Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Dinning options were fair. Elevator's were HORRIBLE. Check-in was on the 6th floor. There are 3 elevators for 2 hotels. Kind of crazy. 2 of them were down at one time during my stay. Roof top bar had amazing views, but the bartender was missing for long periods of time. Decent breakfast options. Beautiful lobby. Valet service is crazy at times, but that is to be expected. Overall, great location and property with a few issues.

Property is a 2 blocks away from Broadway where all the bars are. Pool is huge and has a nice size jacuzzi pool. Looking to stay here when I come back

We enjoyed our stay. Blake who was the manager with the rooftop bar, took care of my family and I’s bill after a mishap with the kitchen/computer glitch. Breakfast was really good. Pool area looked neat and cool, but didn’t get a chance to experience it with our busy week. Only negative thing was that there are only 3 elevators and one was out of service the entire week, so waiting for an elevator was a hassle at times but again that’s not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice. The breakfast is good. The room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately one of the 3 elevators was always broken during our stay of 6 days. So you needed a lot of patience to have breakfast on floor 6 or to get to the pool on the same floor. Our room was on the 19th floor and we walked up the stairs 4 times because we didn't feel like waiting after 10 minutes. So you need time and patience in this hotel.

Property overall is great, nice restaurants and loved the rooftop bar area. However, the rooms are a bit dated, the couch and bed aren't comfortable. Bedding was also very cheap feeling, especially the extra fleece type blanket. Room could have been cleaned better, there were areas with crumbs and dust.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. We didn't use housekeeping so can't attest to that buy everyone we encountered was very friendly. Not impressed by the breakfast but nice to have the option. Location was perfect for walking downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Really loved this hotel-it was renovated in recent years so rooms are like new and everything clean and in new condition. Kitchen well stocked. Great gym. Breakfast is good but some mornings can be crowded. Short walk to Bridge land Arena and Broadway plus lots of restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The only thing you need to be aware of is that if you book through Expedia or any other booking service, and not the hotel, you do NOT receive Marriott Bonvoy points which imo is unfair to members.

Great location. Helpful staff, nice pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was decent, although the dining are was really crowded. Biggest issue was the noise - people partying in their room next door literally all night long. Walls are thin unfortunately. Also fans in the rooms come on and off all night and are super loud.

This Place was great for us, it was walking proximity to various local venues, restaurants, bars & distilleries. The rooms were very clean and lots of space. The full size refrigerator was great to have as well. The roof top bar has a great view of Nashville. The only thing that was minor set back was the waiting times for the elevators.

The hotel was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean and modern. There were 3 restaurants or bars in the hotel so it was super convenient. We were in walking distance to to Broadway and all the cool bars. We were kicated right beside the Country Music Hall of Fame museum. My favorite part was the awesome bathroom. I went with my daughter so we needed lits if space. It had double sinks and vanity mirrors as well as a huge walk in shower with a large seat, great water pressure and seperate toilet room. The only issuesvi had were check-in took far too long. There were 3 groups before me and it took a while. And the air conditioning was not doing the best. They did bring us a fan , which solved the issue. Oh and the pool was also a highlight as well as the free breakfast each morning. They had everything on the breakfast bar and you could sit out on the terrace or inside with plenty of seating. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We travelled from Alberta Canada and we’re so happy with the pool and the workout area and the access to breakfast and the friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel for a week and will be back again without question. This hotel was in a perfect location for Everything Nashville! Uber access was slick and we loved the restaurants on site and everything that was around it. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the beds are comfortable in the shower. It was perfect.

I stayed on the third floor and had a balcony overlooking the nearby street, which was bustling w cars and pedestrians. The room was soundproof! Which was impressive. The hotel is situated in the perfect location. I walked to 95% of my destinations. I would stay again.

Did not like that my room was not cleaned ever other day as I had chosen this option. Front desk stated they had sent cleaning people to our room and we stayed away for 2 hours to allow them clean only to find out no one had come the whole time!!

The hotel itself was decent. Myself and guests stayed in a double king elite suite. Ok view. The problem was being double charged for valet parking by the valet service and then the hotel as well. I have called twice and been assured the charges would be taken off of my credit card but it has been almost 3 weeks since my stay with no removal of the charge. Keep an eye on the bill that is sent post stay and ensure you don't get double charged. You also need to double/triple check that the charges actually get removed when it is found to be charged in error. I am suspicious that it will take at least three phone calls to have them removed.

I travel quite a bit and honestly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Staff was beyond friendly. The lead valet I wanted to adopt him. Stays on top of his crew and there is never a wait. Gives you a quick update on Broadway and tells you to have fun and call if you have any questions.

My daughter and I just stayed one night and we didn't want to leave. Our room was amazing and I was suprised by how equipped the kitchen was. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. I will only stay here anytime we come back to Nashville! Very clean and we felt very safe.

Easy access to many Nashville hot spots. We were there for a conference at the Music City Center and loved the short walk. Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and our room was great. Beds were exceptionally comfortable! The only thing we were not thrilled with was the continental breakfast.

Nice large rooms with kitchenette. The pool was nice but only has morning sunshine. The included breakfast was a bit hectic and ran out of food close to closing time. Breakfast closes promptly at closing time. Super convenient walk to Broadway (8 minutes). All of the staff is friendly.
