7$ parking fee for hotel? Not listed on Expedia and this shouldn’t be applied for true hotel guests. Room smelled like dogs and bed was rock hard

The room itself was fine, but there were no sheets/pillows for the pullout sofa, so we had to go to the front desk late at night to get them. That inconvenience was compounded by the fact that the two elevators were no longer worked (we were on the 4th floor), and were still not working when we left after 10am the following morning with 5 large suitcases and 3 golf bags.

Hot water spotty

Outdoor pool was dirty, mats into property were nasty. Gross caulk and shoddy conditions in room bathroom. Ridiculous for almost $300 a night. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The property and room were clean. Fine for a one-night stay while traveling. This hotel is nothing special and the one-night cost was $250.00. There is a $7.00 per night parking fee to park in normal parking lot that surrounds the hotel and was about half full. There breakfast bar consisted of breakfast type sandwiches, make your own waffles, cereal, bananas & apples. Won't be staying again.

This is difficult for me to rate. The customer service was great but we did run into issues with the facilities. The pool was not the cleanest so we did not bother to get in. Our room smelled like a wet dog when we checked in and the front desk moved us inediately to another room. The next room smelled fine and appeared to be clean. There was also plenty of space. The problem is when my husband woke up in the morning, there was a roach crawling on him. I did report this to the front desk and they refunded us for the night.

Overall, property was very nice and the staff were good. However, my biggest surprise was finding a daily charge for parking, 7.00, in a normal parking lot in an uncongested area, on my credit card statement. I understand charging at downtown locations where space is limited but not in a suburbian area in a parking lot that has a lot of room and dozens of empty spots to park. Also, the back patio area by the pool/BBQ could use a good cleaning/pressure washing.

Stay was fair. Got up next AM to take a a shower, no hot water. We were compesated but it truly did not make up for the fact that I had to drive for 8 hours with no shower.

You have to pay to park…even for a handicap tag!!! It was not mentioned prior. We were there for a concert. When we got back to our room which was only 3 away from the lobby, it smelled like a marijuana factory. The room next door was smoking loud and proud. Even other guests could smell it in the lobby when I came to inquire about another room. I was told there was not one available, but they could refund my parking fee. Area was great to stay but not sure that I’ll be back to this hotel again.

The facility outside looks much better than the rooms inside. I'd guess the room we stayed in was a 1960s design/build. Cleanliness was not to Hilton standards. Spouse stepped on a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor, presumably left by an earlier guest.

Clean room and friendly staff

Although I would stay at this property again, this particular visit was very underwhelming. The front desk clerk was nice and the speed of check-in was nice. But there were no luggage carts available when we arrived at 7:30pm. The room was adequate and sufficient for our needs but definitely did not give an ‘Oh, this is nice’ reaction. It wasn’t until the next morning that we discovered the dishwasher was full of dishes and utensils that housekeeping never emptied. A half-used bottle of lotion was one of the toiletries in the bathroom. There was also a bottle of conditioner but no shampoo. Only one soap instead of the usual two that most hotels have for the bathroom and shower. And 3 sheets of paper towels were left on the paper towels roll in the kitchen. We had to call the front desk for another roll of paper towels. And a very uncomfortable pillow created an uncomfortable nights sleep. However I’ve stayed at other hotels of this chain before. This location is convenient and I will return here again in the future as they are pet friendly

Everything from the outside appearance to the inside was great. Very clean and up to date setting. Large room, comfy beds, and although we slept pass breakfast it’s a plus that is an option. Would definitely stay here again.

The only problem I had with this property is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were ok, but not great. I didn't sleep that great, and I was even exhausted from the night before, so I should have been like a rock. The bed was just so hard, it kept me tossing and turning to get a comfortable position.

Had a quick one night stay on the way to orlando- right off the interstate and tons of restaurants and shopping around it. The people working were SO friendly and helpful, the ONLY issue we had was the person above us was very loud. A 'heel Walker' who was pacing their room until midnight and then up at 5. Didn't leave us a lot of room to sleep.

Breakfast had great variety. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice large rooms

Breakfast buffet not restocked timely ... nothing special about it anyway. Shower on Saturday morning was luke cold. Toilet paper ... did not know it could be made that thin. Excessive noise from room directly above all night. Pull out sofa mattress not comfortable at all. Too much skimping on the basics!

Rooms needs updating. Small TV big wall space. Bathroom wall paper peeling Door to bathroom no aligned therefore does not close Ceiling in bathroom painted left a large area unpainted in the shower Kitchen- no stove top stove? I can only access the room I stayed in #429 hopefully they will address these issues

Excellent location and friendly staff. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. Room size is great, but again, be prepared to feel like you're sleeping on a board.

We love the layout of the room. With the privacy curtain and the convenience of the kitchen.

The front desk lady was a bit rude and was brushing customers off. Needs retraining.

Our air wasn’t working at first but the staff quickly got it fixed for us. They even checked with us the next day.

Upon arrival we were notified that our room type wasn’t available, so we were given a lower room type. We were told that because they were “sold out and have a lot of people” they did not even have blankets that they could provide for the pullout sofa in our room. The staff were friendly, but not having the basics at a hotel and not being ready for higher volume of guests just isn’t excusable.

The stay was a nice and quiet one. The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ok- this was ridiculously disappointing as a HH member. We arrived early Friday evening just before the dinner hour to a empty front desk and another family who had been standing there for a while waiting to purchase stuff from the market. It took the other mom and I several minutes to find someone and that was only after we both called “hello” and knocked on several doors. When the female desk person finally came out, it turned out one of the male employees had been there sitting on his phone in the lobby! What?! Then to make matters worse, I confirmed with the staff member that the room had a couch bed as we would need it in the king suite. Then we came back from dinner with 2 tired kids and NO linens on the bed- no mattress pad, no sheets, nothing. When I call- the same female staff says- “well, you will just have to come get them youselves?!” I was tired and annoyed, but the icing on the cake- the same male lazy staff member from earlier was dropping off a guest to the room across from us and then was on his phone AGAIN this time listening and laughing at an inappropriate (at best) video with cussing and the N-word as he boarded the elevator with me and another guest! It was horrible. The only saving grace was this mornings staff was wonderful and kind and organized. The breakfast wasn’t stellar compared to other Hilton’s but I suppose grab and go options are all that should be expected by the airport hotel.

It's close to the airport, and convenient to park. There's a laundry room, so you can do laundry with coins. Everyone's so kind, not far from savannah downtown.

We stay at this Home 2 Suites every year on our way to vacation in Florida. It’s always clean, comfortable and convenient. However the breakfast buffet seemed to be lacking from previous years. Didn’t seem fresh, less food variety and bland. That’s not going to make us change venues in the future, but I would like to see the breakfast restored to its previous glory.

We stayed 7 days at this property. Close to the airport and easy access to highways to go to downtown Savannah 21 minutes away. The location and facility was fantastic. The breakfast NOT so much. the yogurt machine was broke the entire time and there is only so many ways you can make a breakfast sandwich. not a very good selection.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast was God-awful - bland or no taste frozen meat, eggs, cheese! No pride in whatever they were serving. So much so, that we went out for breakfast on the 2nd day. The staff was indifferent. Called us at 4A complaining there was room noise from our room while all three adults were sound asleep. Obviously had the wrong room - AT 4 AM!!

Stopped here on a family road trip to Florida. Although it was just a short stay, I was impressed with the size of the room, as well as the kitchenette with dishes and full-sized fridge. Free breakfast was a hot DIY buffet with plenty of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use these, but the property also has a nice outdoor pool and two large outdoor grills for guest use as well.

Breakfast was great, suite amenities were great and the rooms were comfy! It was so easy to be to there with a family of four for two weeks!

My negative rating comes down to the breakfast on this one. They have a quaint little breakfast nook with little plates of small portions of food that is FAR too small for the number of guests they have. Looks like they're going for the boutique look when they should be offering a standard breakfast layout that doesn't lead to a line down the lobby with hope that there will be enough bacon left when you get to the front. The rest of the hotel was mid. It's all carpeted so not really that clean, and the sheets were so wrinkled there's no way they were cleaned before we got there. This place is passable at best.
