Beautiful hotel with a fun casino attached! I loved the Whitney Houston Game! I won too! Ruthie's Steakhouse on the top floor was fantastic! 😋 Gracie was an excellent waitress and the sunset view was spectacular! The restaurant, hotel and casino are all beautifully decorated! We'll be back and I will be enjoying the spa on sight! Wonderful coffee shop with delicious desserts and drinks right outside casino. Very little walking! Loved it! 😊

The room was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. The staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative. The gym was a little small, but had what we needed to get a great workout in. Pros- amenities, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and overall just a great time. Will definitely be back if we have a chance.

Stayed three nights, and was pleasantly surprised. I loved the fact that the pool was open late, the beds were comfortable, and the property felt safe. My only complaints were that the pillows were not the best; and the steakhouse upstairs is a little overrated/expensive for what it is. Save your money, if you want a good steak, just go to Texas roadhouse it’s better quality and a quarter of the price.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious. Bathroom was large and towels were super soft and thick! We used the spa. They were under construction. Some services were on a different floor. I was a bit uncomfortable with my robe and sandals, the massage and facial were great and it was all forgotten. Great all around trip. Highly recommended

First time staying here. Not sure if we would stay at the hotel again. Checked into our room on the 3rd floor. Started unpacking a few things. Noticed all food crumbs on the floor inbetween the beds and night stand. Then saw more by the b ase of the beds. We had a double queen room. My husband noticed that something on the floor looked like a dead roach. Sure enough it was. Looked at the air and heating vent near the window. It was loaded with dust build up. The room also had a sour stench to it like something was embedded in the carpet. Had enough after seeing roach. Went to the front desk and they gave us the room next door. A bit better. No smell but air vent was filthy with dust build up. Wouldnt take much for housekeeping to take a duster to them when cleaning the rooms. 1st room had a desk light and floir standing lamp. 2nd room was very dark. No lighting fixtures other than lights by the bed table. Light above mirror was burnt out. Lighting in bathroom dim. Not good at all for ladies who apply makeup. No fan in bathroom either. After showering everything was steamed up. Entire room got all humid. The casino appeared to be clean and well kept up. Would be nice to have a coffee shop in the place to grab something for a breakfast. I would say if this place is calling it a RESORT, they should live up to having better standards for their hotel. We were in room 318, kids running up and down the hall that stayed 2 rooms down from us. Didnt win a dime. Not a good experience.

Nice to have a breakfast menu to order from. The sports bar hosts the breakfast very well. The only downside that was a complete turn off was that our bed sheet had a big stain on it. It appears the sheet was washed but more attention has to be taken that this doesn't happen again.

Room was spacious, walkin shower was nice with good water pressure but it did take time to adjust hot water. Very quiet on our 2nd floor room. Mattress could be improved as it was a spring type and not very comfortable. Even though smoking allowed in casino, the ventilation system in my opinion worked well, as I didn't leave feeling or smelling like I had been around smoking persons. Buffet was decent, though high priced. Selections were plentiful.

The front desk staff was so friendly at check-in and the beds are super comfy! Unfortunately, several other aspects of our 2 night visit were less than awesome. We had tickets to a show and got the runaround between the gift shop and the Resort Club on where to pick them up. The frig didnt work so our lunch leftovers we hoped to have for a late night snack were ruined, there was no microwave and somebody else's swimsuit was hanging in the closet. Not the glowing review I usually leave for Rhythm City but it's warranted this time around.

The odd thing about the rooms are the sliding bathroom doors which make it sounds like someone is pounding on your room door every time someone closes the bathroom door. Otherwise super comfy and clean.

Check in staff seemed like they didnt wang to be there. Building and rooms clean and fresh . Like new despite 10 yrs old. Typical horrible low water pressure, highway rooms should be given a discount. MAKE IT A FULL NON SMOKING CASINO. not half. Hotel staff check in were not friendly and very rude. The check in in not conveniently located by the guest rooms and front desk gave me a room number and keys and walked all the way to our room and keys didn’t work. Had to walk all the way down again. They gave me the wrong room number but acted like it was my fault. Also the rooms are very sound proof. Loud music all night and you could hear the people next to you like they were in your room. Hotel and casino were clean but hotel staff and overall hotel experience wasn’t the greatest.

Took over an hour to just get through the check in line, the next morning at 5:30 am the alarm clock in the room next to us was going off for over an hour, apparently no body was even in that room, had to call front desk to have them go turn off off by then we were up and leaving. Would not recommend this casino hotel!

Our keycards had to be reset daily. And it’s a very long walk from the rooms to the casino/hotel lobby. Our neighbor next door was blaring music and smoking weed. It reeked in our room and hallway. When we called to ask them to turn it down and stop smoking weed. The clerk said that they will be charged for smoking and that we could move to smaller regular room. We said no because we paid for a nice suite and we’re not willing to downgrade. They were unwilling to just call them.

The room was nicely appointed and clean. The only issue we had is the weak shower. If I had wanted to wash my hair, no way would it rinse enough. The smoking section allows cigarettes but not cigars. An employee told my hubby he couldn’t smoke inside meanwhile we were surrounded by cigarette smokers. The area is pretty isolated, nothing else around and the casino isn’t huge.

Pleasantly surprised about this hotel - overall very new and updated - kids really enjoyed the pool while Dad got to enjoy the Casino. We were in town to hike Wild Cat Den State Park which was amazing, also visited Malibu Jacks Adventure Center for the kids which was a ton of fun. Specific to the hotel - it's location is on the outskirts of town which is okay but lots of wind while we were there and exiting the place was like a wind tunnel and very cold (March 2025). We were also there on a Monday and the casino was dead for a Monday night but they do have a sportsbook and lounge which was great for March Madness. I played craps (they have 1 table) and basically offer blackjack and slots. Craps was fun and dealers very friendly. Only complaint was the doors to the bathroom has these sliding doors that were in desperate need of WD-40/realignment cuz they were so loud when opening & closing.

Hotel is nice, decor is modern. Food at the sports bar was excellent- better than your average “bar food”. Casino floor was kind of “meh” not too exciting , and the machines ate my money pretty quick. Decent overnight stop though.

My air conditioner was not working. The lady at the front desk did not offer me a new room until 2 hours later after the second air conditioner that maintenance installed didn’t work either. The first night of my 3 night stay was very interrupted. Roy, from maintenance was very helpful and worked hard to remedy the situation. I truly appreciated his efforts. Food at Ruthie’s and the Sports bar was excellent! Lastly, the band in the Rhythm Room was great.
