안녕하세요 8.7.~8.9.연박했습니다 주관적 장단점입니다 장점 1. 룸 컨디션이 좋았습니다 2. 조식이 정말 맛있었습니다 (해안가 지역은 음식아 간이 좀 쎈것만 참고해주세요) 3. 주차도 그리 불편하지 않았습니다 4. 직원분들의 서비스정신이 투철하고 매우 친절함 단점 1. 호텔들어오는길이 조금 어려워 운전이 어려우신분들은 힘들 수 있다 2. 인피니티풀이라는 명칭에 비해 실제로는 좀 작다 3. 헬스장이 좀 작다 정말 모든 직원분들이 친절하려 노력함이 보여 여자친구와 정말 행복한 여행이 된 곳이였습니다 여수오셔서 큰돈이 부담스러운 분들은 헤이븐이 좋은 대안이 될 것 같아요 직원분들 감사합니다!

Swimming pool was great!

저희는 가족여행으로 2인 침구추가로 504호 배정받고 2박3일 숙박했어요 일단 위치는 좋아요 포차거리 걸어서 15분이고 이가격에 객실 청결상태도 나쁘지않았고 청소해주시고 타월 채워주셨어요 하지만 객실내 에어컨이 시스템에어컨, 창문에어컨 2대있는데 모두 선풍기수준으로 하나도 안시원하고 소리만 요란하고 로비가 제일 시원했어요 호텔 자체가 오래된거같고 수영장 2부시간 맞춰서 10분전에 도착했으나 주말동안 이용객이 평소보다 많아 청소로 20분정도 기다리래서 얼마나 더럽나하고 봤는데 수영장바닥에 물이끼며 부유물 떠다니고 물을 아예 다시 갈아야 할정도로 더러웠어요 그 물에 수영하면 병걸릴거같아서 조카설득해서 돌아왔고 조식은 그냥그랬습니다 재방문은 안할거같아요

온돌방어 숙박했는데 사진보다 넓습니다 프런트, 수영장, 편의점, 룸서비스를 해주는 직원들의 응대가 정확하며 친절했습니다. 침구류가 깨끗했습니다

이 호텔 세 번째 갔는데 갈 때마다 기분이 좋아요. 매트리스도 편하고 베개 높이도 좋구요. 매번 브릿지 뷰 방에 묵었는데 저녁에도 아침에도 뷰가 좋아요. 풀장 물 따뜻해서 편안히 놀기 좋았어요. 룸서비스 치킨은 갈 때마다 맛있네요.

Our stay at Hotel Haven was honestly so lovely and comfortable! We didn't interact much with staff, only when checking in and out, and then redeeming our free beer at the bar - but they were nice and pleasant enough😊 The lady working in the convenience store was extra lovely and helpful though, so I want to make sure I mention her!! The reception area is very nice, and whilst I didn't get to use the pool, it looked lovely - it's not quite an 'infinity' pool though as they say, so don't expect a glass-edge or anything. The room was really big, with everything laid out well, clean, and comfortable! It was a pleasant surprise to find the bed was actually bigger than a double sized bed - I believe it may have been a queen bed? Either way, it was so big and very comfortable. Also the view was amazing, it was exactly as I had hoped it would be - there's a lovely balance between seeing the bridge and the town area to the left, and then seeing the slightly more open Ocean, with Odongdo Island and even a lighthouse in the distance lighting up the ocean a little at night! So beautiful. There's not much immediately around the hotel itself, but the location makes a perfect base to head off from, & taxis were always immediately available via the KakaoTaxi app (they would always arrive instantly after booking so we didn't have to wait around). We were very impressed by what we got for the price, & would love to stay there again if I'm ever lucky enough to travel to beautiful Yeosu again!

호텔이 깨끗하고 무엇보다 조식이 괜찮은 편임. 아이들과 같이 다녀왔는데 만족 스러웠음. 수영장은 따뜻한 물이 계속 나와 물 온도도 적당했음. 그런데 수영장 수질은 나쁜편임. 주차장 칸도 넓은 편으로 편안했음.

여수여행을 계획하고 리뷰가 좋은 숙소를 찾다가 여행장소와 가까우며 야경도 휼륭한 헤이븐을 선택하게 되었어요 숙소가 넓고 편안하고 주차장도 지상이라 좋았습니다 주변에 추천하겠습니다

야외수영장보고 예약했는데... 마침 이전에 묵었던 호텔이였음. 분위기 괜찮고 조용한 편임 . 직원 친절함(내기준). 조식도 맛있음.

가성비가 좋고 브릿지뷰를 한참 감상했어요. 수영장이 1m 수심이라 깊진 않아서 짧게 이용했고 조식도 soso. 조식당 안내해주시는 직원분이 엄청 친절하세요. 방음은 확실히 안되서 말소리나 떠드는 소리가 들리긴 해요. 조식이나 수영장보다는 오션뷰에 브릿지를 볼수 있는게 큰 장점이에요. 저희방엔 테이블이 없긴해서 좀 아쉬웠고 조명이 하나 나간 상태이긴 했으나 큰 불편함은 없었어요. 전체적으로 무난무난합니다.

조식이 맛있다는 블로그를 보고 먹었는데, 너무 기대를 했나봐요! 그냥 그랬습니다 , , 대신 조식먹으러갈때 안에 직원분들은 엄청 친절하십니다. 기대 안하고, 조식 먹는게 좋습니다! 최상층으로 예약했는데, 뷰는 좋았습니다! 수건에 머리카락이 나오고, 청결이 좋진 않습니다. 그리고, 2층에서 수영장 이용이 있는데, 2층에서 수영하시는 인원이 많아서인지, 1층에 주차장에 있었는데데, 물에 맞을 뻔했습니다. 그리고, 수영 물들이 자동차 세차 시켜주고 있더라구요... 이걸 호텔 직원분들이 아는지는 모르겠네요. 가격도 가성비여서 좋습니다. 한번쯤 방문하기 좋을것같습니다.

리노베이션을 해서 깨끗하고 고급스럽고 넓고 가성비 아주 좋아요.

가격대비 가성비가 좋아요 아들과의 여행이라 트윈침대로 신청했는데 생각보다 넓고 좋았어요 다만 욕실 발수건이나 배게보가 청결하지못한 느낌이 들어서 좀 아쉬웠어요 그렇지만 대체적으로 훌륭했어요

전체적으로 만족함. 다만 밤에 잠자기가 불편함 옆방 위. 아래 소음이 다 들림. 온돌방 이용했는데 이불 청결이 서운함

조식이 아주 맛났구요. 근데 침구류들의 청결도가... 머리카락과 얼룩들이 너무 많아서 정말 아쉬웠습니다.

방음이 안되고 깨끗하지 않음

This hotel is a mess. The floor we stayed on had mold growing in the hallways under the wallpaper. It was like this all over the place. It was really disgusting and needs to be addressed as I feel It could be a health issue. The views from the room were amazing as we had a bridge view, but that was all I could really rate this hotel with high marks on. It sure why they haven’t addressed the issue with the mold but getting off the elevator and walking to your room with views of peeling wallpaper and mold underneath was not pleasant.

조식이 다양한 메뉴로 좋았습니다. 그런데 침구 위생상태가 좋지 않았습니다.

Good size room

시설이 너무 노후 됐어요 에어컨도 잘 되지않고 시끄럽기만하구요 뷰는 좋네요

오션뷰가 미쳤어요

Large room with spacious bathroom. Nice view over the sea.

The hotel offers amazing view of the bridge and the cable car which is particularly impressive at night. Stayed in an ondol room, which was great but it was very hard to control the underfloor heating resulting in the room overheating at night. Not sure if there was a fault or we were lost in translation on how to control it. Other than that the room was super clean even if a bit dated. The hotel has a convenience store and is about 15-20 minutes walk across the bridge from the harbour area. Great stay overall!

3박했습니다. 넓고 깨끗한 느낌을 주는 외관, 넓은 주차장, 로비 등이 좋았습니다. 방이며 화장실이 넓어서 좋았구요. 11월에 갑자기 추워지는 날씨에 난방도 잘되어 정작 잘때 무척 더웠어요. 다만, 방안 조명이 너무 어두워 불편했고, 작은 탁자라도 있었다면 좋았을것 같습니다. 차가 없어 버스정류장을 알아봤는데, 도보로 20여분 걸어야 됩니다. 결국 택시로만 이동. 편의점이 있어 편했구요. 나중에 또 기회되다면 수영장이나 스파도 이용해보고 싶습니다. 전체적으로 만족하고 추천하고 싶습니다.

객실은 깨끗한데 층간 소음이…

Property is located in area where there aren’t much shops or restaurants. Property has worn down conditions. Walls are thin where you can hear next door conversation. Only positive working for them is the view if you get the ocean/bridge view room.

I love how helpful staff are.

The room is very clean. Frontdesk team is very kind and treat clients in good manner and good attitude. Complementary breakfast food is just excellent. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to stay.

Location is excellent for getting around. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff did an exceptional job taking care of us.

가격 대비 너무 만족했습니다. 일단 뷰가 다했고 조식도 4성급에 뒤지지 않을만큼 잘 나와서 만족했습니다. 다만 체크인 시간이 딱맞춰 3시에 시작해서 줄서서 기다려야하는 번거로움은 있었지만 어쨧든 가성비는 좋았습니다.

호텔 직원들이 그리 친절하지 않고 많이 힘들어 보임. 방은 청결했고 침구도 나쁘지 않았음. 수영장은 아이들이 많아서 즐기기 쉽지는 않았음. 주차장은 여유있음

The front staff was very unkind and rude. We told them we are foreigners and asked for help in terms of transportation. They refused to help out and made us find our own transportation. We asked for more towels and soap. They got mad at us and even lied that they did not have any supplies to give us even though we are staying at their hotel for more than two nights. They need to hire better front staff who are not disrespectful and mean when they are the first impression of their hotel. I never met any hotel staff who was not eager to help their customers and not make them feel unappreciated in Yeosu Korea. Please teach their front staff how to better represent their hotel.

조용한 편이긴한데 편이시설이. 호텔안서만 주위에 즐길거리가 한잔하고 걷고하는게 아쉬움 이동수단이 따로있으면 자주방문하고픈 곳이었던 같음

바다가 보이는 뷰가 매우 좋았습니다. 조식도 매우 좋았습니다. 교통은 다소 불편했습니다.

Its location is good and view is amaging. But there are no dining shops nearby. You have to call the taxi to go anyplaces you go

방이 크고 바닥난방이라 쾌적했음.야경이 훌륭함. 주차공간이 넓어 주차하기는 편했으나 진입로는 구불거리고 불편함.조식도 대체로 맛있었음.

가성비가 좋은 호텔, 특히 조식이 가격대비 좋음

시설도 깨끗하고 양치 도구가 없어서 깜짝 놀랏으나 건물내에 편의점이 있어서 안심. 조식이가격대비 훌륭했습니다

Great facility. Great location. Prices reasonable. Great breakfast. The rooms are looking a bit worn down though.

출장 차 1주일 숙박하였고 편하게 지내다갑니다 조식 구성이 알찹니다

음식이 너무맛있었어요~~

이 호텔 세 번째 갔는데 갈 때마다 기분이 좋아요. 매트리스도 편하고 베개 높이도 좋구요. 매번 브릿지 뷰 방에 묵었는데 저녁에도 아침에도 뷰가 좋아요. 풀장 물 따뜻해서 편안히 놀기 좋았어요. 룸서비스 치킨은 갈 때마다 맛있네요.

전망과 아침 조식 모두 좋았습니다. 연휴기간 가격이 살짝 부담스럽긴했습니다만, 만족합니다. 일부 주차와 조식대기가 좀 있어서 참고하시길 바랍니다.

객실은 깨끗 청결 잘 관리 되어 있음 전망또한 우수 반면 첵인 정책이 마음에 들지 않고 아침식사의 경우 시작 시간이 너무 늦음 최소 한시간 정도라도 일찍 시작 했으면 그리고 카페는 너무 빈약
