Let me start with staff they were very friendly, helpful, and very welcoming.. The room was very clean when I come back to Florence S.C. to visit with my sister and her family I will definitely book again.

The rooms and inside of the hotel were very clean and cool given the extreme heat outside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! However, the pool being closed for labor day weekend is a huge let down especially when traveling with 3 children. There also was a sewage or grease spill in the parking lot that smelt horrible the entire weekend.

Extremely disappointing stay. We specifically booked this room for 4 people, but when we arrived, there was one king bed and a pull-out sofa with essentially a twin-size mattress. There was no reasonable way for four people to sleep there. When we spoke to the hotel, we were told they had no other rooms available and that we could cancel if we wanted to. That was their solution. The room was also dirty. When we opened the sofa bed, there was visible hair, crumbs and debris all around the inside and edges of the sofa. The pillows had visible stains, and I took photos of the condition because it was unacceptable. The shower also dripped continuously. After an exhausting 8.5-hour drive, we had to pack everything back into the car, leave, and move to another hotel nearby. Thankfully, Hotels.com helped us obtain a full refund. If a room cannot sleep four people, it should not be sold as accommodating four guests. Between the dirty room, stained pillows, filthy sofa bed, maintenance issues, and complete lack of a reasonable solution from the hotel, we would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
