Very quaint studio with a kitchen and with a nice view of the river. Since it is on the 3rd floor be aware there is no elevator and you will need to get you luggage there yourself. The location is wonderful with lots of restaurants around and a quick walk to many of the places you want to be. I would stay again on our next Porto visit.

Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞

Small but efficient room. It is a 4 story bldg without an elevator. I selected a unit that did not face the street because I didn't know how soundproof the room would be. There is quite a bit of noise on the street, lots of cars and the cobble stones are naturally noisy. The unit is a stones throw from the Virtudes Garden which is a popular spot for viewing sunsets as the river views are stunning. We were a 6 min. walk down stairs to the Ribeira near the Customs Bldg. Veronica is very helpful and arranged our airport car.

There's 4 floors to the property and no elevator, which surprised us. Of course we had the 4th floor loft, but it was only an issue when your are carrying luggage and walked all over Porto, which it too is filled with steep hills and steps. Best work out ever! Totally worth the work

Great location - next door to one of the best sunset viewing areas in Porto, several restaurants & Fado locations and only a short walk to downtown & the famous Luis I bridge. The Condo was spacious and clean, with great cityscape views and check in / out was very easy. Street parking is very tight & limited. There is no elevator - so hauling our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t very enjoyable to say the least. There was a considerable amount of “City Noise” throughout the night - the downside of the location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

What a beautifully apartment in a lovely location. We were on the top floor (be prepared for the stairs!) which had a stunning view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet. Communication from the outset was fabulous. We didnt want to leave! Favourite roof top restaurant was Intrigo, just a 4 min walk away.

Very clean, quiet and central location. Amazing use of a small space. Veronica was very friendly and provided a lot of helpful tips on getting around and great, close to the property restaurants. If you have mobility issues, try to get a room on the first or second floor. There’s a lot of stairs and no elevator. Bathroom is very functional but tiny.

The location is excellent. The unit was very clean as were all the hallways but sadly we had to kill a giant cockroach this morning in the bathroom. I would think a better pest control spray or more frequent might solve this problem. The other poor experience was we ran out of hot water in the shower. My wife had a short shower ahead of myself so I drew the short straw and had the cold shower. This of course is unacceptable.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The hotel is in a great location, near to bars, cafes and restaurants and not far from the river and the historic centre. Check-in/out was efficient and it was great that we could leave our luggage until the afternoon, as we had a late flight home. Recommended

The apartment was modern, well equipped, clean, bright, warm and quiet. The staff were quick to respond when we had a query and overal quite helpful. The location is really good, walking distance from the centre of town, the river views, buses and a whole load of bars and cafes. there was even a lovely neighbourhood fruit and veg shop that seemed to be a meeting place for locals.

Clean inside. Very small bathroom. As soon as you step in the building, you can smell moldy but can’t see mold anywhere. We are the top of the building so have to step up all the time. No elevator. Good location to get anywhere you want to visit.

Brilliant room with an abundance of space. We had a room for 3 and the room was huge compared to the room for 2 our friends had. Accommodating the extra person did not affect the space at all. Kitchen area with little table to eat at along with fridge, microwave and toaster. Everything that makes the room more like an apartment. Definitely would stay here again. Veronica was super lovely!

The accomodations were clean and comfortable. Veronica is fantastic and very helpful. My only complaint is my room had zero view, basically overlooked the back of other buildings. I would recommend trying to get one of the front facing rooms.

I was upgraded to the beautiful and very large room with a nice view in the front of the building, that appears in their ad. Nicely appointed and in a quiet location, close to the touristy center.

Good sized room, very clean and comfortable, great location walkable to everything (and with a nice sunset spot right next door), and excellent communication from Veronica. Only small point of improvement is some noise from the hallway when people come back late at night as the hard floors make it echo quite a lot, but this was minor.

This was our favorite place we stayed at in Portugal. We loved the spacious room with a loft-style kitchen and king bed and large shuttered windows. Porto can get loud at night with the close buildings and narrow alleys but you can avoid this by keeping the windows closed and turning on the AC. We also loved the proximity to everything…we ended up extending our stay!

We loved Virtudes City Lofts. They held our luggage while we were waiting for our room and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were beautiful. Nice views with a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and kitchenette areas. We received a nice bottle of wine upon check-in. The mini bar items were so reasonable. It was great to be able to buy items in our room at a price that compared to nearby markets. We found a number of cute restaurants so close to the lofts. The location was perfect!! Easy walking distance to so many areas of Porto. If we ever return to Porto, we would never hesitate to stay at Virtudes City Lofts again and would recommend to friends and family visiting the area. Thanks for a perfect stay!!

We had an enjoyable stay at Virtudes Loft apartments. The room was excellent, communication with our provider was non intrusive but useful and helpful. They also arranged an airport transfer for us (€25 each way)We also felt safe both in the apartment and the surrounding area. There are various bars and restaurants all of a good value and quality in the immediate vicinity. I would recommend the apartment to anyone.

From start to finish, our host Veronica went above and beyond. She was always available, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. She took care of everything—from organizing a wonderful tour to arranging airport transportation. The transport company she used was excellent. There is no elevator - so hauling our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t very enjoyable to say the least. There was a considerable amount of “City Noise” throughout the night - the downside of the location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a great place with great location (10 mins walking from riverside) and many nice restaurants. It’s very noisy at night until 23:00-24:00 because a famous restaurant is downstairs. For family with kids who need to sleep early, it is not ideal. Other than that, all is good

We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point

Liked the location, nice modern layout and great view of the river. We used the pickup service from the airport and it was excellent. The loft was stocked with a welcome gift and snacks for purchase. We met Veronica the host later in the stay - she is super nice and responsive and stored our luggage for us.

This was definitely a wonderful place to stay and deserves the number spot in Porto! The apartments are beautiful, well furnished and have everything you need. The kitchenette is well furnished with a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and Veronica will provide continental breakfast for 9.90 Euro which we had for the first day. The apartments are only 10 mins walk from the river and there are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby including the wonderful Porta4 which is worth a visit. Veronica is incredibly helpful and booked our transfer for 25 Euro. You can rent bikes, leave your luggage before check in and after check out and she is very knowledgeable in where to go and what to do. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Porto. Veronica and the apartments made our stay in Porto that extra bit special!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location for touring the city on foot to all see so many of the sites. We were three friends traveling together. Room was bright and clean. Veronica was helpful with any questions we had and gave us a complete list of places to see mapped out on a map she provided. Be sure to go to the Taverna Sto Antonio next door for dinner as well!

We loved Virtudes City Lofts. They held our luggage while we were waiting for our room and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were beautiful. Nice views with a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and kitchenette areas. We received a nice bottle of wine upon check-in. The mini bar items were so reasonable. It was great to be able to buy items in our room at a price that compared to nearby markets. We found a number of cute restaurants so close to the lofts. The location was perfect!! Easy walking distance to so many areas of Porto. If we ever return to Porto, we would never hesitate to stay at Virtudes City Lofts again and would recommend to friends and family visiting the area. Thanks for a perfect stay!!

Our first time in Porto and very glad we chose to stay at this property. The location was very close to both the main shopping area and the River front, approx. 10-15 min walk each way. We stayed in the Deluxe Studio, which was perfect in size for a couple and open plan, with a lovely walk in shower bathroom, Kitchenette and Bedroom (the bed was very comfy) and everything was very clean and modern. We ordered the Breakfast basket for the first morning which was in our room on arrival and there were some essentials in the fridge to buy if required. Veronica and the team were extremely helpful and we had daily contact with her should we have needed anything or any local knowledge help. My birthday message and gift was also a lovely surprise. She also helped book private transfers to and from the airport which was a very reasonable price. Could not recommend this property enough and we will definitely be returning here next time!

Very beautiful boutique hotel with convenient facilities. Centrally located with a great restaurant beside it (San Antonio). Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location! There’s a restaurant next to it and around the corner. You can watch the sunset around the corner and walkable to points of interest. Loved that they can arrange a ride to and from airport at a reasonable fee with the service 24hrs. availability. They’re very accommodating and helpful with good communication via text through Expedia.

The place was amazing. Small kitchen, view from balcony was amazing, very clean rooms and bathroom. We stayed on the 3rd floor many stairs no elevator. There is an additonal fee not mentioned in the reservation, be careful of additonal fees.
