healthcare system and figure out which ER to go to in addition to hailing a cab. When I mentioned anticipating difficulty taking a shower, they even provided a shower chair! I can't say enough about how caring and generous they were. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet og kan varmt anbefale det. Personalet var imødekommende, professionelt og altid klar til at hjælpe med et smil. Værelset var rent, velindrettet og meget komfortabelt, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra behageligt.

We had booked a standard double room but on arrival the wonderful receptionist offered us an upgrade for a very reasonable rate. She also gave us some great recommendations for where to go in Copenhagen and circled some areas of interest on a map. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities you could need such as ironing board, fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. We were also given the choice of how often we wanted our room cleaned to help make our stay more eco-friendly and avoid unnecessary cleaning. The decor in the bar was very stylish and it was a great place to sit and chat. It was popular with the locals as well as hotel guests. The hotel is in a great location. The area is quieter than some other parts of the city but still has plenty to see and do. It’s easy to get to other parts of the city as the train station and metro are close by. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at countless hotels and I have never ever not been able to leave my luggage at the reception for a few hours after I check out. This is a completely integrated part of what a hotel guest can expect as part of a stay. Howeverm Scandic now asks me to place our luggage in a locker, charging 10-15 kr. Pr. hour, and guests have to pay on beforehand for how many hours thay intend to leave their luggage for. This is obviously not to be more welcoming and offer a better service to guest, it is simply to make more money. Of course, hotels are not philanthropies, but Scandic bombards its guest with beautiful slogans – and then, at very end of the stay, introduce an extra cost and inconvenience, which was not announced up front, and which is certainly not something any regular hotel guest would expect. It is not a huge sum, but the way it is extracted reminds of the same almost contempt and deceit which Ryanair treat their customers with. This may be what Scandic wants, but not what I want from a hotel.

Terrible service experience with check-in. Hundreds awaiting keys at 3pm line ups out to door down the street not well organized Second experience involved staff in free breakfast male staff member grabbed serving rings out of my hand abruptly as he decided I was using the wrong tongs I was shocked at the rudeness And told him never grab anything from me again he challenged me back with Oh ya! That was enough. I went to the front desk and asked for a duty manager. And was told no one was available But someone would contact me. Disappointing experience

Nice property next to the meatpacking district full of restaurants and bars. Also very close to the train and metro station. Lovely staff. Rooms a bit squalid dull and basic. Clogged shower drain but fixed next day. AMAZING BREAKFAST. Feast on it.

We had a great stay! The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Top Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Saubere, komfortable und neuwertige Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gut mit der Bahn vom Flughafer und Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Viele gute Bars und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Leider auch ein Club mit Außenterresse direkt vor dem Fenster, sodass es Samtagnacht sehr laut war. Daher ein Stern Abzug bei der Lage. Fazit: Für Stadtetrip mit Freunden, oder Familie sehr zu empfehlen.

Ligger sentralt og rett ved kjøttbyen, kort vei fra togstasjonen. Det var lett å komme seg rundt i København med sykler vi kunne leie fra hotellet. Frokosten var kjempe bra! Nydelig opphold

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the coverings plenty warm on frigid nights. The staff was very friendly explaining breakfast choices and restaurant options nearby. The hotel is an easy walk along cobblestone streets from the main train station. Two grocery stores are nearby, along with a variety of restaurants.

The hotel isn't bad, but for the prices they charge in Copenhagen, breakfast (almost $40 per person) is pathetic. It's the same every day. The breads are only made with whole wheat flour, the fruit is only pineapple, the coffee is terrible, and the juices are horrible. On top of that, the app they make you use for communication lists breakfast hours as Monday through Friday until 11 a.m., but in reality it ends at 10 a.m. (we missed it the first day). On the other hand, the mattress is terrible, with only one pillow and it's almost too small for a child. Finally, the parking only accepts cards with a PIN. We didn't have one, and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything for us (inexplicable; the parking lot has direct access to the hotel, but they ignore it, saying they can't help their guests). The hotel employee who's supposed to help guests was very rude and unempathetic.

The hotel was walking distance from the train station, clean, relaxed. The breakfast was insane! From eggs, overnight oats, fresh wafels too fresh bread cheese etc etc. Trust me its to much to choose from. My favorites the ginger apple shots

Stayed here several times and really like the hotel and location. Breakfast, however, has really gone downhill. Will not purchase again if purchase is required. Really disappointed this time

Great location hotel with superb breakfast buffet and the most wonderful staff. The young lady who serve me dinner took time to review maps of the city with me to be sure I had an interesting and safe cycle back to the airport. I'll be back for sure!

good thing first, food was great at breakfast and room was soundproof. the bad however was bigger lidt rooms could have been colder considering we have a heat wave in Denmark. the cleaning that you as the user has to request, we set it up for cleaning twice in our 4 day stay and only got cleaning once. it was the same experience for our friends in a similar room. and then the personal blamed the system. However if the system dosnt work maybe they need to get rid of it. it just makes it so when im back ill order cleaning everyday if i cant trust the cleaning booking. this should be an easy fix which is why its a 2 star and not a 1 star review
