The house was very clean and welcoming, great location., The real estate managing the house was very difficult to deal with, did not answer emails and required ten phone calls to arrange pick up of the keys.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This pet friendly space was in a great location (near to dog friendly walking beach and Flynn’s beach for surfing). The layout worked well for our family (with adult children) and there was a fully fenced rear yard. We enjoyed our annual holiday back in Port Macquarie.There are a few things about the property that could be improved, but overall it was clean, the deck gave additional space and access to the garage helped to store boards etc.

Enjoyed our stay at Amara, convenient and quite location, easy walking distance to dog friendly beaches. All the amenities that we required for a week away with our adult children, and our furry family members. Communication was great from host would definitely stay again.
