Great staff and good value and location

I spent a long time debating between this hotel and the Hilton Sydney, and I can confidently say I made the right choice. I am much more satisfied here than I would have been at the Hilton. If I visit Sydney again, I will definitely stay here without any hesitation. The facilities are incredibly convenient and well-maintained. The kitchen was a lifesaver for traveling with my child, and the overall environment was very clean and pleasant. The location is also a major plus—it’s close to everything but tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful, away from the city noise. I also want to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who helped me with an early check-in on the morning of April 15th. She was so kind and professional. I felt very sorry that I couldn't leave a tip because I only had $100 bills at the moment. I really hope this message reaches her to let her know how much I appreciated her help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Sydney!

Everything was great except we didn’t have hot water when arriving at the hotel

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, from customer service to the location and on! I would highly recommend this place; especially if you are here for an extended period. We stayed a week and was so grateful for the centralized location and the laundry facilities in our suite!
