This is to Expedia. I did not get a full kitchen because they did not have a full kitchen. They had a kitchenette. This is to the hotel. Overall experience was very good. Breakfast was decent and the use for a kitchenette was very handy. The couple complaints I may have is there was a hole underneath a tile floor in the kitchenette that could not be seen but could be felt. Another complaint would be towards parking management. There was TownePlace Suites and Holiday Inn Express practically next to each other. You had a fence separating the two properties. It would have been much more convenient to be able to drive to the other Hotel through the parking lot to pick up other friends instead of going all the way to the street just to get to the other Hotel. I'm not saying you're going to do anything about it, but please consider extending the parking space to where the fence separates the two. It would create extra parking spaces in the future.

Room booked via Hotels.com confirmed as having "FULL KITCHEN" and dinner food was purchased to cook in the room. Upon arrival the room had NO convectional Oven, but fortunately the outside BBQ was available and dinner saved ( dodging the rain showers) Corridor carpets in need of cleaning ground floor.

This was just a one night quick stay but I would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful. They offer earplugs and noise machines for the highway traffic, although I didnt hear anything with the fan running. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and the breakfast we grabbed on our way out was also very good. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again if we're in the area

The hotel was convenient to the base and really worked great. It was clean, staff were friendly, the treadmill and elliptical machines were in Great condition. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the breakfast bar. The coffee was hot and strong- great flavor. The only downside is the road noise, but nothing they can do about that and hearing it just means it is easy in and out to go sight seeing.

My trip to lakewood from vancouver.Washington was supposed to be six hours max, with daylight time still running. Fortunately, I was escaping a domestic violence situation.And I was not allowed to retrieve my belongings, such as winter clothes and toiletries, just because I came back from mexico. Fortunately, this hotel was able to accommodate me extremely quickly.The amenities are so nice.The people that have been checking me in and take caring of me have been so kind and understanding and have been able to connect me with everything I need my room is gorgeous.It's huge.It has two beds and a tiny kitchenette, i'm so happy.Thank you!

Aside from a couple days where we asked for sheets and towels to be replace but was not (we stayed for 2 weeks), it was a good stay. Management reached out to me for the bumpy start where I could not enter the building for a late check in (I called ahead) and we just used air spray to eliminate the faint odor of spoiled food.

I booked a suite, was put in a handicap room( which was fine) however the room from the beginning had a urine smell. I complained to the desk staff about it and they said they would have the room cleaned and have the carpets cleaned. The room after the “cleaning” still had a urine smell. We did not have daily cleaning or towel replacements, only on request. On my last night I had asked if there was any way I could get a percentage off my stay due to the smell and was told that because I had booked it through a third party there was nothing that could be done. So basically I was stuck in a smelly room for 5 days and no way to get any money back. This is a real problem when going through a third party vendor.

Super friendly staff. Good variety at the breakfast buffet including gluten free and fresh fruit. Rooms clean and updated. Perfect for a family vacation as our room had a mini kitchen too. Only con is freeway noise but otherwise great. Coming back!
