Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, gaf veel tips, de bediening van het ontbijt/roomservice was goed en vriendelijk. Leuk zwembad. Enkel het keukengerei was niet volledig maar dit konden we gewoon bijvragen. De buurt is nog in opbouw en op de open percelen zie je dan afval. Ook liggen de straten er vuil bij.

Piscine pas chauffée c'est dommage. En effet le soleil ne passe pas entre les bâtiments. Il pourrait également être bien de mettre des peignoirs dans les chambres ou au moins des serviettes pour les bains de soleil extérieur sur les terrasses. Le personnel est adorable surtout en salle de petit dej et au resto.

The apartment hotel is super nice. They were the only hotel that I was in that had a functional pool. My stay was nice, but I would say this place is great to stay at for relaxation. You definitely need a car because it is very far away from all the tourist attractions. The closest restaurant is a 15 minute walk away. It’s also located very deep into the Ain Diab so there aren’t many taxis around. Also, there is not much around. I was trying to find a place to buy water, and there were no stores around. It’s very much a residential area. I did feel safe walking around on my own though. Their breakfast was basic. If you have a lot of allergies, it might not be the best for you. The stuff on the menu was a bit pricey, but good. It’s not very soundproof, as I could hear a child crying next door and there was a fight that ensued in the dining area and I could hear it from across my room. Also, they say they have blackout curtains, but the curtains were still a bit see through so at times I felt uncomfortable getting changed as my room was right in front of the dining area, which was nice because I had a view of the pool, but still made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the staff are really nice and attentive, most of them spoke English, and the place was very well-kept. On the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but on the inside all of the rooms are very well renovated. I would stay here again to chill/relax.

heerlijk hotel, midden in een woonwijk. Het is schoon en mooi opgezet. Voor de prijs die je betaalt, had ik wel wat beter ontbijt verwacht. Bevroren brood en andere deegproducten die je eerst moet opwarmen bv. Maar voor de rest prima hotel.

Hôtel bien situé non loin de la corniche à pied. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Chambre spacieuse très propre et bien équipée.

Le personnel de la restauration du matin (petit-déjeuner) est très professionnel, à l’écoute, aimable et serviable. Le service est vraiment de grande qualité, rien à dire à ce niveau-là. Le seul reproche que je peux faire concerne l’accès au spa, qui nécessite un supplément. Je trouve cela dommage vu le prix du séjour, d’autant plus que c’était la raison principale pour laquelle j’avais choisi cet hôtel. De plus, il n’y avait pas suffisamment d’ustensiles de cuisine dans la chambre, ce qui m’a obligé à sortir pour manger alors que j’aurais préféré pouvoir préparer certains repas sur place. Mais ensemble tres satisfaisant

My reservation was for room with king bed but it is actually two small beds placed together and they move apart when sleeping on them The towels in bathroom are old and terrible condition.

I really enjoted my stay here!! The room was super nice and i loved how big my balcony was! The staff was all super friendly and made me feel welcome! The food was delicious, although, they werent able to do a bit of the menu which was a little sad, but great nevertheless! The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because my feet got pretty dirty if i walked around my room barefoot :(

Je suis resté 2 semaines dans l'hôtel (~2000€). On m'a volé un short d'une valeur de 50€ utilisé 2 fois et seulement à l'hôtel, quand j'en ai informé le management rien n'a été fait et il y a eu refus de le déduire de la note globale. Vu le montant du voyage je ne comprends pas qu'on remette ma parole en question, le manque de considération pour la clientèle est vraiment dommage et dommageable pour l'hôtel. Je reviens 2 semaines en janvier mais j'irai ailleurs.

La description de la chambre ne correspond pas totalement sur les contenus (plus de peignoir, mise à disposition ni de bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée) La poutine pourrait être chauffée. Pas d’accès à la mer sans utiliser une voiture

this property is NOT on the beach you have to walk around a construction site to get to the beach about 15-20 min

Très bon séjour. Personnel accueillant et prévenant. Hôtel propre. Seul petit bémol : nous aurions aimé savoir que la bouteille d’eau déposée dans notre chambre était payante.
