Room was very clean. nice gyn, outdoor pool... All what I expected. Staff was excellent and friendly. The room could use some more light- either a ceiling fixture or fix the curtains so I can open them easily. Also, the HVAC unit mounted in the outside wall kicked on every 10 minutes, and the wall controller versus the unit controller- confusing and ineffective.

The property is new and immaculately maintained. The staff is really wonderful - from front desk to custodial to breakfast/bar. The hotel has a great gym and pool for families. The property is conveniently located to shopping and a multitude of restaurants.

Danette is amazing! The staff are welcoming and efficient. Danette went above and beyond to make my stay most comfortable. I even booked an additional night. Hotel is clean, modern and beautifully decorated. This hotel also has a bar and pool.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Love that the buffet pastries and fruits are all individually wrapped. Big spacious room. Just a few things we didn’t like. Mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The AC fan blowing directly on you because it’s close to the bed. The lights in the bedroom make it impossible to sleep when someone is using the bathroom. Otherwise, overall it was a good overnight stay.

Great location. Nice hotel. Room was overall great. The bed though was VERY hard (no pillow top mattress) and the pillows were way too soft/feather like. That was the only bad thing about the hotel the bed and pillows. Breakfast was SO GOOD!!!!! There was actually a line of no less than 8 people both mornings but worth the wait.

I like this facility and we have stayed before but it seems they have made a minor change to the showers and the shower head. It’s a terrible design and idea and it’s not enough water or water pressure now. Again I like this facility but now dislike the shower.

I have 4 children so it is not easy to find a hotel room that fits us all at a typical average hotel budget, but this room fit us all comfortably! The room was large enough that after the couch bed was pulled out there was still room to move about easily.

The service is not excellent! I forgot a beanie cap in the room. The custodians were nice enough to report it to the front desk May, at the front desk called me and asked if I wanted it mailed. She checked the mailing options for me too. I said it was not worth mailing. So she said it would still be at Lost and Found if I ever returned. May provided service above and beyond all expectations! Thank you May!!!

I enjoyed everything about my stay except the morning of checkout at 8am the house keeper literally opened my door as I’m getting dressed WITHOUT a simple courtesy knock. Not even announcing it was housekeeping. I was scared assuming that it was somebody who was breaking into the room. That incident was very traumatizing for me ever sense.

The hotel oversold the night we reserved which was reserved months in advance. I was called multiple times the day of to confirm my reservation which I did. Then only to be called again to be told they oversold and needed to move us. While I understand they were trying to make it right by moving us, they should have been honest in the first two calls about my reservation. It is frustrating to continue to receive calls about a reservation that clearly is confirmed ahead of time. I also feel we should have received a discount on our room or a free room for the inconvenience.

The hotel management goes out of their way to hassle the guests. Check in on line - they'll make you check in twice. Evidently hotel management thinks its a good idea to make e-check a stand-in-line, do everything yet one more time, waste of time, hassle.

This property had all the amenities we needed & was located near a movie theatre (across the street) & soooo many food places nearby all within a 5 minute drive. It's close to the freeway too. The staff were welcoming & thoughtful. We loved our room, it was large & the shower was amazing.

From checking in to checking out, to cleanliness of the room to the lobby was excellent. The staff was amazing kind and polite. The breakfast was also excellent. Whoever made the coffee isn’t a coffee drinker because that was terrible. I drink my coffee without cream or sugar. It wasn’t smooth, it was stronger than expresso.

It was a family reunion. Most of the family was unable to get to study at the hotel and rooms were reserved for a certain amount. Breakfast could have been a little better, the potatoes was a little hard like they were not cooked enough. But overall stay was good.
