Was a little hesitant when first drove up, the stairs and balcony need a little work. However, the interior of the apartment is great and the hospitality of the host was great. Really enjoyed coming back to the apartment at the end of the day to relax. It would be good to have an instruction sheet for the running of the place. Ie what to do with garbage, wifi info, how to operate the magnificent shower, lights for the stairs as it was hard to see when getting back after dark. However, these are minor things, our stay was great!

The beds are very comfortable and it was charming place and in a nice location to amenities. It does have a flight of stairs to climb that I was unaware of. Check-in and out was very convenient and the owner was willing to work with us on dates and time of entry. He is very communicative.

Communication with owner was very easy and prompt. Location was very good for restaurants and grocery store. We booked because of the location being close to a veneer where we were attending an event. Beds, pillows were comfortable, clean, well equipped with supplies.Found it a bit odd that we couldn’t find an electrical outlet in the bathroom. The rain shower head was a pleasant surprise.

This place is awesome, even nicer than the pictures!!! It was our first experience with booking any kind of B&B, AirB&B, or VRBO — and we were exceptionally pleased and surprised. It is warm & cozy; well-furnished and equipped; and the recliners, beds, and shower are especially great. Paul, the host, is the BEST!!!!!

If you are looking for a quality place to stay and this is available. STOP. Book this property. On a quite residential street. The double beds are comfortable. Large spacious kitchen with coffeemaker, hot water pot, micro, air fryer, dishwasher, large refrig with freezer, etc. In living room--large windows, AC, TV, and recliner with vibrate mode. Easy 9 miles driving from Victoria. Highly recommend.

This place will be our go to place whenever we are visiting Victoria from here on out! The inside is so relaxing and has everything you need. The beds are wonderful! The two living rooms are perfect for space when needed for quiet time. Paul is an amazing host!! So friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home like setting! The property was great! Such a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to food, and many activities close by. It was easy to travel all around the area from Malahat to Sidney all within 30-45 min depending on the traffic. And traveling into Victoria was a breeze. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.
