Very modern Hotel with a very different design. The beds were super comfortable, the room size (even if it was the small one) was very decent. The hotel even has a small Sauna (24/7) and a Gym. The receptionists are very pleasant, motivated and positive :) Thanks for a very nice weekend.

Good stay, ideal for cruise port but a good 10/15 minutes walk to centre (although good regular tran nearby). Parking under ear but a little bith tight for an SUV type vehicle. Nice welcome at reception and room available. Booked the large terrace room which is huge and a massive terrace (shared with three other rooms). Big bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, and two basins. Overall a good stay in busy developing location.

Fantastic location if you’re boarding a cruise ship in Rotterdam…literally right across the street. The downside: The front entrance is a set of wide and treacherous concrete steps with no handrail. Danger awaits schleping your suitcases up these 5-6 steps, especially for older folks like me (75). There is no other way to access the hotel. Rooms were fine and bed comfortable. Amenities good and as expected. Bonus: The lobby is attached to a food hall with a good variety of food and beverage options. Hotel staff excellent! Plenty of eating options nearby and very scenic walking in the area. Hotel breakfast buffet very expensive at 20 Euros per person per day.

Great location. 2 minute walk to metro. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - front desk is 24 hours! The connection to the food hall is dangerously delicious. Parking is a bit steep at 25€ a day but the convenience is worth it. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the bicycles. They are overpriced and don't work really well. They need to be serviced asap.

Hotel is mainly there for access to the cruises. If that is your goal, great! Book it. It wasn't ours, so the location wasn't our ideal. Good: Small but useful grocery store on the street behind the hotel. Good snacks of all sorts, they know their audience. Nice workout area, with isolation/yoga rooms in the back. Large hangout area in the lobby. Super cool fake fire that looks legit real. Breakfast seems expensive but it's on par with local restaurants and was worth it to us to save time so we could get on with our day. Bonus, it was pretty good! Great access to public transportation! Safe area, though a little distant if you want to walk around an area where there are people, shops, and restaurants. Walk over the bridge and you are pretty much there. Less great when the weather is rainy, but lovely things to see on the way. Less great: Staff was kinda meh when asked questions. It's likely they were worn out or something. Usually we have met a lot of great staff in that part of Europe. Rooms were clean, and okay. Just rooms. But if you are there to just to sleep like we were, perfectly adequate.

The environment is very good and friendly, the spa was not so great, the pay parking is a rip off , it was expensive and I was overcharge. I didn't eat at the hotel and I wouldn't know if the food is good or bad. There wasn't a microwave for warming up food.

Carpet in halls need replacing would be the only minor complaint. Staff are great, for getting on a cruise it is excellent location. ALL GOOD.

Sehr nahe vom Metro und new Luxor Theater. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstückbuffet sehr vielfältig. - Zimmer : der Teppich ist nicht sehr sauber gewesen und teilweise mit Zigaretten verbrannt.

Abbiamo scelto Rotterdam perchè ben collegata con le altre città vicine, l’albergo ha una buona posizione in quanto a due passi dalla metro. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie, non pervenute, perchè di 6 giorni che abbiamo alloggiato lì la camera è stata pulita solo due volte nonostante il servizio di pulizie fosse incluso giornalmente. Consigliabile per la posizione e basta.

Very friendly staff that made sure we could check in early. Room was spacious and clean. If there is one thing I would recommend is that getting a room near the street next to the Food Hallen on the weekend is not a good idea as the sound from the music and people outside on the street can get loud. It is a good location near public transit and the harbor if you intend to go on a day trip up the river.

Sehr modernes interessantes hotel, wobei die Beleuchtung in den zimmern sehr dunkel wirkt. Unser zimmer hatte das fenster ins atrium, wel hes eine begehbare galerie im 1og hat. Das heisst, dass gäste direkt am fenster virbei laufen können. Duschwanne hatte einen extrem hohen einstieg und da keine duschabtrennung , spritze wasser reichlich raus. Bett ist jedoch sehr komfortabel. Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte ein interessantes hotel dass direkt am cruise terminal liegt.

Very nice place with cool modern style, great bath and huge terrace in executive rooms

This is a very modern and nice hotel in a historic building. The location is unbeatable if you are staying there before a cruise because the cruise terminal entrance is only one block from the entrance to the hotel. One issue I had was that there are several steps to climb when you arrive at the hotel in order to enter the lobby, and it is very hard to get up the stairs to the lobby level when you are carrying heavy suitcases or are otherwise burden with packages. This would be very hard on the elderly or anyone with any physical limitations. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful; the young front desk clerk did everything he could to get us a room well before the official check in time, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Although we did not eat breakfast in the hotel on our one morning there, we walked through the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet looked appealing. We requested and received a room with a king bed. The rooms were, as expected, a bit on the small side, but they were well furnished and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities, while oddly laid out (the sink is in the hotel room and there are separate small rooms for the toilet and shower), were modern and worked well. The TV service was very good and even provided for streaming access. The room was a little dark and could use more lighting, but that did not present any issues. We found the location to be great for a pre-cruise stay, but think that it would n

Good hotel overall, friendly staff. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of lighting in the rooms. The rooms are quite dark, including the bathroom.

We had an executive room which included a patio out front. The room was great with lots of seating but the bathroom had an accordion door, which was a little awkward. Our only issue was that we were across the street from the cruise terminal and there is a bar outside. The noise was very annoying on Friday and kept us up till 2 am. The staff was wonderful and Dimitri was able to get us into our room before noon. I have lost my paperwork but the wonderful lady, first desk on the left I think her name is Chantal, was also very very nice.I am sorry if I got her name wrong, I did contact the hotel for the info but they did not get back to me. Great place to stay before a cruise. All we had to do is cross the street.

Overall fantastic hotel to stay at, the vibes were great and the hotel has very eccentric and modern decor. The staff were courteous and helpful, and housekeeping cleaned my room up to standard daily. The amenities were also great and you could tell the hotel didn’t skimp out at all. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station as well as a food market in the same building on the ground floor. Would definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Foodhallen and close to Metro stop. Rooms were a good size, comfy bed, clean and modern. I stayed 4 nights with work in a superior room (which faced the street) and then added 2 nights booking of my own. I was dissapointed that they wouldn't let me stay in the same room without paying extra (I had just booked a big group booking with over 30 rooms so I felt justified in asking), so we decided to move room (to a comfort). However the comfort rooms are internal facing rooms and have windows that don't open. Unfortunately our air con was not working so it was pretty stuffy and warm and we didn't sleep very well. They gave us a fan, but it didn't have much effect. The rooms that face the street at least you can open a window but the road can be a bit noisy.

It is so cramped in the room that the refrigerator door cannot be fully opened. The light next to the faucet is really dim. The sound insulation is so bad that it was hard to go to sleep because of people talking in the corridor.

Fint rengjort værelse med begrænset plads. Specielt med åben badeafsnit og separat toilet, hvor døren på ingen måde lydisolerer. Meget mørkt ved badeafsnit/ved håndvasken (ikke egnet til lægning af makeup). Første receptionist gav os fejlagtigt svar på, at der ikke var køleskab på værelset, hvilket der heldigvis var, ligesom info om parkeringen i kælder ikke stemte - og først fungerede med ud og indkørsel EFTER vi havde betalt. Fint beliggenhed lige ved ankomsthal for krydstogtskibe. Spændende Foodhal støder op til hoteller. Spektakulært område med imponerende højhuse (New York stemning).

Très belle localisation, il y a une station de métro à quelques pas, et même un food hall au rez de chaussé qui est excellent! La chambre donne une vue sur l’intérieur de l’hôtel, donc aucune intimité, alors on doit ferme les rideaux, donc aucune lumière naturelle! Nous avons été déçue du service offert, l’air climatisé de la chambre de fonctionnait pas (le thermostat restait toujours à 23-24 degré Celsius et aucune circulation d’air), nous l’avons mentionné à la réception le lendemain matin de notre première nuit, et on nous a dit que ce serait réparé à notre retour. Lors de notre retour à la chambre vers 17h ça ne fonctionnait toujours pas! Nous avons donc recontacté la réception pour les aviser à 3 reprises durant la soirée, et au final on nous a dit d’endurer, donc aucune offre de nous changer de chambre pour notre dernière nuit. Au Check out, nous sommes avons sûrement tombé sur une gérante puisqu’après lui avoir expliqué la situation, elle nous as directement offert le déjeuner gratuitement (une valeur de 20 euros par personne, converti en dollars canadien ça vaut la peine), ce que nous avons accepter puisque nous avions déjà payé à l’avance notre séjour. Le déjeuner est excellent, beaucoup de choix!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. After we checked out, one staff ran after us to return a CAD$10 that dropped from my hudband's pocket in our room. One staff helped us to take our suitcases to the ship. We appreciate such excellent service.

Fantastic hotel. Vibrant, yet also chilled and relaxing. Great location for exploring the lovely Katendrecht district. The staff and service were excellent and the room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. My fridge wasn’t working so I mentioned it to reception and it was replaced in no time at all!

We were on a cruise and it was located across the street. The front staff were amazing and after a long overseas flight let us check in very early. They were very helpful. It was a great place to stay and so convenient if taking a cruise.

Checking in was easy with Roos and Annouck at the reception. They held our luggage until our check in. The adjacent food hall was great all kinds of food options. We had trouble getting in our room. It was 120 but I read it as 170. Of course our key wouldn’t work on that one, but there were 2 people cleaning a nearby room and was very helpful to us and walked us to our correct room. Their names are Hanae and a guy jaellah. Also Pedro Francisco assisted us with a corkscrew for the bottle of wine I had ordered for our room. Walking distance to cruise terminal the next day was simple. Directly across the street. Outstanding stay

The FoodHall is attached to the hotel and offers a variety of delicious options. The staff was great and talked us into a bike rental. Great experience all around!

Very nice hotel close to metro stop and cruise ship terminal. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy access to metro line. Nice clean big rooms. Very friendly staff. I’ve already booked to stay there again.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. There is an excellent food hall attached to the hotel, and in the morning we just walked across the street to the terminal. Although we didn’t venture outside the hotel, it appeared to be a bustling dining and entertainment area. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel had a really modern quirky feel. Finally, the staff was very helpful, and even printed our boarding passes for us.

Located in the Kop van Zuid! Close to the Erasmus bridge and the city center. It is very close to the metrostation Wilhelminaplein. Excellent room and clean.

Great modern hotel opposite the Rotterdam Cruise terminal and within walking distance of a metro station. Lots of restaurant options in the hotel and the hotel breakfast restaurant has lots of choices, especially as they serve breakfast until 1200hrs.

The hotel was very good clean tidy plus the staff were very helpful, our room came with a bath with a shower in which Alison couldn't get in very easy so they moved us to a different room with a walk in shower, nothing seemed to much a problem. I am gluten and dairy intolerant so when we went for breakfast they had a lot of items i could have, we both enjoyed our breakfast it was very very good

Prima hotel, helaas matig ontbijt voor 20 euro p.p. Tijdens ons verblijf waren de pannekoekjes, de spek, de sappen op en stonden er geen koffiemokken en lepeltjes klaar. Vrijwel alle zoete cakejes e.d werden niet bijevuld, dus lege planken en dat om 10.15…. In de hotelkamer was geen handzeep aanwezig en ook niet meer bij de receptie, jammer. Beiden deed af aan de verder positieve uitstraling. De kamer was verder vrij luidruchtig, je hoorde duidelijk mensen op de gang en scheurende autos buiten.

Het is een prima hotel. Ontbijt nemen raden wij echt af. Men is niet voorbereid als het hotel redelijk vol zit. Dat betekent lege schalen lange wachtrijen bij ontbijt. Voor €19,95 pp kan dit echt niet

Our stay was very enjoyable! The location of the hotel was perfect for a couple days spent in Rotterdam before our cruise as the cruise terminal is right across the street. The room was very comfortable, the service was great! We arrived early and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering our luggage storage while we had our brunch and checked us in early. The decor of the hotel was really unique! However, the room would use a few more shelves and lights. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of various choices and absolutely worth it! We would highly recommend this hotel for any visitors!

We had a great time at the hotel: there’s a trendy “food court” attached to the hotel and it was very convenient. The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere. If you are going on a cruise, you couldn’t be closer to the terminal. The only problem we had was that the hose in the shower kept on turning and water was splashing on the floor.mother than that, we found the hotel very nice.
