When we came in for our check in, their parking lot was full. We were told to park at a nearby garage(they somehow share a part of a garage with an apartment complex) and to only park on the 4th story of said garage. When I realized this garage wasn’t connected to the hotel at all and didn’t have any elevators to get down, we knew we were gonna have to walk our luggages down 4 stories to get back into the hotel. Besides all that they also charge you $15/day for parking. With a toddler this is such a huge inconvenience. Sadly just for that we won’t be coming back no matter how close the hotel is to the shopping centers.

Excellent stay. Great rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Only downside was a coming back to the hotel late to find no available parking spots (even you are charged for parking).

The hotel has no courtesy shuttle to or from the airport! This adds appx. $70.00 to the cost of your room. Having stayed here previously, when there was a courtesy shuttle, and after a long travel day arriving at an airport completely upside down with construction, this was an unwelcome surprise. Front desk wasn't helpful. They were friendly enough but unhelpful. The next morning they sent us on a 5 minute walk to the 'nearest' bank because they couldn't change a $100.00 bill! Thankfully the woman remembered there was credit union across the street. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and (yay!) no carpet. Custodial and restaurant staff were friendly. We used to like this hotel when we traveled to Seattle but next trip will opt for somewhere else.

Location is great. Rooms were nice. Liked the 24/7 fitness center and availability of the pool. Breakfast was good quality food. Disappointed that coffee wasn't more readily available and prefer hotels that have free coffee in lobby. Parking was a challenge and for these reasons will probably not return.

Overall, the building is gorgeous and is a very modern hotel. The rooms seem a bit dusty and I would wake up each morning with bad allergies. If they can work on cleaning the room a bit better, my rating would increase. The breakfast included in the stay was fantastic and the front desk staff was very pleasant.

The room smelled very clean and fresh! Breakfast was great too. One major problem, we found a cockroach in our bathroom, we were on the 7th floor. Yikes!! The flooring in the room was breaking and the cracks were sharp on bare feet.

The property was clean and well-maintained. However, the service was unacceptable. I was not acknowledged in any way for several minutes while waiting to be checked in, despite being one of only two guests checking in, and three staff members working behind the desk. One was assisting the other guest, but the other two ignored my presence until I said “hi” expectantly to the female staffer, who responded with hi, but then immediately got on the phone, and ignored me again when she hung up. She started giving me an excuse why she couldn’t help me when I asked if she could check me in. The staffer helping the guest asked the other male staffer to check me in. As soon as I entered my room, the smell of bleach was so strong that I had to open the door and stand outside. After much back and forth with the female at the front desk, including her saying, “well, at least you know the room is clean”, I asked if housekeeping could re-mop and re-clean everything they used bleach on with hot water to dilute the smell and toxicity level, she agreed to my request, in addition to having them spray a substance and open the window. A female working in the breakfast lounge told me she doesn’t speak English when I asked her a question, and didn’t get anyone else to assist me. This was a buffet, and the staff gave each guest one clean plate. My mother found a long hair in her eggs, and I had to flag down two staff members before she got another plate, and the situation was resolved.

Hotel and room were extremely clean and comfortable! Gym was decent and was able to get a couple of light workouts in. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, nothing to write home about. The service was phenomenal though. We would definitely consider staying here again if we found ourselves in the Seattle area. Thanks for making our trip so great!

This is a beautiful hotel in a safe area next to a large mall. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage. Rooms were clean and had plenty of plush towels. We will stay here again

Pros: Love the room design and hardwood floor. It is neat and clean. Mohammad is very friendly and helpful. The mall and restaurants are within walking distance. Amenities are satisfactory. Cons: There is minor traffic noise on this side of the building.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I love the selection of different pillows on the bed. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's definitely a bit expensive for what it is, but it's a really nice hotel.

Amazing room. I got the corner unit with the view of Mount Rainier. It is modern and comfortable and everything i look for. No matter what I did (late July) the ac would not stay on at night so it got hot. The breakfast required handwritten tickets and the staff that wrote them out was ao rushed she got details wrong and some were illegible i had to have them rewritten. The dinner spot was Rendition and the location and menu were amazing. For breakfast they were confusing as it was a different seating arrangement with ticket collection 3 of 5 mornings and the menu was tasty and never changed. Oh this is also a 10 minute walk to the Southcenter Mall and its across the street from a restaurant supply place so you can buy bulk food for the room as there is a fridge. I would absolutely stay here again.

When we checked in, we asked about breakfast and the staff that was helping us said “it’s included” and handed us a card for the breakfast in the morning. When I asked about parking, the staff said “included, park in the spots that say hotel” and handed me a pass to put in my window. When I went to checkout the staff said they needed a card to pay for my parking. Also, Ms Erica was extraordinarily kind the next day when she asked housekeeping to check my room for my missing wedding ring, and then she went to double-check herself even after they said it wasn't there. I later found out that it was in my suitcase, but I appreciated her kindness and extra effort.

I was locked out of my room late at night due to a malfunctioning door lock. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeking assistance, the only solution offered was to knock on the door and ask the people inside to open it, which was not acceptable or professional. This response showed a lack of proper support and accountability for basic guest safety and comfort.

Great stay until departure breakfast. The server was clearly not impressed with “voucher” customers. Sat people ahead of us and argued that our ticket was for next day (she had the day wrong). Embarrassed us.

I did not get the room I paid for and the receptionist told me upon arrival my room wasn’t ready and I would get an alert to when it was ready which never happened. It’s unfortunate and I will not be staying at this hotel anymore for my personal and business visits in the Seattle area due to this poor experience.

My mother found a long hair in her eggs, and I had to flag down two staff members before she got another plate, and the situation was resolved.

The room was surprisingly clean and we loved that. Convenient parking, sometimes crowded so limited parking. Dining at the restaurant was great. However breakfast morning was 0 stars. You cant take breakfast to your room and to add the older waitress there is SO SO RUDE. 2 mornings in a row. She did not attend us at all. Brought the breakfast, threw it on the table and walked away. Didnt give us a chance to order our drinks. That woman should not be working there if she hates attending customers so much. By the way, it was a slow morning, very little people both mornings.

Average hotel for travelers wanting to be near airport. Room was clean, poor lighting, fair water pressure, sheets are not great quality, no safety hand holds. Staff was friendly & helpful at check in, parking is quite difficult & most of the spaces include a hike to the entrance but security is helpful. Free breakfast? Not at all. The lineup for breakfast was so long it was a 2 hour wait. We didn't get to eat breakfast at all and it was an extra expense to buy breakfast everyday. This was not part of our budget.

Great stay until departure breakfast. The server was clearly not impressed with “voucher” customers. Sat people ahead of us and argued that our ticket was for next day (she had the day wrong). Embarrassed us.

All around nice stay. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Restaurant was right on site so that was nice. And the coffee bar in the morning is convenient. A couple things to why I didn't give it a full 5 stars: The host at check in just wasn't friendly or helpful. He didn't tell me where the elevator is. Its a huge lobby and its not clear where it was. Also, the parking is a pain. And its $25 a night for self park. They didn't even mention that at check in. Lastly, the rooms are very clinical. Linoleum floors, rubber base trim, no frames or anything on the walls. I was great enough for sleeping but not very warm and welcoming. I would stay again simply because of the price and location and comfort of the beds, so Its not a deal breaker. Just know that this isn't an "experience" of any sort. Its just a bed to sleep in.
