Beautiful hotel near Broadway! Breakfast was excellent. Pool was great and the amenities are very nice. Only negative was the $55 parking fee it is forced valet. Add this to your room rate if you plan to park at the hotel.

Very nice hotel, surprised it’s not higher star rated. Only main complaint was one elevator was out of order our entire visit which meant a lot of waiting for elevators

Great location in downtown Nashville next to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and just blocks from Broadway. Nice pool area (the pool fountain needs cleaning!) with hot tub (not in service while we were there) and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Rooftop bar was a nice touch with a view. Rooms and facilities were clean and modern and staff were friendly.

Half the stay seemed to be spent waiting for the elevators.

Perfect location to walk to lower Broadway or the Gulch. Great rooftop bar. If you are staying in the city don't bring a car...parking is $55/night.

Pool sadly shady much of afternoon, heavily attended, patrons left their litter- so sad , great location to downtown, comfy bed, breakfast busy busy may need to bust out more space for waffle makers!

Staff was friendly and property was great. However, the elevators were VERY slow!!! The three elevators service 21 floors and took a long time to show up.

Very convenient location. The room was clean, updated and well maintained. The pool only gets sun in the morning which is disappointing. The food by the pool was good.

The pool and hot tub were broke and not open. We didn’t know about that prior to showing up. The kids were disappointed. I asked for a small discount on the rate and the guy at the desk was rude about my request. We’ve stayed here before and it has a great pool area, thus why we came back.

Parking in the Hotel is absurdly expensive. Everything else is fine.

The room was very dated and needs an upgrade. The lighting is also very poor. Bathroom had lots of dust on ceiling but was pretty clean other than that. The gym is very nice. Location is PRIME! If you're looking for something modern, don't stay here.

This was an excellent location with great services and a very clean room.

As we entered the hotel, we were excited for our stay, but upon entering our room, it smelled of "stinky feet". The carpets need cleaned. Our child found cookies left from previous gusets at the headboard of the bed. There are no real room lights, just a bunch of lamps around the room. This was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't have complimentary coffee available to guests 24/7. This is also the first Mariott we have stayed in, and dont think Ill be back. The mattresses were uncomfortable and we were hardly able to sleep without tossing and turning.

Room was as expected but not clean. There were toenail clippings on the carpet , and the sink in the bathroom would not drain. Also the refrigerator did not work They had to wait for maintenance to bring us a new one.

Bathroom walls has spots and dust at the top of the mirror. Spots appeared like blood stain on the sheet.

Property was beautiful and welcoming. Room was nice, but bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Toothpaste on the walls and toliet wasn't completely wiped down. We found crumbs on pull out couch when I went to make the bed for my daughter. Front desk staff were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Parking is a nightmare. It costs $50/day to use the hotels parking garage. It is a valet service which is fine if you want to pay for that, but there should be options. It is also an inconvenience to have to wait in line to get your car everytime you need to leave the hotel. If you don't pay for it, you'll have to park far away, if you can even find overnight parking and then have to walk through downtown Nashville to get to the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but for the price to stay, I expected more than what was offered which is the usual continental breakfast i.e.,breads, cereals, liquid eggs, and a waffle maker. I also didn't like that anyone can charge to your room. My 22 year old was able to charge almost $100 in drinks to my room that I didn't know about until I got my bill. I usually don't complain or write reviews but I was very disappointed in the hotel for the price.

We had an amazing stay. Our room was super clean, nice size room, and bed was really comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The valet guys were always pleasant and helpful! I would stay here again! Great location and the taco truck across the street was so good!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Very nice, roomie, and quiet.

Great facility, room was clean and updated. Only complaint would be that the bathroom door is a sliding door and wouldn’t stay shut when attempting to close for privacy.

My only complaints would be the lighting and TV placement. There is not ample lighting in room area only in bathroom. The TV is placed in a corner type nook and unable to completely turn to view for both beds.

Everything about the property was good the only thing I didn’t like was the noise barrier from the street was very poor. It was quite loud at times with traffic and sirens and people on the street.

The property was nice and located in a convenient location. Rooms were large and clean. My only complaint would be the street noise that could be heard on the 11th floor from the highway.

It was exactly what we were looking for! It is so close to Broadway and the rooms were larger than we expects!

The location is great to walk to a concert. Overnight parking is $55 + tax so is actually $63.29. I was on a lower floor; I think 6th, so you could hear the loud music from the restaurants below so expect noise until early in the morning. My preference is for beds is to be more on the firmer side and theirs was pretty soft and sunken along with the pillows. Breakfast was awesome.

We attended a show at the Ryman and this hotel was very convenient. Our room was spacious and included a separate seating area. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet which was excellent. The valet parking was very quick to retrieve our car even at checkout time.

When we checked in we were asked when we would like to set up to have our room cleaned. We selected a day and time and no one came to clean, ever. We had to go ask for fresh towels for our 5 day stay. Everything else was wonderful, just wish that when expecting room to be cleaned, that it gets done on scheduled day. 5 days, no room service

The young lady at the check-in (the taller of the two) was incredibly rude. I am slightly hearing impaired and she was speaking so quietly even my friend couldn't hear her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and the rest of the conversation she talked as quiet as possible and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. If I hadn't already paid in full, I would have selected a different hotel. I only asked if we could check in a little early because we drove in from out of state and had arrived early and it was pouring outside. They didn't have a room yet, which was fine, but she was just a terrible first impression - not very welcoming. The second lady (with an accent) who actually checked us in later was very nice.

Nothing in FAQ mentioned that you had to call for housekeeping… ended our 3-day stay with one set of towels. Desk said it’s been that way since COVID. It’s more likely that found a new way to cut costs & liked it!

The staff at the hotel were the worst. I would highly recommend avoiding this location. We asked for a room further down the hall so we weren’t right next to the elevator. They said they could switch us in an hour, so we waited only to be told she wouldn’t accommodate our request after all. It was obnoxiously loud as expected where we were placed. The breakfast area was way too small to accommodate the hotel size. The food was nearly empty at all times because of very limited staff. There was also no where to sit to eat if you could get food. The bar staff was down right rude. On one occasion the bartender was supposed to make a mimosa and realized she was out of orange juice. Despite her not being able to make the ordered drink she refused to allow me to order anything else because she poured the champagne. The girls working the bar were talking with friends and took forever to even acknowledge patrons or get drinks. The bar location is half inside and half outside, however to go outside you must walk back out to the lobby through the pool door, even if clothed and only accessing the bar. The pool area is completely shaded most of the day because of the location between the buildings. Between this and the cold temperature of the pool water, it was not enjoyable to swim. As far as cleanliness, we did not see house keeping staff for the duration of our 5 day stay.

Great place and location, a short walk to Broadway. Outstanding & helpful staff including the lobby desk, the valets and the restaurant staff. They could not have been more friendly or attentive. Signage could be better as we went past it twice before seeing the hotel and where to park.

The only complaint is that the breakfast bar is supposed to be available until10AM at 9:30AM there was no waffle mix & I told 1 of the staff & they said they weren't refilling it along with a few other items that were out. I was very disappointed & upset because we specifically asked if there were waffles on the breakfast bar before we booked this place & they said and is Available until 10AM and this was not the case. That will go in my review.

Great hotel, great location only 2 blocks from Broadway. Had a big outdoor pool and nice hot tub. Breakfast was good, but the room they serve breakfast in is way too small. Also, there was only one toaster and there was always a long line.

Breakfast was not as good, and I think the eggs were made from powder. Alcoholic drinks are way too expensive.

Great location! Only complaint is there was one bar staff who just didn't know what she was doing and made drinks very slowly (25 min wait for three drinks).

The pool was great! The breakfast was horrible with few choices, for the price Holiday Inn has a better breakfast. NO choices for diabetics! No zero option for soda. It is expensive, but I realize we paid for location.
