快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。部屋の換気口から、時折騒音が聞こえてくるのが少し残念でしたが、それ以外は満足です。一階が駐車場になっているので、便利でした。また宿泊させていただこうと思います。

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is a great location, very close to the main railway lines to go around Kobe and the region. Also just 2 minutes walk from the bus station that can go to many places such as USJ and Kobe-Sanda Premium outlet which takes about 40 minutes each. The room is fantastic, very spacious for Japanese standard, comes with an office table which can double up as a vanity table. TV has Netflix installed so you can watch when you're in the room. The amenities provided (2F) is sufficient, especially the bath salt and drip coffee (recently added). There are 4 coin-operated laundry machine, together with the ice maker, microwave and vending machine at 5F. It is walkable to the Sannomiya area, which has a lot of great local food and bars. Also close to the Kobe Sannomiya Center Gai shopping street with a lot of great shops. The staff are very friendly, willing to help. Additional stuff that we requested are extra pillows and blanket, ironing board with iron and even helping to call a restaurant for reservation. Overall, one of the best stays for affordable price.

The staff was very kind and polite. Their amenity was naturally fragrant and gentle to apply to my hair and skin. Their breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room had enough space for its purpose and was almost clean; however, there was dust on the AC, which was the only thing I didn't like about the hotel.

Not sure if my score should be a three or four. For positives, the location is good, near the main train station and the two rooms we saw were larger than Japanese “business hotels” we've stayed in. On the negative side,we saw two rooms because the queen room we were assigned had odd multiple platforms that struck us as dangerous, particularly because we were very tired after a long flight. We can easily understand how at least one reviewer could have been injured. We don’t know how many rooms have the platforms At our request, staff immediately assigned us a different room with no platforms. Unfortunately, both rooms had a musty smell.

バスタブが深くて出張の疲れを癒せましたお部屋も清潔感があり好印象ですがチェックイン後に金庫の電池が切れて使えなかったりいたり最終日に朝食から戻った際に部屋の電池が切れているとかで部屋に入れなくなり人手がなく手薄のスタッフの対応で数十分も費やし新幹線に間に合わないのではと焦りました。これはマズイ。朝食は仕事への出発を考慮し６時からだとありがたいです

Out of all the hotels we stayed in, in Japan, this has been by far the best hotel experience we have had ever had the pleasure using. From the extremely kind and helpful staff to the amenities and room space. And I'll say it again, the staff were especially amazing. We are most definitely coming back here when we return to Japan! Thank you Brenza and staff for the amazing experience!

Out of all the hotels we stayed in, in Japan, this has been by far the best hotel experience we have had ever had the pleasure using. From the extremely kind and helpful staff to the amenities and room space. And I'll say it again, the staff were especially amazing. We are most definitely coming back here when we return to Japan! まともに挨拶もできない、にこりともできないバカなスタッフだけ。責任者呼んで謝りに来たけど、結局教育できてないんだから、そもそも自動でチェックインできるようにした方がブランド毀損にならなくて良い。不快感しか与えられないなら、マイナスにならない機械の方がよっぽど良い。

We like our stay at Brenza Hotel. The road work around the hotel makes it harder to get to the different trains. They closed the nearest crosswalk to the train station. Every else is great. Lawsons is just 1 minute away .JR station is 10 to 15 mins. Hanshin rail is the hardest to get to. I would stay there next time in Kobe.

駅近でJR三ノ宮まですぐの立地です。2025/9時点でお隣が工事解体中で動線がやや悪いですがそれでも便利です。まだ新しさを感じる建物、部屋で清潔感もあり快適でした。周りの音なども気になりません。

ホテル自体に不満はありませんでしたが、近隣で大きな建設工事中で駅からの経路が途中分かり難く大回りしてしまいました。初めて行ったので地下道など不慣れだったこともあり、夜、疲れてホテルに到着するのに苦労したのが残念でした。

スタッフの方の対応も親切で、施設も綺麗でした。しかもとてもリーズナブルです。ただ騒音が朝からだったので、工事は夜の予定ではなかったのかというところが気になりました。

Amazing comfortable stay. The room size was decent, and amenities (comb, drip coffee, yukata and room slippers) were provided. There was body soap, shampoo and conditioner too. Very children friendly with kids toothbrush, room slippers and kids plates and utensils provided. Good breakfast.

チェックイン前やチェックアウト後の荷物は快く何度もしていただいて大助かりでした。ポートライナーの駅も近くコンサートで利用するのにはとても便利でした。ただシャワーの水圧が弱いので髪が洗いにくかったのと、朝食が美味しくなかったです。その他はスタッフの対応もとても良くアクセスも良いので又利用したいです。

The room is clean and the air condition is nice to maintain the idea temperature. But the nearby is still constraining a lot of building and road have been changed a lot. If travel with big suitcases should be well prepared for take a long way to go. The staffs there are nice and willing to help in Japanese and English.

The bed was really good and the room was large compared to others we have stayed in Japan. Staff were also very helpful. Close to the station and plenty of food and shopping options.
