Stayed 3 nights

Breakfast was alright for free. I did go out for food 2 mornings. The room was clean. The beds are super comfortable. I love the fact that i can put the ac down to the 50s. I can't sleep without the cold. The kitchen was exactly what i needed. There were a few holes in the walls some fixed but one by the toilet weirded me out. I wasnt told the pool was closed, online or at check in. I overheard it. This was a disappointment due to i had plans with friends to relax and get a swim in.

Stayed 2 nights

Check-in was pretty smooth and quick. The room across the hall from ours was out of service, and it looked like the door had been bashed in or pried open. Kind of creepy to leave the door partially open and pitch black inside. Our room was pretty banged up. Several things were broken or damaged throughout the room. Curtains wouldn't close all the way, letting in the street lights from the highway outside. Wi-Fi and TV were down for a while. At about 11 PM, our neighbors came in their room and began yelling, screaming, and cussing. We let it go for about an hour before the smell of marijuana was overtaking our room. I was with my two kids so that was the last straw for us. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken in our room. I went down to the front desk and told the woman what was going on at about midnight. She gave us a new room two floors above our current room. The new room was like walking into a different hotel entirely. Nothing was broken. It was clean. It was quiet. We enjoyed our room and our stay from that point forward. Breakfast wasn't good, but it was pretty standard hotel breakfast. There were teenagers smoking weed in and just outside of the pool area when we went swimming, but the pool itself was fine. If my travels bring me back to the Opry Mills area, I'd find a different hotel, which is unfortunate because I usually enjoy Marriott hotels.
